Maybe one of the best dining experiences I have had in this area. It was nice having a simple upscale restaurant finally in this area. It had a large metro city feel but yet still cozy. The food!!! Absolutely love the concept and everything tasted so fresh. The fried chicken was perfect, it was chicken thighs so the meat was tender and not dry at all. My favorite sushi was the spicy crab and the lobster. My partner and I don't drink so when we asked they were able to take some of their regular cocktails and make them into mocktails for us. Service was 10 out of 10. We will be back!
We came to Nami Nori to celebrate my bestie's birthday, and it was the perfect choice! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special. We started with lychee martinis and their unique dirty martinis with jalapeños instead of olives--such a fun twist and absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was amazing. The spicy crab dip, wasabi cucumber tataki, furikake fries, signature set, starter set, and asari clam soup were all fresh and flavorful. My absolute favorite, though, was the coconut shrimp--I could've ordered another one or two just for myself! One of the coolest parts of the experience was how they brought the seaweed wrappers right to the table, and the sushi was served on the cutest little wooden tray where you slide each piece into the wrapper yourself. It made the meal interactive, fresh, and unlike any sushi experience I've had before. Amazing food, creative cocktails, beautiful presentation, and outstanding service. I'll definitely be back and can't wait to bring more friends with me!
We stopped by for a quick bite and got the fried chicken, signature temaki set, and the miso cod temaki. Everything tasted so fresh! The servers are so great and help explain how to eat everything properly. It's located right in front of the surf park so you get a nice view of the waves. Would def recommend for a cute date night!
It's definitely an experience. I would recommend getting a counter seat so you can try your temaki piece by piece. I got the signature set and my husband got the pieces ala carte. If you're a raw fish lover, just get the sushi ala carte. The signature set has too many cooked options. My husband's favorite was the toro and mine was the scallops. We got 5 temaki each and shared the tuna dip which was enough to fill us up but not send us over the edge. Service was good. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because for the price of the sushi, I expected the fish to be more elevated.
For my sister's last day in town, we decided to dine in at Nami Nori. I've heard so many great things about this place so I couldn't wait to try it out with her. Once we parked in the parking garage, we were able to walk right in to Atlantic Park, which was absolutely beautiful! Nami Nori is in the perfect location, right next to the Wave Garden. When we walked in, we were asked if we had reservations and since we didn't, we were only able to sit at the bar, which was fine. The restaurant had a very modern, eclectic vibe and was set up beautifully. I love the views and they even have outdoor seating. Christian, our bartender, was absolutely wonderful. He explained the concept of the Temaki and gave us time to look over the menu. He made us Pineapple Margaritas that were amazing!!! We knew we wanted the Caviar Service so that was brought out first. The caviar was delicate, savory and went great with the rice chips and onion cream. I finally decided on the Tuna Poke, X.O Scallop, Salmon Serrano, Spicy Lobster, Yellowtail & Scallion and Toro & Scallion. All of them tasted great but my favorite was the Spicy Lobster and X.O Scallop. The Coconut Shrimp that my sister ordered was amazing as well. We also tried the Japanese Potato Salad but it wasn't our favorite, it lacked a lot of flavor. Overall, we had the best experience!!! I can see this place being very packed this Summer so make reservations ahead of time! I'll definitely be returning!
Wildly different experience from the traditional sushi experience. We started with the salmon sashimi, furikake fries which were my favorite and the fried chicken bites. Instead of the presets we wanted to select our temaki. Tuna poke, salmon Serrano, spicy lobster, yellowtail and scallion 2, and red crab Cali. Everything was tasty but definitely on the more pricey side.
First visit. We made reservations on OpenTable and were so excited! With all of the hype and overall reviews, I was certain this would be a great experience. Nami Nori, according to the hostess, is reservations only and there's a strict time limit. We were about 7 minutes late and were told they could still seat us, but asked if we'd be able to finish our meal by 6:30 PM for the next reservation. Being our first time, I wasn't entirely sure how to gauge timing, especially since food prep is out of our control. We agreed and were excited to give it a try. Initially, we were seated at the temaki bar. I'm short, so all I could see was a wall, not waves. We asked to move so we could view the wave pool and were reseated beside other couples. Not a lot of privacy, but all good. We ordered several appetizers: wasabi cucumbers, crab dip, potato salad, and miso soup. The crab dip was delicious. We love pimento cheese, and this was a nice twist. I believe it used snow crab rather than local blue crab, which surprised me a bit. The potato salad and cucumbers were good, though fairly standard. The miso soup was a little different from what's typically served in the area, but still tasty. The space itself is beautiful, and the wave pool view was a highlight, at least until another guest closed the curtains. The overall atmosphere felt a bit more on the formal/curated side, which may appeal to some, though for me it came across slightly more polished than a relaxed beach vibe I was expecting. We did experience a longer wait for our entrees (about 20-25 minutes), which made us a little nervous given the earlier time limit. During that time, we noticed some service hiccups--another table was upset because their boxed leftovers were accidentally thrown away, and our dirty dishes were left sitting and began to pile up. A quick note: the restroom water runs extremely hot--almost scalding--so please be cautious, especially with little ones. Also, the soap dispenser is mounted on a side wall near head level rather than next to the faucet, which caught me off guard & felt a little awkward. Ahh, finally, our food arrived. We had almost considered canceling due to the wait. We asked if it was okay to take our time since we had been told earlier about the 6:30 cutoff, and the hostess let us know we were fine, which we appreciated--it just felt a bit inconsistent from the initial interaction. We opted not to stay for dessert. Overall, the food was good, and I'm glad we tried it. It didn't quite make the mark for me to return, but if you're looking for a date night spot and want to experience something different, I'd recommend trying it at least once. It just wasn't the perfect fit for me--and that's okay.
Everything is Gluten free!! cute little place by the Atlantic Surf Park. they have the host stand right in to the left and I booked the counter. I wasn't expecting the lower counter but it was still a good experience (I would've preferred the high stop counter). Our server made sure to explain the process to us which you order 5 pieces and they come up on the counter and once you eat it, you place your wooden holder back up for them to send out your next piece. The crab dip was pretty good with the big rice puff chips. Each piece already comes with wasabi so you can request it be removed but I would suggest just keeping it on there. All the rolls were pretty good. My favorite was the coconut shrimp one for sure. the drink was alright it was a strawberry lychee drink. Overall pretty good experience and I felt comfortable (not full) leaving!
Nami Nori is great if you're looking for a unique yet tasty temaki bar experience! The service was great-- our server took careful care to explain the overall menu and how ordering works. The main menu consists of Temaki, hand rolls that can be eaten in about 2 good bites. We ordered the pre-made sets which consist of 5 pre-selected rolls, but you can customize which ones you would like in one serving. We also tried a few of the offerings from the kitchen, most notably the karaage, furikake fries, crab dip, and miso soup. Love the overall atmosphere and looking forward to coming back in the summer to see the view of Atlantic park surf!
