    Full set!

I ask for a full set and the person that did was AMAZING! He was so kind and made sure that what I wanted was going to be received and that I liked what he had done! The station was clean and the guy had a great attitude!

I got acrylics done. Thin and uneven. They are also a mess painting wise, and left me in pain from roughness. They are very pretty though! Super sweet people.

I am a travel nurse and tend to visit many nail salons. I can honestly say I have never seen a mail place even close to as filthy as this one. Everything is covered in dust and grime. They don't clean anything between uses either. There was a person getting a manicure next to me as I waited for mine, and the lady took the bowl that the customers nails were soaking in, emptied the bowl, and just filled it up with water for me to put my hands into to soak. no cleaning, no rinsing, nothing. You feel dirty just sitting there. 100% do not recommend. ETA: Just woke up the day after my "manicure"- I looked at my nails in the bathroom and the color was COMPLETELY different. I had a color applied that was called 'Rose Dust' and it was a purple color. This morning it is literally tan- as in skin tone. The edges of the nail are purplish, reminiscent of the color it was yesterday. I have attached a picture to explain what I mean. I don't even want to go back to complain because they will just want to give me another manicure which I have zero interest in. Trust me when I say RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I always go here, it's my go too but not anymore. I went to go get an acrylic fill. I had waited 2 hours to even be seated. I asked for black polish and I got black/ dark blue. I didn't realize until I left that my gel nails were still wet. and that's when my issues started. Later on in the day I noticed that some of my nails started to bubble. I then got annoyed so i bit a little hole in one to release what I thought was air. I was wrong wet polish had come out. I've had these on for less than a week now and this is what they look like.

Worst nails I've ever had. Left uneven, incorrect shape, bumps, left glue and nail polish on my skin. Do not go here.

The 3 of us wanted mani-pedis. Because there were 3 of us, we made an appointment rather than just walking in. They told us over the phone to come at 12:30. We did. They didn't remember and hadn't written it down. So after a few moments of uncertainty when several of the 5 staff members looked at each other with questioning glances, the guy closest to the front door ("Tech 1") told us to pick our colors. So we did. We were ready with our colors by 12:35. Then we sat down to wait. They provided no additional instructions. There were 4 pedicure chairs open, and while we're picking colors, one of the staff put her client right in the middle of the 4 chairs so that we could not sit together. So much for all-inclusive conversation. By the time they were ready to seat two of us, the client in the middle had finished. Instead of telling our third person that they were ready for us, they sat a woman that arrived *after* us. She had an appointment too, but she had made it that morning. When I asked my nail tech why she was being seated first, both he (Warren) and his colleague (Tech 1) sitting next to him ignored me. I was loud enough for the client to hear, though, and she asked if I wanted her to wait. I was so shocked that the staff didn't respond to my question that I just let it go. It was clear by that point we weren't going to get satisfaction. The $65 pedicure was fine. Warren did a good job. The Mango treatment - mud, leg wrap, hot stone massage, etc - was nice. When it was over, we were shuttled to the nail dryer. After we sat there for a few minutes, Tech 1 asked if we also wanted manicures. Huh? YES, we'd said from the beginning that we wanted MANI- pedis. He was snippy with us even though we were doing our very best to be polite. At this point, I began to wonder if they were working there under duress. ____ The manicure was awful. I told Tech 1 what nail shape I wanted, and pointed to the nail that already had that shape. He proceeded to file my nails into oval points, not the soft square shape I asked for. When I asked for my nails to be flatter, he filed straight across to create a coffin nail effect. While I still maintain my youthful goth tendencies, that was NOT what I asked for. Again, it was clear I would get NO satisfaction. I paid the $87.50, Tech 1 finished with the polish, and I sat under the nail dryer again. _____ Tech 1 did my friend's nails too. When she was done, we dried under the dryer for a bit and then used the professional setting spray to ensure dryness. We left vowing never to return, and within hours, the manicure was smushed and creased.

They scheduled appointments weeks ago to fit it in between other commitments. Only to wait to be taken 45 mins past their appointment time, and the owner was such a bully, so mean and rude as hell. She yelled at my daughter when she was trying to explain what she wanted. She was waving her arms and telling her she'd just cut them off if she didn't like them. My daughter was intimidated and scared of her! The girls laughed as a reaction basically of not knowing what to do and she started yelling at them again telling them to not laugh and it wasn't funny. No, you're right N Nails, what's not funny is your deplorable customer service and abusive behavior! The nails are not evenly placed or shaped nicely, they are extremely thick, raised 1/8" up off her own nails, and the tips may as well be a ski jump but MOST importantly they hurt! They should not hurt or feel like they are pulling her own nail off. She has gotten nails done elsewhere many times in the past and they have never hurt her or looked this horrible. The owner kept telling her this is how they had to be, and no, that's not true!! Clearly the owner does not listen or respect her customers, nor provide a quality or comfortable product. $65 for a shitty job and terrible experience. Yay! Way to go N Nails! We returned to talk to her about it and see if they would fix them or give a refund so we can get them fixed because they hurt her. Owner locked the doors before they were supposed to close and refused to have a civil conversation as any professional business owner would have. I've since read other reviews people have made and this is not an isolated experience, it seems the norm for this shit hole. I am appalled at what I've read from others. She said no refunds but I'm sorry, you can post a no refund sign all you want but you have a responsibility to provide a product that doesn't hurt people and you are liable when you do hurt them. Giving them one more chance to make it right tomorrow when we return. But don't make the same mistake the girls did today, save yourself from a horrible experience and do not patron this business!
