Gentle demeanor, great listener, knowledgeable and with good advice that always proved to be right-on. True, the front office staff could have been better...they left me hanging for many months with a billing error, even threatened to take it to a collection agency before it was finally straightened out. But the value of a good doctor is worth more to me than an inconvenience like that. So aside from the office issues, I have to give this doctor and his medical team 5 stars.