Piercing blue eyes. Serving up great service. Served the signature temaki set: Tuna poke Xo scallop (with roe) Coconut shrimp (with cilantro and lime) Salmon and Serrano (with cucumber? Shavings for the cool down) Black sesame and cucumber My first time here. Day after Valentine's. Yes, still party of 1. Sometimes it's easier to imagine my person was lost on his biking expedition in the CO mountains. OpenTable reservation. Gave my name at hostess. Seated at counter. Server with glass of water and small saucer of ginger; came after 10 minutes being seated, felt like forever. Restroom right around corner, pretty clean.
I visited twice for Restaurant Week lunch. My first visit with my husband was delightful and pleasant -- rather quiet, and the sushi chefs did a phenomenal job. Because of the pricing, I can see coming here for special occasions, when I feel like splurging, or during Restaurant Week. We tried items from the Restaurant Week lunch menu and a few regular-menu additions. The following items were included in the $20 Restaurant Week lunch: *Nami nori salad: Delicious -- iceberg lettuce with a creamy dressing and spicy seasoned rice chips that added texture and crunch, plus juicy tomatoes to whet your palate. *Miso soup: Served hot with fried tofu and shredded carrots. It was perfect on a 20-degree day. *Temaki (hand rolls): Served one at a time at the counter. *Crispy oyster: Surprisingly good (and I don't even like oysters). Savory and balanced, crispy from frying, tender inside, and creamy from garlic hollandaise. Pickled onions added the right tartness. *Crispy fish: Tucked under shredded lettuce but stood out with juicy, hot, tender flavor. *Spicy crab dynamite: Packed a punch -- spicy and satisfying. All ingredients tasted fresh and the nori was crisp. Although I was full, I made room for dessert: the seasonal blood orange pavlova (additional charge). It was plated beautifully, but the blood oranges were very tart and slightly bitter -- I wouldn't order it again. My husband ordered additional rolls (including a salmon serrano). For drinks we had Kirin and a white-peach Japanese soda, which was mild and pleasant. On my second visit with a friend and my sister we were seated near the window with a view of the surf park (closed at the time). We again did the Restaurant Week lunch and tried furikake fries with ketchup and mentaiko mayo -- the mayo is spicy but delicious; I highly recommend the fries with the mayo. The monchurros were also excellent: soft, chewy, served hot with a citrusy cream. Practical details: The entrance is off Pacific Ave. Parking is street or metered; there are several parking lots within a short walk. The restaurant is small and primarily bar/counter seating with 3-4 tables that seat groups of 3-5, so it's not ideal for large groups. The ambiance is sophisticated and minimalist; it's very clean. Outdoor seating is available (mostly two-tops, best in warmer weather).
I had a reservation for two at the counter at 7:30 PM on a Wednesday, and the restaurant was pleasantly calm and not crowded. The space itself is beautiful. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the surf park, which I imagine must be amazing during the daytime with all the natural light pouring in. Even at night, the modern atmosphere stands out. Clean lines, light wood accents, and a minimalist aesthetic give the space a fresh, polished feel. I started with the crab dip, which was excellent. It had plenty of real crab and a great cheese pull. The homemade crisps were light and airy and worked perfectly as a vehicle for the dip. For temaki, I ordered: * X.O. scallop * Fried oyster * Spicy lobster * Yellowtail & scallion * Red crab California * Spicy crab dynamite Every roll tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully constructed. Each one had layers of flavor and a nice balance of textures. My two favorites were the fried oyster and the yellowtail & scallion, both of which stood out for their flavor and simplicity. If you sit at the counter, the temaki are served one at a time, almost as soon as you finish the previous one. It gives the meal a course-by-course feel and lets each roll shine on its own. Watching the rolls being made behind the temaki counter adds another fun element to the experience. I tried three cocktails: * Matcharita * Island Life * Golden Colada The drinks were appropriately strong and very well balanced. The Matcharita is a must-try. It was refreshing and bright, not earthy like you might expect from matcha. Just get it. The Golden Colada looked simple but delivered great flavor, with a gold flake floating on top for a little visual flair. The Island Life is definitely rum-forward, but the strawberry-lychee notes add a nice sweetness. I actually recommend swapping the rum for tequila, which made for a great alternate version. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, explaining how the temaki service works and keeping the pacing perfect. The timing of the rolls felt intentional, and nothing ever sat too long. Overall Nami Nori delivers a really thoughtful temaki experience with fresh ingredients, great cocktails, and a modern atmosphere. Sitting at the counter makes the whole meal feel interactive and curated. I'll definitely be back.
Food was fresh and love the concept. Not ideal for large groups as tables are not very large. I'd suggest reservations and walk-ins are also welcome.
I came here with my friends for my birthday and it was such an amazing experience! The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was incredible, and we had so much fun. The sushi was genuinely some of the best I've ever had. I got the vegan set and was blown away by how creative and flavorful everything was -- the mushroom and tofu options were definitely my favorites. I also loved the whole experience of building the temaki ourselves with the nori. It made dinner feel so much more interactive and special. Everything was beautifully presented, the drinks were amazing, and the staff made the whole experience feel elevated without being stuffy. Such a perfect place for a birthday or special occasion. I would absolutely come back read more
Been looking forward to trying this restaurant since it opened. My friend Ashleigh and I decided to link up and go to celebrate our birthdays. You have the opportunity of reserving a table or sitting at the counter. We opted for the counter to get the full temaki experience. We started with the crab dip with the crispy rice chips and I also got the Matcharita. Both get my approval. The crab dip was an 8/10 it wasn't that spicy but it was creamy. The rice chips were super satisfying. The Matcharita was a 9/10 for me, well balanced sweet but grounded with a nori salt rim. My friend hand picked some individual temaki including the Spicy Lobster and Salmon Serrano. I opted to get a temaki set which comes with 5 selected temaki which is also a bit of a discount then getting 5 individually. I went for the signature set. My favorite temaki included the Salmon Serrano, the Cucumber Sesame and the XO Scallop. It was nice to chat while we watched each Tamaki being prepared. The service was nice and the atmosphere was calm. We debated on getting dessert and ultimately opted to try the recommended churros with homemade lemon curd. The churros were pretty tasty. They were a bit raw in the middle, but they still were enjoyable and that lemon curd was fantastic. I definitely recommend checking out Nami Nori for a refreshing night out. read more
Our sushi was delicious, we absolutely loved the coconut shrimp one. Genuinely such lovely flavors. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and aesthetic, and the views of the atlantic park is stunning. We loved the plating of each item. Our waitress was so nice and helpful! The pricing is pretty high and the menu doesn't really indicate that at first glance. Each temaki is about $9 and our waitress recommended getting 5 pieces each person to start. read more

