Such a wonderful selection of Gia diamonds which gave me more confidence that they cared to to represent exceptionally high quality stones and add to that they also cared to give their customers the highest quality of service. I was especially interested in looking at estate jewelry and was thrilled at the large selection so beautifully presented. I found so many pieces that I liked, two of which I purchased: a sweet diamond necklace set in gold with 18c gold chain and a lovely pair of 14c gold double loop earrings to match. Both for around $1,000 which I thought reasonable. I am very pleased with both and would return in a flash if I lived nearby and may do so when I return to that area. (Many excellent wineries in the area, another reason to return)! What a jewel of a store, really top of the line! After insisting I wait, they couldn't put the back on properly because they didn't have the right tools. So, they asked me to return. The next day I was informed that the watch needed a new movement. Apparently, they broke the movement. After asking me to pay for the movement, I refused. They agreed to fix it. When I picked it up the following week, my beautiful watch could no longer keep time. You would think that they would check it before returning it. My gut tells me that they never replaced the movement - just hoped that I would return to Florida before I noticed it was still broken - which is exactly what happened..... Buyer BEWARE!

I almost cried (of joy) when I got my ring back…read more So let me start from the beginning. I reached out to various jewelers about wanting my old engagement ring (over 10 years old now) soldered. They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great.
