Glue was also left stuck on my finger and never properly cleaned off. On top of that, they didn't provide the paraffin treatment that was part of their October promotion -- I only received a text message afterward saying they'd "do it next time." Poor technique, poor hygiene awareness, and promises not kept. I won't be returning and I don't recommend this place.

NOTE* -disposable files and buffers are used here -pedicure tubs are thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant and soaked in bleach after every client! This procedure is Very rare at most nail salons where they just clean the surface only but do not rinse and soak the tub in bleach water*** -and they sanitize their equipment which comes out in a sterilized bag. Never had any problems here. My whole family comes here lol!