This restaurant is definitely a vibe! I love the aesthetics and the set up of this place. You'll forget you are still in VB! I didn't have reservations (highly recommend), so I had to wait about 15 minutes or so to be seated. I sat right at the sushi bar and ordered my temakis. I love that the servers explained what each hand rolls were as they serve it to you one at a time. My favorite were the crispy fish and coconut shrimp. The temaki were complex and full of flavor. So yummm!!! I also had the Japanese Fried chicken and fries. I love the fries with the umami seasoning. And the bbq sauce that comes with the chicken is like a white BBQ sauce. It reminds you of Alabama BBQ sauce. Overall a great experience and great food! read more
Nami Nori in Virginia Beach is such a great spot. The vibe is cool but relaxed, and everything just feels easy from the moment you walk in. The open-style temaki is super fresh, creative, and honestly just fun to eat, especially if you like trying a few different flavors in one visit. The bartender was friendly and helpful without hovering, and the team gave great recommendations. Whether you're going for a quick bite at the bar or a laid-back night out, it's one of those places you end up wanting to come back to pretty quickly. read more
Went back for my wife's birthday and everything was amazing! The only thing..I guess they changed how much chicken they provide you when you order the fried chicken. Last time, we got a few pieces, this time we only had 6. The people next to us had 8. Def a little weird....Luckily everything tasted good! read more

