This place is creepy AF. The women seem extremely oppressed. Things were dirty. It had the weirdest vibe. People kept coming in talking with the oldest manager lady and leaving. Pedicure and manicure was the weirdest thing I ever experienced. It was incredibly painful. My husband got cut deep on his finger and his toe. They get a 3 star rating from me, I would have given them 5 stars, if they had more to offer with their high priced pedicure. We were greeted upon arrival. Three ladies were working intentively on their customer. It was raining outside when I arrived. While standing in their space, I started wiping rain water off my bag, when the most impressive thing happened. Cindy, the lady who greeted us, and heard our service request, she started helping me wipe rain water off my bag. That is impeccable customer service in my book. My friends and me were pleased with our services, with the exception of my plain Jane pedicure. I will return if I need servicing while in town. read more

Daughter chose this place, she loved her nails. She stated the guy made sure they were straight and pointed , I guess not sure the shape they are currently getting . This was absolutely the worst pedicure experience I have ever had! I felt like I was physically assaulted by the nail technician. She literally butchered my toenails and gouge me with her cuticle scissors repeatedly.Every time I turned the massage chair on she turned it off because she didn't like it for some reason. I took both me and my little sister here to get our nails done. The place is very unorganized. And chaotic. I asked for a specific color, I pointed it out. She said okay and went to get the color, I look over and she is mixing two colors together which is not a big deal. But then she shows me the color and it's not even near the one I wanted. She gets another color and shows it to me dry and wet, they dry looks identical to what I want and it still wet does as well. So I said that's fine. As she's shaving down my nail because this is a refill, I have to tell her MULTIPLE times that she was hurting me from shaving to much. She applies the acrylic and it is the wrong color but still pretty so whatever no biggy. She gets done and I tell her they are thick and they are uneven. She tells me because it's a refill it's like that. I said no. Please fix it. She goes back over it and they are thinner. So I wash my hands and leave. I get in my car to realize that all my nails are different shapes, lengths and thicknesses. I called and I'm guessing the manager said she would fix, but after the experience I had I didn't want to go back here. I told her no I'd just like my money back and she refused and said the lady took a long time on my nails and she wasn't doing that but that she would fix them. I do not recommend this place. Please AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!! The worst service ever! The female nail tech closest to the cash register is very rude, disrespectful and will cause great pain when doing your nails. I waited for 30 minutes for a refill. When she was ready for me, I explained that I wanted a refill and would like to change the color of the acrylic powder. I asked if that was the only colors she had at the front counter with no response from her. She proceeds to start the process without letting me select a color and chooses some ugly silver glitter to refill my nails. I stop her to let her know that this isn't the color I want and if you were trying to match the previous color, that is an epic fail. She said, No I am not done; you will see. I let her continue, and she cuts me on 3 of my nails which are visibly bleeding at the cuticle area. I stop her and let her know that this isn't what I asked for. She said, move here and I will soak off. She puts my hands in hot water which off course burned like hell because of the cuts on my fingers. I politely gathered my things and walked out. I will never step foot in this nail salon ever again. I went down the road to LA Belle Nails & Spa for the ultimate professional experience ever. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ASSAULTED! First off, I never leave bad reviews but this has been weighing on me since Saturday...I will never go here again. I walked in said I wanted to changed my color powder, remove and replace with a new set...(was told look for a color would be a few mins) after waiting for 20 mins another lady walked in said she wanted to remove her nails they immediately sat her and started soaking her nails. No big deal. Finally my turn after a total wait of about half hour. I showed her the color I wanted, she asked how about this nude, I said no I want this darker color..she asked why not solar and gel again I had to repeat I wanted powder.... So The lady beings to RIP my old nails off using a tip instead of soaking them (like every other place now) and tore not one but two of my nails down to the nail bed. One was split and bleeding. I was saying ouch and clearly in pain with every nail. These weren't about to pop off, they needed to be soaked. She slapped a new tip right on top of the bleeding nail....she did do this nail last so I guess avoided getting blood on anything...I don't really have faith in the cleanliness though. Anyhow, on top of all of that she gave me the nude color SHE wanted to do NOT the color I chose. I still paid full price and left a tip I just wanted to get out the heck out of there... Walk in for refills and the chic looks at my nails and says I take them off your nails look old I said no, she said I out new ones on for you I said no! These are my own nails with powder on top!! She was using 100% acetone on her brush and continued to use brush on my nails my skin was on fire and didn't figure it out until later as of why... Burnt and hurt like hell until now 4 hours later. Nail Expo was pretty OK. My mom and I came here because it was close to our hotel. Parking was kinda hard in the small strip mall lot. There were TONS of people in here on an early Saturday afternoon. We were seated immediately for our pedicures but ended up waiting with our feet in the water for like 20 minutes before someone even came over. The pedicure itself took too long. I understand taking time for beauty and relaxation purposes, but this was just plain slow. The water was soothing and I did order the extra special spa nonsense to go along with my pedi and I really enjoyed the massage and hot wax treatment. The pedicure took so long that someone just came over and started my manicure for me at the pedi chair. Weird. The manicure was just fine and finished right as my pedi was finishing. Good teamwork there. My mom's fill took a bit longer so I ended up just waiting around. This was likely because it was busy but, again, the techs were kind of slow. The prices are super cheap (especially compared to Chicago) so that was a big saving grace. This is definitely a better place to go than the nail place inside Walmart and it was a decent place to stop for a mani/pedi. Just make sure you block in a ton of time, especially on a weekend. read more

