BEST PEDICURE I'VE EVER HAD! I was a walk in today and they seated me immediately. My tech was a lady named Van who took great care of my feet. She made sure to give me exactly what I asked for, and she took her time to perfect my design. It was $85 which is the same price I paid for the exact same look at a different salon in town, so the price was the same in comparison but I received much better customer service at Nancy's. I will defiantly be coming back!

So now I get to go to my office job with nails like this tomorrow. Unbelievable.

In all my years of visiting nail salons, this is the only time I have ever walked out mid-service. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I came here and specifically booked with Sammy because of the reviews. What an awful experience. Not only was she rough, cutting me multiple times during the pedicure and nicking multiple fingers with the drill while taking the polish off, but she had an attitude with me pretty much the whole time. I had to tell her multiple times that she hurt me and every time I did, she would stop, make a face, and say something to her co-workers, then go right back to being rough. I finally stopped her and asked her to be gentle and the response I got was a dirty look and more comments to her co-workers instead of responding professionally to me. That was the last straw. I told her I was done and to stop. In any other scenario, the business would have apologized for an employee's unacceptable behavior, and probably wouldn't have charged anything. Did that happen here? NOPE. No one said a word and she still charged me full price for a pedicure that I had to stop. So, I walked out with no toenail polish, tore up fingernails, and multiple cuts on my toes and fingers. Did I mention she wears a shirt that says "Manager"? Yeah, super professional and a great example as a manager. Keep up the good work... on someone else, because I will never come back and I will certainly share the details of my experience.

Also my nails are already chipping/chipped... terrible paint job 05/02/023 only 3 days after I got my nails done... awful!!!

Absolutely the worst nail PLACE I ever went to. I came in on for an acrylic full set. I'm new to Front Royal also, I am from northern Virginia and I know a few places I could've gone that actually deserved my money! Anyways! I asked for an acrylic full set, they NEVER greeted me! Then I guess the owner came up and said to sign in on the pad and I really didn't understand the point when there were only 2 people in the place and it was 6pm and business would close at 7pm. However, I signed in. The man who was assigned I assume to do my nails was very RUDE, I'll-mannered, impolite, discourteous, insolent male nail-technician I have ever let work on my nails.! He rushed me To pick out my nail color instead of suggest/make small talk with clientele as a professional business should do! Instead he rushed me and the entire time had an unpleasantness about him! I was so uncomfortable. As a mother of three this is absolutely not how you treat a WOMAN/MOTHER and this MAN should definitely know better! Back to the check in. When I saw the man put in my service he rang up $35 Why at the end I was charged $65? I did get semi-long but I didn't ask for much and I wasn't picky because they made me feel uncomfortable the entire time once again! Before the dejected man even touched my hands I asked if he'd like for me to take a quick moment to wash my hands, as I explained as a healthcare professional it's best I do for everyone's sake! He mugged and made a disgusting face as if I was wasting HIS TIME! Aren't I the one paying for this service? After his egotistical facial expression I started to catch on to something as many of my questions went UNANSWERED throughout the time of my almost two hour service. Question one: how much will this be? Another: absent minded look with no intent to get someone to help me as a customer who may speak English better. Question number two: could you please make my nails like this picture ? It was French but the whole tip was not painted ( I'll insert a picture of what I wanted vs. what I got ) Answer: no you will not get it like that pretty much from what I could understand, which is unacceptable especially with no explanation but I let it slide it's been a while since I've gotten my nails done so I was enjoying the quiet time. Question number three; more was a comment to break ice and just try and keep a positive attitude. " this is such a beautiful salon" Answer: empty vex look Also there were several mini visits from another person whom worked there which was a woman. In total I only saw three employees this day. She made several trips to Where my service was being done at to say pretty much nothing , I was hoping she was going to answer my questions I'm sure she and everyone heard me asking. THE ICING ON THE CAKE! Is when I saw them BOTH at Front Royal Walmart and they said nothing at all to me which is strange as they knew exactly who I was and am sure they could notice my nails. They gave me judged looks and stern faces. Safe to say whoever spends their money here be careful especially black women!

I had Katie and she did amazing! Showed her 2 reference photos and she did better than I could've imagined. I came with my mom and sister and we were all very happy with our service. We've been here before and didn't have a great experience, but the new management is doing a great job! We even got complimentary lotions. It was $170 for the three of us for two fills with designs and a paint with a design.

I have been here 4 times. I have found everyone here to be very hard working, friendly and professional. The salon Is kept tidy. The pedicure chairs are newer model, comfortable and always kept clean. I went in today, Saturday afternoon and it was very quiet so they were able to take me in right away. I was helped by a young woman named Angel. She was attentive and did a great job. She made sure the water temperature was just right. The 'soothing spa pedicure' that I received was very relaxing and my nails looked beautiful at the end. The only real problem I have is that the tools they use don't appear to be sanitized in between clients. There was a cup of shared tools being used at the same time between me and another client next to me who was also getting a pedicure. The woman next to me finished before I did and I noticed that the woman helping her didn't sanitize the pedicure basin/bath. They just emptied the water and dried it off with the towel that had been under her feet during the pedicure. Then they used these tools again on the next client. Angel, however, did spray my pedicure basin with lysol after I was finished. When I lived in Fairfax the nail salons/spas I visited put a lot of effort into cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and tools, which is something that I appreciated. For this reason alone, I think I will look elsewhere for my next pedicure.

multiple things... 1. I asked for my toenails to be cut short and they were barely cut at all. 2. the man doing my nails (nancy's husband) was too busy watching football to pay attention to my finger nails or what he was doing 3. i had dip on my nails when i arrived and even telling him he had left some on he failed to remove it all 4. he globbed the nail polish on so thick that over 1 1/2 hours later it was still wet and was ruined. 5. when he checked to see if they were dry he left a finger print and proceeded to tell me they were fine and i was ready to leave. 6. when i payed, he forgot to give me my card back and when i reminded him he laughed and laughed about it worst experience i've ever had at a nail salon.

Her husband cut me multiple times and laughed and honestly, the picture explains the rest. Won't be coming back here

My gel manicure peeled less than a week later

I got my nails done on Saturday April 15. The manicure it self was fine. I didn't like the original color as she was putting it on so she let me grab a different one. However, for a gel manicure to peel within a week. I'm not impressed

They do what the want not what the customer wants. 2 times it happened. I was told what I wanted was for young people.

Just enjoyed a mani pedi at Nancy's Nails with my daughter. Very nicely redone and the new management and staff were wonderful.
