Nando's, located on London Road, in the Stockton Heath suburb of Warrington, the building is fairly unique from the outside, the building reminds me a lot of an old home, or a traditional old English pub, while inside you have the typical Nando's art and decor, after going up the steps. The staff seem friendly (especially the manager who served me), and the service is relatively quick, you can still order at the counter (this is the only option if you have an allergy), but they are pushing the QR code system, using the Nando's app which is pretty straightforward. There is a Sainsbury's store across the way if you're looking for mayonnaise, one thing I hate most about Nando's, in general, is how, despite being a meat restaurant they no longer offer mayonnaise, and instead have a vegan alternative, which makes little sense, this meant I had to run across the way to get some real Hellman's while waiting for my food. For my food, I ordered a Medium Chicken Butterfly with Peri Chips and a Medium Corn-on-the-cob, the thinner parts of the chicken tasted very good, but the thicker parts had become dry and stringy. I did have to ask for peri-salt for my chips, as they forgot it after bringing my food out. The corn was very good though, especially after being grilled with the medium sauce. A little pricey, while no more expensive than any other Nando's location, I do find them to be slightly expensive for a fast-casual environment, especially as you have to get your own knives, forks, drinks and sauces, my food came to £13.75 for one course, without a drink. I did notice the water machine was producing rather unattractive and cloudy water, but after bringing this to the attention of a staff member, I was offered a bottle of water, for no additional charge, which I appreciated. Overall, the food quality is OK but could be better, especially to warrant the price, but the overall cosy and unique feel of the place compared to other Nando's stores, and service are positives. 3* read more

I asked for non spicy or mild and I don't get that delivered, your restaurant sucks and so does your food, I won't be coming back.

I love the layout of this Nando's, the tables are plenty big enough to accommodate groups, the music is lively and upbeat and the food is nice. They also do takeout. Plus the restaurant is near the centre of Stockton Heath making it an ideal place to start a night out. It can get very busy at a weekend but they can normally fit you in after a small wait if you just turn up. I would recommend ringing ahead to order takeout though otherwise you may have a 20-30 minute wait. As with every Nando's it is semi self service, meaning you go to the counter to order, collect your own cutlery and condiments but the meal is brought to the table for you. The service is fast and the prices are reasonable meaning i'm likely to return again in the near future. read more

Eating at Nando's will make you forget that KFC ever existed. This is fast food chicken done right Obviously more expensive than some other competitors, but the taste and quality more than even it out. The chicken comes in a variety of ways Just so, in a wrap or a pita; with special spice sauces or medium, hot or very hot sauce. (Caution: At Nando's, if they say it's hot, they MEAN it.) The sides are okay, though a bit overpriced in my opinion. Everything tastes very good though, and the bottomless cup deal for unlimited refills for drinks and frozen yoghurt are even a real bargain. The atmosphere in the restaurant itself is pretty nice; modern, but not too high class or cluttered. The seats are comfortable enough to keep you sitting for a bit if it's not too packed with guests. I found the waiters to be friendly and helpful. Nando's is a great place if you love chicken and got a bit more money in your pocket than just for some cheap KFC. read more

Nandos is a fun place to eat, but it takes a bit of getting used to as you are seated by a waiter/ress and then you have to order at the counter and get your own drinks/plates etc and the food is brought to you with different options from mild to hot; you can have your chicken how you like it. There are veggie options available but I haven't yet tried those. I love the fact that you can get drinks refills and just help yourself as many times as you like. A variety of Nandos sauces are available for you to try with your meal, I recommend the garlic peri peri, and again you just help yourself. The food is always really tasty, and the chicken is cooked to order so even better. So far we've managed to get in without booking but it does get busy so you might just want to book for a weekend to ensure a table. read more

Do you know what I like about this place? You rarely see the likes of Chris Bromley there. Be careful or she may have a mental breakdown right in front of you. This is one of those women who wants you to constantly feel sorry for her while she is behind your back doing horrible things (like your husband if he'll let her). Stay away from her. She is a walking disease. Nandos is a really good place. Go eat some great food! read more
