I ordered from another location online that committed to deliver the flowers next day for an expedited charge. Then 30 mins before they were supposed to deliver they texted to tell me they didn't have the flowers for my order and the order would be a day late. I was so frustrated and upset. When I called Blooms, the florist was so kind and emphatic about my situation. I was in a bind because the previous debacle left me down $175 and without flowers for my Aunt's birthday. She was willing to help me out by getting the flowers delivered in the next two hours to still surprise my aunt for her 70th birthday as same day delivery to Kiwah Island. My family called and raved about how beautiful the flowers were! I'm so appreciative for the kindness and the level of service that Moni (hope I spelled her name correctly) delivered today! I'm grateful for a great local business that really delivered. I would order from Blooms Charleston again! Thank you for saving the day and making it special for my family.

She was one of the first florists to get back with me and really had a great idea when getting back with quotes. The majority of other florists would say sure your bouquet can include this and that and here is the price. Janice instead sends a document with pictures of the flowers you want or she suggests, with the picture of the shape of the bouquet. Not only did she do that for the bridal bouquet, but all other people who were to receive flowers. This was extremely visually helpful, and I knew immediately then I wanted to work with her! The one thing I absolutely loved about Janice was that she had no problems making any changes or suggestions, which is how any vendor should be when planning your wedding. You can tell she will gladly work with your visions and want you to have what you truly want! Even when she dropped off the flowers she made a minor change to my liking, A+++! I was in love with my bouquet. It had calla lilies, roses, mums, daisies (my favorite flower), and charleston roses, along with a little moss hanging down at the bottom. It was gorgeous, looked like a Romantic Charleston Bouquet! The only thing I am sad about is that I did not have time to take it anywhere to be dried or preserved, when leaving for my honeymoon, so I tried to dry it at home and some of the flowers just didn't dry very well, so I don't have a nice pretty one for display even though I will still keep it! That is my fault, but I wish I just had her fabulous bouquet to show off for awhile in our home in Charlotte! Use Pretty Petals for your wedding, it will be the best decision you made!