Pharrell and his team have done it again! In addition to the dome and the Atlantic surf Park is this gorgeous elevated sushi spot with a fire staff and delicious eats We started off with four of the appetizers: tuna poke, Shishido peppers, the fried chicken, and my personal favorite, the potato salad! We ordered the signature set and the classic set and I customized my set of rolls. I love that everything was assembled in front of us. You could see how fresh all the ingredients were and the simplicity of flavors were put together beautifully! For a dessert, we tried both of the sweet offerings. One of them was a churro made out of mochi with this delicious lemon Yuzu sauce. It was airy, not too chewy, just the right amount of crunch and sweetness, and the sauce paired perfectly with it. The cookies were good too, but I kind of wanted a glass of milk with it lol. I probably should've saved my matcha latte to pair with it lol. I left feeling like I ate just the right amount of food. I loved the environment. Staff was friendly and helpful. The views of the surf park are really cool. I'd love to hang out here before a concert at the dome in the future. It's just a really nice place to be. Great addition to the Virginia Beach oceanfront read more
This is 100 percent gluten free which is amazing! Be prepared to wait a good while for your food (we waited over an hour for a party of 4 on a Saturday night), however it was worth the wait! The salmon sashimi tasted smoked even though the menu didn't say that. It was also heavy on the orange flavor. We all loved the hand rolls!! Favorites: spicy tuna, tuna avocado, red crab California, yellowtail and scallion, avocado toast, and coconut shrimp. Good: lobster and tofu. Try something different next time - sweet potato roll. Next time I'd like to try the fried oyster and truffle and a crunchy roll. Loved the modern ambiance too! Can't wait to go back!! read more

