After describing the problems I was having to one of the partner/employees of the company, the majority owner, Charly Everett and his general manager, Brandon Webster, stepped in and literally turned the project around over-night. They corrected all mistakes and completed the project in record time after the day they took it over. They assigned a project manager, Matt McCasland, who performed exactly like they instructed him to: he did everything necessary to make me and my wife happy. The one thing they could not do, was to give us back the time that was lost by the first project manager, however, they did what they could do, which was to be totally honest and open about what we had gone through, and then to remain in that mode as they competently completed the total reconstruction and upgrade of our 5,000 sf home. I would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking a construction contractor! The first project manager, Jackie Lynn, is no longer working for Gregg Construction.
