I've heard some horror stories about the Greyhound bus from people I know and reviews online. Last…read moreSaturday I needed to find last minute transportation for someone to the Phoenix airport, since I ended up not being able to drive them. We booked a ticket in the morning an hour or two before an 11:50 am bus. The bus ended up leaving on time and got to the airport as scheduled. I'm glad it really worked out well and my partner made it on time for his flight. On a separate occasion, a friend of mine booked one of the super early morning buses that ended up getting delayed 1.5 hours without any warning or communication. Additionally, the bus driver ran out of driving minutes and basically pulled over on the highway several miles from the airport and left people stranded to find a way there. I guess for legal reasons, bus drivers here cannot drive over a certain amount of hours at a time, but it seems like this kind of situation could've been avoided. So basically, book your ticket here at your own risk. Make sure to choose a time that's way earlier than your flight in case you get delayed or other unforeseen circumstances occur.

We were in the second building , there was lots of parking and our room was easily accessible. There are vending machines in the hallway and the room has both a microwave and fridge. It's been over 14 days and their SECOND charge is still pending on my account. I think the evidence speaks for itself. Let's put down guests and their character rather than making things right. I would advise any traveler to avoid this place at any cost. They can't charge correctly, their rooms stink "pet friendly" or not I've never had a stinky room even at a Motel 6 which was a 10 compared to this place at even the worst Motel 6 where I've had issues. Also their customer service just plain sucks across the board as shown by her comment on my review disparaging me and still not taking accountability. It's been 15 days since I left my review and their charges still have not fallen off. A pending charge does not take weeks. They couldn't even change a coffee container they were delusional about that. They rather sit at their front desk and gossip about their guests. Read thru their other reviews that talk about bed bugs issues and stealing customer credit cards while doing room service to sum it up for proper expectations. It's a circus of nonsense. The Days Inn steps away is an apt choice. I've stayed there prior to this trip and it was wonderful. ****Also: another side note: Every review that I leave I try to work things out at the business level before leaving the review on their business. I don't just arbitrarily leave reviews. That said, for the record, I tried multiple times in person (never spoke to LaSundrea IN PERSON as she is saying) However, I spoke to check in person at night who was aggressive and argumentative, two front desk agents in the am who were VERY aggressive and argumentative and gossipy in front of guests, a coffee person who was also argumentative and lazy and LaSundrea over a Booking.com and an email thread where she refused to detail all the charges and the exact amount going back. Her math did not math. A 2 year old could have mathed better. All told, I spoke to 5 people at Super 8 Wyndham Flagstaff and 3 Booking.com agents. For a one day late overnight early morning stay. A review is my last resort. I take leaving a negative review very seriously because it's on my name as well. Any reviews I've left have been 100 percent honest and a last resort to let other people know proper expectations. Had Super 8 tried to make any of this right I never would have left a review. I'm a single mother and this takes time away from my kid and my dog to detail all of this.

We had double room and one of them had sofa that can be spread up, so it could fit 6 people in total. Breakfast was nice, eggs, sausage, pancakes machine, bagels, muffins, cereal, and fruits.... Pool was clean and never to busy. Most of the time our family was the only one on the pool. There is a parking lot outside from all around hotel so we always had place to park. Nice staff and we didn't have any issues. There is very good pizza place next to it NiMarco's pizza, Jack in the box and two Mexican restaurants. Everything else you would need a car to go.

It was already 9pm and I wasn't going to try to find another place. But if I paid and was told $105 then they should have honored that. Supposedly the dog free wasnt added..... not my problem... I told the people I had a dog and they had asked me a bunch of questions about her. My daughter jumped up because there was a bug on her bed, I told her to get up and I checked between the mattress to see if they had bedbugs but didnt see anything. They have security cameras everywhere. The backdoor is supposed to be locked between 11p-6am but was locked far after that. We left about 930 and was still locked. Walls are very thin... could hear the neighbors conversation and people watching tv well into 3am. They have a indoor pool that we didn't have time to check out. But there was a bunch of kids in there that said they were having a lot of fun. Breakfast was I believe 6-10am but not for sure. They had bread, bagels, pancakes, eggs, sausage (my dog wouldn't even it that), yogurt, 2 cereals and a couple juices

The bigger issue, however, was her lack of knowledge regarding the passport requirements for travel between the US and Mexico and her insistence that she was right about said requirements and condescending tone when talking to or emailing my wife and I when we pointed out her error. There is NO REQUIREMENT that passports be valid for at least 6 months beyond the length of stay for citizens of either country traveling to the other like for some other countries. There is a reciprocity agreement whereby this is waived. She was so sure she was right that she suggested we either a) drive 300 miles to do an instant 1 day renewal, b) send in for a renewal with no time to spare (the guy at the passport office said don't risk it), or 3) pay an exorbitant fee to some expediting company who is unlikely to deliver. Ultimately we ignored her advice and just used the passport in question with no issues but it added a considerable amount of unnecessary stress to an already stressful time to travel. We would not use her again or recommend her.

The ride there was great, semi private and had drinkenu with all these specialty cocktails non alcoholic for the kids. They absolutely loved that. The snacks they advertised were not real snacks I was expecting, it was donut holes, tiny muffins and that was about it. The ride home was also first class but a different car and not anything like our trip there. We were packed with lots of other people, it was pretty dirty and uncomfortable. The person in charge of our car was so much better than on the way but the car was not. No specialty drinks or menu for the kids. They were so disappointed. The snacks were a spread of meats, cheeses, veggies and some bread pretzel bites. So, that was better. The train robbery was kinda silly, aoney grab. They take your photos on the ride there but they lost ours and the price starts at $40 to receive them! For the price, especially upgrading, you think they would give you at least one for free. Anyway, it was a fun experience one time but that's it....a one and done. The hotel was clean and breakfast is included. If we had to pay the receipt said $79 for a family of 4. Very much not worth the price. The fruit looked like it had been frozen and then put out, even the grapes looked old and nasty. Nothing great and you have to wait for a server to order the drinks (coffee, juice, etc). They don't have milk for kids and they expect a tip for literally servicing you juice. Again, a bit silly for a buffet and paying a ton of money. Again, a one and done for us.
