I am taking these guys to court for utility fraud they refuse to pickup because cans are in coral 4 foot from the street when I called and complained they said there driver could not get out the truck and it has to be close enough for an arm to grab them I then told them they had no arm there truck was manually loaded from the rear they then said they would have someone call me back that they did not know they were using that truck ? No one ever called I have lost 5 pickups one from weather witch I understand but no sub day after. I canceled service now they want me to pay them 50. No real complaints with service, billing is another story. They bill a month ahead of service with a fuel surcharge that doesn't vary when fuel prices drop significantly. I can tolerate that even if it is unfair. The issue that I have is the fee they want to charge for discontinuing their service. I never agreed to pay them for stopping the service and would not. I got an email stating that Frontier was discontinuing my discontinued service because the stop service fee was outstanding. I have requested a signed copy of the agreement to pay a stop service fee. read more

Contracted with Road Runner Waste, they had Frontier Waste service our building. Countless missed pick ups, over charged for 'extra pickup' when the dumpster was full due to the missed pickup. But worst of all, their driver left the dumpster (on casters) out on our sloped driveway rather than placing it in the secured area where it is kept. Heavy winds the next morning blew the empty dumpster into our neighbors lot and hit a customers car. Over $5,000 damage that Frontier refused to take responsibility for. The WORST haulers I've ever dealt with in over 50 years in business. Wish I could give them a negative rating.... but the lowest I can give them is a 1... and they don't deserve that. read more

I watched the truck FLY by the houses on our street before 8 a.m. this morning and all the while trying to get the trash to the curb. If i could zero I would. DO NOT USE THIS PLACES SERVICES. They are a bunch of crooks! Literally! My trash wasnt picked up due to it " not being out on street" per driver. We took our trash out the night before. We live in a private neighborhood. I checked the camera footage from the day they are supposed to pick up. They never even drove down street! So here I am 4 days later asking them to come. Its been in the upper 90s this whole week. I have maggots in the trash cans. I called and asked them to come, i was told " tomorrow" that " dispatch will give me a courtesy call when they're en route" . That was yesterday. Nothing. Now today my husband calls and is told they will pick up today. Well they never called. Here I am 5 days later. Each person we have talked to have said another story. They're a joke. I told her that I had City Code Compliance here discussing their property & that I need it removed today! This was my 3rd call to them for it still being on my property for over a month! Since the beginning they've been inconsistent with trash pickup from the get go usually I wouldn't care when they pick it up but where I live there's a lot of feral pigs and it's only a matter of time before they end up tipping it over and making a mess. Now I've explained to them multiple times but it's like explaining it to a two year old in one ear and out the other. The only thing there consistent in is drawing the money out of your bank account when it's due so I cancelled my autopay and right away thy charge me with a lat fee on top of that a day later they took another payment so they billed me twice. upon calling for a quote- a recorded call has me asking specifically the cost break down for a weeks rental. I was told I HAD to pay $960 for a months rental- I made it clear I just wanted 1 week and I was told the $960 is broken down into 4 weeks and any time we don't use, would be reimbursed to us. upon returning 7 days later- I was refunded $26- I called thinking there HAD to be a mistake and turns out- I was told the wrong thing but they are 'not able' to do anything about it- there's a $600 DUMP FEE I was NoT told about- will NeVER use them again- they can't be trusted to stand behind their word! read more

Pasadena changed us from Waste Management to Frontier telling us they are more cost effective. I am paying with my nerves! First we were forced to get a can to have them pick up recycle. The blue bags went into the garbage truck. Cardboard boxes go into the garbage truck. We got a can and some days they come before daylight, some days they come after 6 pm. Recycle and dirty garbage are picked up on the same day now (Saturday), for many, many, many weeks they picked up the dirty garbage late afternoon to early evening on Saturday. UNTIL today, they came before 8:30 am. Most of my neighbors did not have their dirty garbage on the curb, including myself. There is ZERO customer support on Saturday. Why would you have a customer oriented business that works on Saturday without any customer service reps available? So, I am left with a big, stinking garbage that won't be picked up until Wednesday next week. When I have tried to get a straight answer from Frontier they send me to the City, when I try to get a straight answer from the City, they send me to Frontier. So far, we are underwhelmed by this waste service. read more

Dayton Location Situation: * cancelling 2nd week into a 3 month contract because they are charging me for bulk collection (that I pre-paid to have picked up on a certain/different day) .....that is now being picked up on a on my regular day w/regular trash in the same truck. laughably she thought it was a "considerate" call to tell me they were doing this but not giving me a credit for the money I paid already for a separate pick up day that they insisted had to be done. Response: - on the first call the lady made no effort to see my side, give a credit, call a manager to make it right or anything, she just kept repeating herself over and over, leading the conversation nowhere. - on the second call; after we decided to stop service, now they wanna make it right....lmao, no thank you, the first rep had plenty of time in the 30 minute call to make an effort, she chose not to. AND, now there is a cancellation fee (even with over 2 months notice) This trash company is literally trash. really deserved a 0 star option read more

Pathetic Workers, they constantly put the garbage can in front of my mailbox even though I had it several feet away on the other side of the driveway, the mailman will not deliver if the mailbox is blocked, so I finally had to go to the corporate office to complain, now they dont put it in front of the mailbox any longer, they take it and block my drive way now...
