They made sure to let me know they were running short staffed today, apologized and thanked me for my patience many times. The placed seemed a little messy and disorganized, but could have been due to the same issue of them being short staffed. The store was clean and way busier than I expected for a place that had just opened on a Saturday. The women who did my pedicure was very nice and we chatted a bit about our lives while she worked. The pedicure was great up until another women sat next to me for a pedicure. The women doing my feet instantly started chatting with her coworker, who was working on the women next to her. Normally I wouldn't mind this, but the quality of her work instantly dropped. It was towards the end of my pedicure, so it did not ruin my experience, but it did leave me a bit disappointed with the massage. I chose the pedicure I had for the longer massage time. Overall I would come back, as my toes looked very nice and the place is close by, but I would hope that this does not happen to me again.

They just got new massage chairs, which are very, very nice and I quite enjoy them. The only reason I would not give a full five star review is after you sign in they do not give you enough time to pick your colors. Sometimes the staff will even stand there and stare at you, I am the kind of person that I can't even spell my own name if someone is watching me. So unfortunately, sometimes, like today, I will get a color that I'm really unhappy with and then I am stuck with it for three weeks.

One of the reasons my feet look so good is because my pedicurist went to TOWN on my feet. I was not relaxed at all because I was afraid I might lose a toe. Whatever. She didn't want to have a conversation with me, but rather she talked to her fellow pedicurist ABOUT MY FRIENDS AND ME in Vietnamese. Now I can't be 100% sure that this was happening because I don't speak Vietnamese, but nonverbal communication says A LOT. They were totally talking about us. Since I already had an appointment I thought I would give the new woman a try. Unfortunately she fell very short from what I was used to. Probably one of the worst Services I've ever had done as far as my nails are concerned. Very disappointed and saddened that Lily will not be there anymore. I now have to find a new place to go.
