This was my first time going here, I had seen it before and looked lovely and spacious unlike other nandos I had been too. I went and immediately as i walk through the door a young woman who worked there said 'it's cold in here, we have no heating' this didn't really bother me because we know there can sometimes be the odd misfunction.
We then get moved over to our table (I'm with a friend) and the same young woman escorted us (2 people) to a 4 person table. We order our food and as we are young teens we count our money and how much it will all come to. In the end we calculated
It would be £20.40. I myself go up to the till and yet again the same lady served me, i order my food and found out that the total had not come to what we calculated I say how can that be and the woman said 'well, you've calculated it wrong' in a sassy, sarcastic way I tell my friend over at the table and it turns out she had put the wrong order in. I understand we make mistakes but i don't think she handled it well and really jumped to conclusions.
Our food arrived, the food tasted as lovely as any other nandos would. The food was the only thing good about this experience. Although the food was cold.
There are some more things that had happened that wasn't very pleasant but I don't want to act as if I'm a food critic.
Overall, my friend & I didn't feel welcome at all, not like how usual nandos workers make you feel and have made a terrible mistake.
