Supposed to be a clear manicure. The worst manicure ever.

Nina is the worst. She yells at customers and was supposed to do a clear manicure and it turned out horribly. I asked for my money back and she screamed at me. Do not go here!!!

Spent all that time filing my nails and they aren't even straight coffin nails

‼‼‼‼‼WORST SET OF NAILS EVER. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.‼‼‼‼‼‼‼I went for the first time today and had confidence in them due to the reviews but no. No no no no no. Had an 11am apt didn't get into the chair until 11:25, he didn't even start my nails for another 15 minutes. Barley put my nails on & had to replace an entire hand after starting to file. Placed my left pointer finger on extremely crooked & I asked him to redo it 3 times & he did & it still ended up crooked AF. Asked for coffin & he put on the acrylic powder FIRST & then attempted to cut and file my nails into the coffin shape, that resulted in the acrylic cracking (shocker) and having to replace MORE NAILS. Then for no reason at all repeatedly cut off and redid my left pinky SEVEN TIMES YES SEVEN TIMES. FOR NO REASON IT WAS FINE. And then during the process of redoing my pinky files my nails for an hour. Just files them. They're all crooked still. Made me bleed he filed my nails for so long. A normal set of acrylics takes 45- 1 hour and he filed my nails for an hour ALONE. Took 2 hours & 10 minutes to get a set of yellow nails done. It he stations are unclean & he was acting like I was the first set of nails he's ever done IN HIS LIFE forget being licensed. Also did not speak a single word to me just grabbed my hands and pulled and even when I tried to be helpful and give him a hand he slapped it cause it was the wrong one. Not like I knew as he wasn't saying anything to me. Then the manager proceeded to tell me that instead of the normal 40$ set mine was going to be 55$ cause I got the coffin shape. I'm sorry? Your charging me 15$ MORE cause he actually took more product off my nail not added it. Absolute worst experience of my life DO NOT RECOMMEND. ‼‼‼‼‼

I was thrilled with my time at N Nails Spa. A brand new, beautiful spa with wonderfully skilled professionals. Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time. They are very popular!

0 stars they were terrible! Nails are Crooked, lumpy and paint everywhere. Customer is horrible so rude. Refused to accept responsibility for terrible service.

The 3 of us wanted mani-pedis. Because there were 3 of us, we made an appointment rather than just walking in. They told us over the phone to come at 12:30. We did. They didn't remember and hadn't written it down. So after a few moments of uncertainty when several of the 5 staff members looked at each other with questioning glances, the guy closest to the front door ("Tech 1") told us to pick our colors. So we did. We were ready with our colors by 12:35. Then we sat down to wait. They provided no additional instructions. There were 4 pedicure chairs open, and while we're picking colors, one of the staff put her client right in the middle of the 4 chairs so that we could not sit together. So much for all-inclusive conversation. By the time they were ready to seat two of us, the client in the middle had finished. Instead of telling our third person that they were ready for us, they sat a woman that arrived *after* us. She had an appointment too, but she had made it that morning. When I asked my nail tech why she was being seated first, both he (Warren) and his colleague (Tech 1) sitting next to him ignored me. I was loud enough for the client to hear, though, and she asked if I wanted her to wait. I was so shocked that the staff didn't respond to my question that I just let it go. It was clear by that point we weren't going to get satisfaction. The $65 pedicure was fine. Warren did a good job. The Mango treatment - mud, leg wrap, hot stone massage, etc - was nice. When it was over, we were shuttled to the nail dryer. After we sat there for a few minutes, Tech 1 asked if we also wanted manicures. Huh? YES, we'd said from the beginning that we wanted MANI- pedis. He was snippy with us even though we were doing our very best to be polite. At this point, I began to wonder if they were working there under duress. ____ The manicure was awful. I told Tech 1 what nail shape I wanted, and pointed to the nail that already had that shape. He proceeded to file my nails into oval points, not the soft square shape I asked for. When I asked for my nails to be flatter, he filed straight across to create a coffin nail effect. While I still maintain my youthful goth tendencies, that was NOT what I asked for. Again, it was clear I would get NO satisfaction. I paid the $87.50, Tech 1 finished with the polish, and I sat under the nail dryer again. _____ Tech 1 did my friend's nails too. When she was done, we dried under the dryer for a bit and then used the professional setting spray to ensure dryness. We left vowing never to return, and within hours, the manicure was smushed and creased.

I accidentally…read morebooked wedding hair for 9/6/2026 instead of 9/6/2025, a simple mistake that I realized the morning of my wedding. As soon as I noticed, we called immediately hoping for any possible solution. Instead of being met with kindness or even basic professionalism, we were met with rudeness and zero effort to help. This was for 4 services with a $360 deposit already paid. I completely understand that contracts exist, but good businesses know how to handle honest mistakes with grace, especially when the actual date is a year away, not a peak Saturday, and there's plenty of time to rebook (and they likely will). Even a partial credit toward in-salon services would have shown goodwill. Instead, they offered no recommendations, no flexibility, and no attempt to turn an unfortunate situation into something workable. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds to them shows their true character. Unfortunately, this salon made it very clear they value short-term policies over long-term customer relationships. I will not be recommending them to friends, and I'd encourage others to think twice before trusting them with something as important as a wedding.