This is a great spot for a refined sushi experience in VB! The wooden paneling decor feels sleek and modern, with views of the surf park behind the counter. To start, the clam asari soup was flavorful with lots of umami. We also tried the tempura misto which had a mix of shrimp, calamari, onion and zucchini. The main star of the meal was of course the temaki. We each got a signature set of 5 different handrolls. We were impressed by how crispy the seaweed was, and the fun twists on Asian flavors. Highlights were the xo scallop and the tuna poke! read more

The quaint and welcoming establishment has one of the BEST old fashions I've had in a really long time!!!! The atmosphere is very friendly, the staff welcoming, and the service is phenomenal. Drink prices are average, the rolls are a little pricey, however they are delicious! Don't skip this place!!! read more
WOW. The food here is absolutely delicious! Easily in my top 5 restaurants in all of Hampton Roads. When this placed open up last week, I knew I had to come here and check it out. First off, make a reservation. I am sure with the more positive buzz they'll be getting it'll be harder just to walk in and get a table. They have a few different seating options including the main dining area, counter seating, and outdoor seating right next to the Atlantic surf Park! We were able to sit right next to the windows to watch some of surfing action which was pretty cool. Be warned, if you're sitting on the bench facing the pool, it is extremely bright! The dining area makes you feel like you're not in VB anymore - like a super posh restaurant spot in NY or something. It's a very elegant and modern space. The food here was exceptional. We got the salmon sashimi and spicy tuna dip to start. Both were light and a great way to start our meal. We got 6 temakis each! They're essentially open hand rolls. The stand outs were the salmon avocado and toro temakis - just imagine super fresh and flavorful fish on top of sushi rice. I could eat 12 of these on my own. Honestly, the food was impeccable and can't wait to come back. Our server, Dexter, was amazing and attentive, along with some other staff members as well. You can find street parking but there is a parking deck right next door. Already trying to book my next reservation! read more

I came here during lunch and got the signature set ($32), starter set ($28), chicken karage ($13), matcha , and shishito peppers ($9). The karage was very crispy, and seasoned well! I liked the lemon peel that was on the chicken as it added a great zest flavor alongside the meal. The temaki sets allowed you get a variety of five different ones which would save a few dollars if ordered individually. You could get about 3 good bites from each rolls. My favorites were the tuna poke and salmon ones. The fish were very fresh and delicious! At the end I ended up ordering the toro+scallion ($12) and it was amazing! This was my first time having this type of cut of tuna and it indeed was "buttery" in texture and taste. The meal was very balanced where you didn't feel bloated at the end! Staff were friendly and there was a great view of the new wave park. I would save this spot for a special occasion as it is on the pricey side. Overall it's a nice fancy "sushi" restaurant with great food and staff. Food(50%): 9.2 Staff/service(25%): 8.6 Value(25%): 7.3 Overall: 8.6/10 read more

Nami Nori does not operate like a typical sushi spot, and that is exactly the point. What they offer is a temaki bar experience, open-style hand rolls crafted in front of you, and if you walk in without knowing that, consider yourself properly introduced. We started with the caviar service. Delicate, fresh, and buttery, with a crispy rice chip that added exactly the right amount of crunch. The portion was generous enough that what remained found its way into our rolls, which was either inspired or inevitable. Probably both. We let the bartender guide us and ordered the signature set: tuna poke, XO scallops, coconut shrimp, salmon Serrano, and cucumber black sesame. All five compete for the top spot, but the XO scallops were sweet, fresh, and savory in a way that earns a second order. The coconut shrimp builds on itself, the flavor arriving in layers rather than all at once. And the cucumber black sesame quietly became the surprise of the meal. Simple on paper, remarkable in practice. I wished I had ordered more before I even finished it. The rice was delicate, the wasabi applied with intention, and the apothecary dropper bottle of soy sauce was a small detail that made the whole experience feel considered. The cocktail arrived dressed in gold flakes, coconut rum and pineapple underneath, and it held its own. Service was attentive from the host to the server, and if you sit at the bar, ask for Christian. He will take care of you. The room is calm, clean, and considered. And then there is the bench. When you see it, you see it. This is a spot worth the detour and worth the return. read more

Came for a special occasion date nite. We love sushi so we were excited to try this new spot. We got a seat at the bar and ordered 2 apps the chicken and fries. Both surprisingly really good. We ordered dinner and got the 2 set hand rolls. We loved watching them make the rolls from the bar. They placed them on top one at a time. Each hand roll was different and it was exciting to try each one. The sushi was definitely very fresh and they were all so tasty. The sushi is pretty pricey considered each hand roll was 2 bites. I also ordered a mocktail and the price was $18, if I had know that I should haven gotten the rum included, I thought that was pretty steep for a mocktail in VA beach! read more

