Went to get acrylics removed and my sister went first, the lady who was doing her nails the OWNER did NOT soak her nails and just clipped them off and dug under them with her own nails to try and pop them off. She clipped off a piece off of my sisters finger when clipping and it kept bleeding and she tried cleaning it with a towel full of the acrylic total safety HAZARD. She was cutting corners to get her out of there fast. However when doing my moms nails the lady DID soak her nails she cut corners with my sister who is young a literal child because she thought she was stupid enough not to notice she wasn't following proper procedure. MIND YOU this lady is the OWNER!! read more

I've noticed when nail salons carry Nu Skin products, the services tend to come with a steeper cost. The classic pedicure was $21 but for another $25 you can get a *deluxe* pedicure. Seems like a sham. I currently have a cracked heel that was actually healing until they used their pedicure solution that was burning my feet. What the hell was it? Acid? Oh yeah, Nu Skin. I cannot get behind those products. I feel like the lady barely touched up my feet and she was ready to kick me out the chair with wet toes. The whole experience was awkward and impersonal. After tip, the whole thing cost about $28. I am so ready to go back to my usual place. Nails Time is all basic, nothing special. read more

The lady that was doing my nails was very rough. That tha buffer sponge was thrown at me, she was buffing my nails. I thought she broke my nail.other than that she was very nice. I didn't like that she made comments about how short my nails were prior to the acrylics. read more

It's been 5 weeks and my nails still look like I just had them done. I had the pink and white solar nails done and I'm happy with them. The pedicure I had was not as good. Nail polish came off the next day and my toe nails weren't filed or cut very well. I do a better job on myself at home. Recommend getting your nails done here but skip the pedicure. read more

You can let the 1.5 hour wait speak for the good job they do at this nail salon. As I said in my tip, I'm pissed when I can't get in here. The last two times I've had to go elsewhere and have left with rough feet and been utterly disappointed. My pedis last 3 weeks here as opposed to other salons where my bf always subtly asks if I think it's time I visited the nail salon--1 week after those botched pedicures. They also have great customer service here and don't throw other services on you to make you uncomfortable. Make an appointment later in the week or weekends. Been here a few times before and never been super impressed but today was it for me. Made an appt at 1030 for a pedicure. We came in with 4 people all had appts. There were 3 chairs available, so much for appts! So since the 3 I was with were also getting manicures I let them get started and waited for a chair to become available. I sat for an hour and waited. After an hour and 2 other people coming in after me and getting their pedicures started I was done. I asked for a towel to dry my feet. Heather was able to fit me in last minute for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. She convinced me to get the deluxe pedicure which came at a hefty $48.00 (their menu said the price was $36.00). Heather also insisted on putting clear dip on my nails because "they are so thin" as she stated and she was afraid the gel wouldn't last then charged me $50.00 for a full set. I get gel manicures every two weeks and they last about 3 weeks when I go a little longer. My total came to $105 plus tip. In hindsight I wish I wouldn't have tipped her because she deliberately upsold services to gain more money. Heather did a decent pedicure job and the manicure I was supposed to get was basically her applying dip and gel, she didn't trim my cuticles or clean up my nail bed and didn't apply lotion. In a pinch like this time, I would go to Heather again but if I have a choice I will stick to my nail salon and my lady because she's amazing!! Nails Time is not very clean which makes me think I could catch an infection there, each nail station is dirty and isn't thoroughly cleaned after each person. The same goes for the pedicure stations. I sat at the nail station and there was old nail shavings and old nails from previous clients. Gross!! read more

Got the dip nails and they were cracked and chipped and falling off the next day. I called the next day which was Friday and wanted a refund but they told me they didn't do refunds, to just go in again and they would fix it. I let Lisa (owner) know I was going out of town and I would be back on Monday.. so come Tuesday... she told me it was to long of a wait and I would have to pay again. I use to always come to nails time but their quality went down tremendously! I would not recommend this place. read more

My nail salon! I didn't appreciate it until I ended up at another salon due to time constraints. The other place with tip cost me $ 90 for a fill & pedi! Went back to Nail Time & 3 workers stared at my feet & said not a good job, they'lk fix it. Same fill & pedi here with tip cost $ 55. I kept coming here because it was close, clean & convenient. I'll now add they are cheaper & do a much better job. So sit back, relax & watch a movie while here. They are also very intentional when I said I bowl regularly. I'd been going to Nails Time for a few months. Was always happy with their pedicures. The last time I went, there was a young girl there, who I'm sure was new. Sorry, don't know her name. Anyway, it was clear she didn't know what she was doing. She cut me. My nails don't look like she got anywhere near them with the file, even though she used one. This was, by far, the worst pedicure I've ever received. Now, I was willing to overlook this one bad experience & return, just making sure she didn't get anywhere near me. But, I emailed the owners about it, and they couldn't be bothered to respond, so I'll take my business elsewhere. There are TONS of places around to get a pedicure. Rushed gel manicure.. chipped and peeled at the tips not even a week later. Called to have them redone and was told it was normal wear and tear but to come in to have them "fixed". Once I arrived, the owner made me feel like I was overreacting because I was not pleased with the gel. After words were exchanged regarding the cost, gel technique and color - I finally said I'd pay to have them redone with the same color. I didn't want the semi decent nails looking old compared to the "fixed" ones. After rebuffing/polishing, they look lumpy and more rushed than before! On the plus side, I was not charged. However, I will not be returning after this sloppy mess. Should have taken advice from a former customer who took her business elsewhere after similar concerns. Thanks but no thanks. read more

I have been to Nails Time twice now. The first time was fine. The second time was fine until it came time to pay. The woman who rang me up made an error and ran my debit card for $406.60 instead of $40.66. The owner, Kelly came over and said she voided the charge and ran it through for the correct amount, giving me a receipt for the correct amount. She told me to go home and look at my computer and I would see that the $406.60 did not charge to my account. She told me to come back if there was a problem. I did in fact go check and the $406.60 was deducted from my balance. No where was there a deduction for $40.66, so, as she suggested, I went back. She seemed surprised that I was back and she began telling me that it might take 3 days, but the correct amount would appear on my bank account. I asked her to settle her machine then so that possibly, it would clear the matter up sooner than later. She would not do that. She told me to call my bank. After much discussion, she called the gentleman who she obtained the credit card reader from. He went to the store and settled the machine. He said that the original approval of $406.60 would affect my account until the banks settled the charges... possibly 3 days. I am fortunate that I have another account with funds in it to draw from during this situation... not everyone is so lucky. Kelly could have cared less that, I am now without $360.40 until the bank settles the charges. Her response was "what do you want me to do?" I understand it was a human error... I really do... however, Kelly's attitude stinks! I will never step foot in the door of this business again and I strongly recommend anyone who does - PAY WITH CASH! read more
