Many items weren't priced, so I asked one of the workers to price a barbell I wanted. I took it upstairs, paid by credit card, and left it in the holding area. About 30 minutes later, while I was still looking through the house, a man approached me. He had arrived at the sale after I did and said he had bought all the weights. I had only bought the barbell. After seeing it upstairs, he claimed it was part of the weights he had purchased and said he wanted it too. He told me the people running the sale wanted to see me upstairs. When I went upstairs, the women running the sale were very aggressive. They told me the barbell belonged to him and said they would refund me. I had paid more than $50 by credit card, including tax and the processing fee, but they tried to hand me $50 in cash. I refused. I had my receipt, which showed the purchase time, and I had bought the barbell more than half an hour earlier. They called me a liar and accused me of removing a tag showing the item had been purchased. I brought over the worker who had priced and sold it to me. She confirmed there had been no purchase tag and that she had priced the barbell for me. I also had a photo of it from before I bought it, showing no tag. They still told me I could not leave with it and continued acting aggressively. I told them to call the police. I had paid for the barbell, had my receipt, and did not want a refund. They then started taking photos and videos of me and told me I was banned. This was an unacceptable way to treat a customer. I would not shop at this sale again.

"I just spoke to the installer and he'll be there within an hour"...he was on site already. - Higher than normal charges on the second bill appeared with deceptive grouping / lesser detail on bill line items. After review, under-scoping by decor8 on the first install was added into a second separate purchase. An item that surely could have been managed between the parties at the time of the initial overrun. - The delay was so much and communication so poor so that we genuinely reported the last installment as potential fraud In addition to customer service, it's important to note that, now, several months later, we're facing our third large quality issue. The reality of home improvement these days is nuanced customer requests and long lead times. These two components can be properly managed but low levels of customer service have turned a potentially transformational install into a large liability.