Tens across the board! My family and I visited Nami Nori for lunch and everything from the ambiance, the service, and the delicious food was impressive. Our server, Tyler, gave us a lot of recommendations and checked on us frequently. The restaurant has a minimal, Japandi design which is sleek and modern. We got multiple appetizers and hand rolls and they were all hits with no misses. My favorite were the spicy tuna (appetizer and handroll!), the clam soup, and the matcharita cocktail. I'm so glad I was able to visit this gem and will be back soon! read more

I can't stop thinking about this meal, it's one of the best I've ever had. Not only is it incredible that the entire menu is gluten-free but the flavors and quality were unmatched. Service was slow but the food made up for it. I NEED a location to open in the DC area ASAP!! read more
First things first make sure you book a reservation in advance. I recommended the high top temaki counter for a beautiful view of the wave park. I tried six temaki rather than one of their pre selected sets, and everything was incredible. The nami nori salad had a rich buttermilk and seaweed flavor that I really enjoyed, and the spicy tuna appetizer was spicy and delicious as promised. This is just a personal preference, but I love that the spicy tuna at nami nori is small chunks but not completely diced like other sushi restaurants. Had a great experience overall and made sure to recommend to all of my friends! read more
Loved this restaurant! Sat at the bar and I thought it was a great choice. Talking to the bar tender and watching how creative they were with the drink was great! Their lychee martini was amazing. The ambience, atmosphere was very relaxing and very enjoyable. Love the decor and the aesthetics. The create your own option for the sushi is your best bet. It is on the higher end of price but it's totally worth it. The spicy dip is highly recommended. I'm definitely coming back! read more

Friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere with Chill modern music puts you in a zen mood. We ordered off the Restaurant Week menu. It's $20 for lunch, which includes the Nami Nori salad($12), the Veggie miso soup($7), the Trio Temaki of Spicy Crab Dynamite ($11), Crispy Fish($8), and Fried Oyster ($8) hand rolls. We ordered Furikake Fries served tomato tonkatsu ($9) and with mentaiko mayo (additional $2 charge). We also ordered the mochurros served with homemade lemon curd. Everything was so fresh and flavorful! Highly recommend this place! read more

We were really excited for some new spots to open in VB and we finally got to come and try out Nami Nori. I love the vibe and decor of the restaurant. We had a reservation, which I highly recommend as there aren't a ton of seats and it was very busy when we went. We sat at a table with a view of the surf park which was super cool. We ordered quite a few appetizers (I didn't get a picture of all of them), but everything was good. For our main food, we had the temaki. I hadn't ever had temaki before so it was a new experience. Most of them were really good, but a few were not as flavorful. All the ones from the left column of the menu like the coconut shrimp, XO scallop, fried oyster, etc that we tried were the best ones in our opinion. They were unfortunately out of the lobster one when we went which was disappointing since we all wanted to try that one. Overall, we had a good experience and the food tasted good and fresh. However, the pricing did not align for me so for that reason we would probably not visit again. For 4 of us our bill was a little over $600, which was not worth it to me. However, I love the location and new options being brought to VB. read more
Was really wanting to like this place, but I don't think it's my style. HOWEVER, there are many good things about it, so this is a 3.9 star review. Service and ambiance was great--the location is beautiful and so were the views. The chicken karaage was delicious as was the paired dipping sauce. The sushi rice was VERY authentic (if you've been to Japan, you'll know) but I found the temaki toppings underwhelming. I'll preface this by saying I am not huge on seafood so I chose all of the vegetarian/vegan options aside from the coconut shrimp. I would be willing to come back. read more
Walking in to the an oasis where you have the perfect view of the Atlantic park to see the waves while enjoying beautiful crafted temaki style sushi roll made right there in front of you with a nice variety of selection. I went for more traditional starting with a red crab California very rich and creamy with both the crab and avocado adding that freshness with the cucumber to balanced it out. Following with that I try something new the X.O scallops very different and light with the right amount of acidity and pairing that with tuna poke had a smoky taste to it with some crunchy texture on top to contrast the flavors. And my last choice and my now new favorite is the yellowtail + scallion. All their rolls are gluten free and their perfect portion. The services were nice and she was very attentive to make sure we enjoy every moment and guided us on how the layout of service the sushi part versus the appetizers. This spot is perfect for date night with the intimate vibe to it and it has a nice layout to have a good view and enjoy some company and perfect for lunch. Definitely will be back to try their caviar roll it's on my next visit and I would recommend this place if you want to experience sushi in a different way. read more
