Pros: Reasonable priced (full set gel nail and gel pedicure $95 total). Quick service. Cons: Not enough staff, the male tech was so soft on my feet it was like he was barely touching them. I had to scrub and clean my own feet when I got home. The shape of my nails was not what I asked for, also they look clunky when looking up close. She put tips on 9 nails and not on the 10th nail (idk why she did that). And my nails looked rushed, they could be cleaned up better (again you can see this better up close the pic provider has a filter ). Thai business gets no stars from me I have been going here for years and now I will not ever step foot in the door. I went in 12/26 for a full set I was told to sit in the front desk to the left and young girl started my nails. The nails looked good she then asked what design I showed her a simple picture and stated she could do it. She started and instantly had to keep wiping off and starting over it took her over an hour and still want right the paint was smeared. I then showed the other lady working who said she would fix well she tried I guess cause I left out with my nails looking worse then they did. Here it is a couple days later and 4 of my nails came off u had to glue them back on several times. I paid $59 for nails that should have only cost $5. I now have no nails in because 4 of them were off and glue wasn't holding. The first picture is what I wanted the second picture is what hat it turned out and the third picture is what was supped to look better because it was fixed. Update: while I think they do a good job I should warn they will sneak in services at times just to upcharge you. The first time this happened I thought it was just a miscommunication but now that it's happened twice I'm wary of coming back here. So I knocked a star off my review. Today I asked for a basic pedicure. I was charged somewhere between a basic and a spa pedicure because they decided to add a callus removal even though I didn't ask. I am not a fan of dishonesty and I don't want to have to worry about being swindled while I'm trying to relax. read more

100% do not get an acrylic full here. Regardless of what type of polish you get, this salon shouldn't be allowed to do acrylic fills. I left crying today when my nails were all different lengths, shapes and EXTREMELY bumpy and uneven. It was horrible. I ended up getting the nerve to go back and ask another technician to help fix them. He could clearly see how poorly they were done and gave me a brand new fill....had to start from scratch to repair the work done 20 minutes earlier. Meanwhile, the woman who did them initially and all of the other women who worked there were OBVIOUSLY talking about me and pointing and laughing as I showed my frustration. Even after the kind male technician fixed my nails, they still don't look right. Apparently no one knows what "square" means...even when I showed them a picture. Unbelievable. I don't know what to say other than don't go here. Do yourself a favor and pick another salon. read more

I had been going here since 2008 and I had my two regular women that worked on my feet and sometimes hands, Linda and Julia. Once, I had gotten a regular manicure from them and I never did it again because it was terrible. It was Julia that did it and she chopped up my fingers. I mean she was cut crazy. My fingers looked bad but the skin grew back and I learned a lesson that day. I was surprised cause she was so good with my feet. I wasn't mad I just knew that I wouldn't get the manicure anymore and I didn't. Earlier this year I took my daughter to get her eyebrows arched and this wasn't new because she, along with my sister, had been going with me for years also. New staff are in the salon now and I was completely turned off. It was something about the vibe of the place, I just felt a difference but I still went ahead and let my daughter get her brows done. Our regular wasn't there and my daughter thought it would be okay but it wasn't. We were overcharged for the eyebrow job which I'm thinking the woman decided to include her tip into the regular amount. I started to say something but then as I glanced over the place, I told my daughter lets go, and no one in my family has been back since. The service was different and I really feel like there's been a loss because this has been my place for so long and when I would go in, they knew exactly what to do, and I always tipped for any service that was done. I think I was insulted that this new person would assume that we wouldn't tip for a service or that she was just trying to get over on us because she was new and maybe thought we were new as well. I do miss going to the shop because the other area shops don't have the same feel to them and they don't know what I like. I know it sounds dramatic but I'm serious about who works with my body. Maybe one day I'll visit the salon and see if the new people are gone but I highly doubt it at this point. It's really hard finding a good nail salon in Dundalk right now, but I'll keep trying. read more

This place is dirty but I really never noticed how dirty until a couple of weeks ago. I have been a regular there for four years. The woman who did my nails in the past has since left and the guy has started doing my pedicures WORST EVER. I went back the second time after I was disappointed because I figured maybe he was having an off day. NO, he was not having a bad day....he's just bad. I was thinking about going today because I really need my nails done but I decided to try Yelp to see what else is out there. I can't seem to find a salon that isn't drill happy. That's another reason I don't want to return to this salon. I had grown my nails out and explained to the techs over and over to be careful with my nails. They were not (the guy and the older woman that works there) and my nails have since broken. Talk about pissed. They kept drilling and drilling and I had to tell them to stop You assume because this is their profession that you can trust them to do whatever but when it comes to my health and body, I don't trust anyone drilling my nails until my fingers are hot. People may not pay attention to this type of stuff but I do. I'm into my natural beauty so I try to keep everything natural but when they went to town with that drill....that was too much. It sucks because I'm very cautious about different people working on my nails and I was so comfortable with them at one point...before my regular tech left. Please save your time and money and find another salon. I brought my sister here to get her feet done and the gentleman who did her feet was not so professional. He actually didn't even know what he was doing. They were also very insulting and did not even remove the calluses on her feet. Julie gives the best pedicure I have ever had. I don't prefer the scrub that is used and she remembers that everytime I go. Julie also takes her time with you and doesn't rush you along, so you can relax and enjoy your time there. She also gives the best, THE BEST leg massages. I would almost get a pedicure just for the leg massage and not even have my toes painted! Everyone there is friendly. The salon is clean. You definitely get bang for your buck there. read more
