When I said I was not prepared to do this she told me that there was nothing else she could do for me then. I have been trying to sort out the problem now for 4 weeks and just been passed from one person to another. I have tried to show my disappointment on their reviews but they won't print it. They do a discount card which costs £4ish for a year to get a discount on all items varying from 10% upwards. They do have regular offers which have large discounts. Recently they have had a lot of regatta items which are cheap. The staff are great, they are friendly and know their stuff so are able to offer good advice and offer alternatives.

The shop is run by very knowledgeable people who have the time, patience but above all experience to help you choose the most suitable product. Most of what they sell is serious, high-end gear think Parador and Rohan. The boot fitting service is particularly good. The staff will take as long as it takes (30 minutes minimum) to make sure you get the best fitting and most suitable boot or shoe. The shop is in the suburbs and it can be difficult to park there but I for one wouldn't buy my boots from anywhere else.

As they were standing next to us it equated to poor service. We had travelled 15 miles passing other retailers on the way. No we will not be going back. We then went to Cotswolds in Bakewell where we had excellent service and spent around £400.

It's easy to go mad and buy items you didn't go in for but at them prices you don't mind as much. It's great just to see what they have and give ideas for getting active, anyone for Frisbee? The store itself is massive, with plenty of free parking and is also in an easy location to visit via public transport. I've purchased a variety of items here, from football socks to camping gear. They carry items from most of the major brands, but also have their own cheaper brand. The staff are always helpful and polite and the store is easy to navigate with various departments (split into sports) stretching across the wide building.
