Hands down one of the best experiences EVER!! Unfortunately, I am an extremely picky individual....so it is WAY out of my comfort zone to find a place, such as a florist, when I want to impress the recipient!! I always seek word of mouth recommendations, and in this case, pictures are also preferred. So, I'm here from out of state, watching my 3 year old grandson, while my daughter and son-in-law delivered a baby brother AND baby sister for him!!!! Naturally, I wanted to send my daughter flowers, but also thought it would be a neat idea for my grandson to send flowers to his new baby brother and baby sister!! I called, just to get a feel for the type of customer service I could expect. (confession: this was the 3rd place I had contacted. Both of the others were highly recommended on Yelp, but I just wasn't super impressed....and was on the fence about what to do until I called Creech's!) I spoke with a precious woman by the name of Mary! Ooooh momma! I hit the lottery with this sweet lady! She was so incredibly helpful, and went out of her way in making suggestions, and checking with the floral designer, to get his opinion, while we were on the phone! I honestly felt like she was a friend helping me out! THAT IS WHAT I CALL STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I had called right before closing time, but she said she'd send me a picture of the arrangements in the morning first thing--and she followed through on her promise. The floral arrangements are absolutely gorgeous!! But the biggest most important part of this equation??? My daughter was brought to tears!!! She thought they were drop dead gorgeous, and appreciative beyond words!!! I placed an order using the zip code for the delivery on the website. It showed delivery was available & I paid for delivery to go out today. I was called a little before 9 a.m. & told they do NOT deliver to the area. The lady on the phone was rather rude telling me that they have not delivered to the area for years. You need to UPDATE your website for people that don't live in the area to know where you deliver to instead of placing orders thinking they have everything taken care of days in advance only to be called the morning of & told they are out of luck. read more

Dealing with Creech's was an incredible experience in every way. Ordering flowers for my mother-in-law's funeral, I honestly had no idea what I was doing. After 40+ minutes on the phone and computer with the amazingly patient Theresa, and my changing the entire order toward the end of the call, I was sure whatever showed up at the funeral home would be nothing like what we wanted and would make the family disgusted with me. Oh my! The 2 baskets and small casket spray were breathtaking!!! There were no other flowers, but with the beauty of Creech's arrangements, any others would have looked pitifully sad anyway. As the daughter of a funeral director & a woman whose husband brings her flowers every Saturday, I KNOW beautiful flower arrangements! I have NEVER seen work that came close to what Creech's produced. It seemed disrespectful to snap photos at a funeral, so the memory of those magnificent bouquets will have to do. I was planning an intimate wedding in downtown Charleston with a short timeline and from out of state; he not only was one of the few that could help me with a bouquet and boutonnière, and at a reasonable price, but absolutely nailed it. He had me email him photos of bouquets I liked that I had found on Pinterest, went over details such as flower types and colors and absolutely blew me away. Very disappointed in this company! Not military friendly at all!! My girlfriend is stationed at Charleston AFB and today was her graduation into officially being an E&E Troop. Upon so, I decided to order her flowers and have them delivered. I understand that not all companies have base access (I have arranged delivers with companies before) so I listed my girlfriends number so she could meet the driver down at the gate. As I knew this would cause some confusion, I called the shop to let them know about the circumstances. The shop clerk let me know the owner will no longer deliver items to the base because the drivers have waited too long sometimes for the orders to be picked up. I tried to tell the clerk to call before they leave there shop and my girlfriend would be down there. I even told the clerk I was deployed and it's hard for me to even make the very phone call I was having with her. She then asked if my girlfriend would pick them up! Finally to no avail I was done. Ive ordered many things to be delivered to my girlfriend on base. A company even went as far as getting a pass so now they have access to the base to make deliveries. (This company is a bakery) Some companies will do everything for business and the customers. Sad not everyone understands that. read more

I went to Creech's Florist to get a Corsage and a Boutonnière for my sons Prom. They charged me $60 dollars, I didn't say anything because I haven't bought a Corsage or a Boutonnière in a long time and wasn't sure of the price. I was in Harris Teeters and saw they made them as well. I asked how much are the flowers (same ones I bought at Creech's) and it was $34 with taxes. I felt so cheated from Creech's Florist. My first and last time going there. I hate when you give your business to places like this one and they steal from you. Shame on you Creech's Florist. Shame on you!!! read more

Always great flowers! Very nice and last long time. They just need to follow the special instructions or what's the point in putting that as an option. Last year I said to deliver to the pharmacist at the pharmacy at CVS. They went around the entire store in search of the recipient... This year I said to deliver after 3pm. They attempted to deliver at 140pm and called the recipient, then had to deliver later. Then when I did get them, the little envelope that contains the message was stuck to the actual card. So you couldn't read the hand written message because the flap with the adhesive was stuck to it... read more

When a customer places an online/distance order, the customer is assuming the picture of what they order is what the florist is delivering. We went through a reputable local (to us) florist to order flowers for my in laws. We paid for not only the base model, but an upgraded version. What was delivered isn't even as full or containing the amount of flowers shown in the "base model" picture. Apparently, this florist is counting on the recipient being gracious and simply saying thank you to the customer who made their order. Unfortunately for them, we received a picture of the arrangement that was delivered. After we called, the florist agreed to EXCHANGE the arrangement for a more full one. That's right. They're caught cheaping out, and then want the recipient to sit around all day from 9-4pm waiting for a new arrangement to be delivered so that they can get their container back. No refunds offered. Go somewhere else and be very careful of who your local florist or online system contracts their distance orders through. Update-the "fixed" arrangement is almost the same size as the previous one. This place is a total scam. read more

My mom lives far away and likes to send me flowers a couple times a year for special occasions. After having a number of mishaps with big online companies (we all know who I'm talking about here) sending the wrong flowers multiple times, not delivering at all, etc... My mom turned to a local florist. Today I got probably my fourth delivery of flowers from Creech's and they're a beautiful bouquet of red roses with some mixed greens and a glass vase. Absolutely gorgeous and full. My mom has called Creech's a number of times before and explained what types of flowers, colors, and price point she was looking for - allowing them to be creative from there. I've never been disappointed. The flowers are always fresh, the arrangments are beautiful and their customer service has been good. They've left deliveries when we aren't home and they call to tell me where they are. They don't leave them on the front porch so they can be stolen, they've tucked them somewhere behind the house away from the busy road. I really appreciate that kind of thought. I have had the pleasure of knowing Miss Nella and Miss Aline for over 40 years. Creech's has always been my family's "Go To" florist. The quality of the work, attention to detail, value, presentation and personal involvement with each and every arrangement that leaves their shop is second to none! When my mother passed away, Daddy put me in charge of the arrangements, and I went to see Miss Aline and told her what we wanted. Miss Aline personally made the most beautiful full-sized casket spray in every shade of pink and type of flower I could imagine, then she and her husband personally delivered the flowers to the funeral home before the Sunday afternoon viewing. She even made a custom piece from my two brothers and me that several people commented on.