Dont waste your time, you want good nails go to la belles right by little Caesars in la marque or for cheap and just a good nails go to la nails in hitchcock. Everytime i have gone to nails expo they rush their services and do a absolute shitty job. On top of doing terrible acrylics they do an even worse eyelash extension. The girl didnt do them even slightly correctly, you could see the extension literally sitting on the top of my lid basically definitely not on the last line. They rush their quality of their profession and they are to busy talking to actually focus on their job. If i could give them 0 stars i would. Just plain sad. read more

I usually go to nail salons that are more expensive and look more upscale but they're disappointing. There's no comparisons on the quality of this nail salon. I went with my older cousin to get a manicure on Saturday arrived at 10:30 am didn't get into the chair until 11:19 am. When we arrived they immediately put my cousin in the pedicure chair she was finished about 30 minutes later. She actually left me there because we both had things to do. 3 people came after me and all of those people were taken care of before I was. My nails came out great but the customer service was horrible. And on top of that I paid with my credit card and my account wasn't docked the money until Monday afternoon. I would go again because of the work but he service need's to be handled better. I want to relax and have a good time when i go to the nail salon or beauty parlor. AVOID THIS SHOP!!! I have been going to this shop every 2 weeks for a few months now. There are two women who do nails there. The one closest to the cash register is careless, will cause you great pain when removing your old acrylic nails and is disrespectful to the customers. The other named Lien is more skilled and will do a better job, but here is my disaster story: I made an appointment with Lien to make sure I didn't get the other girl. When I got to the salon, Lien was busy with a client. I sat down to wait. Another customer walked in and asked if Lien was free. Lien said, "I was NOT expecting you." She ignored the fact that I had an appointment and took her. I was confused at what was happening and then the other nail tech said, "How about a pedicure while you wait?". I said OK, but kept listening to the conversation between Lien and the customer who walked in without an appointment. She clearly favored her, and had collaborated with Lien in Vietnamese to take care of me while she did the walk in. While getting my pedicure, the other nail tech came to the pedicure chair and started to do my nails. I said, "I have and appointment with Lien", but she ignored me and kept doing my nails. I was not able to relax, because I had to lean over the arm of the chair so she could reach my nails. She was rushing me out and did the most horrible job on my nails that I have ever had. She filed so fast that my nails are all different shapes & lengths. I could have done a better job myself. When I asked why I am being treated like this and why Lien took the walk in over me with an appointment, she said, "Well she comes her all the time." I said, "I am in here every two weeks...what do you call THAT?" The pedicure was done, and she told me to go and sit at her station to paint them. Another customer came in and wanted her eyebrows waxed. She walked over and started doing the woman's eyebrows. Once again...I was put on hold for another customer. I waited 15 minutes for her to come back and paint my nails. I told her off and didn't tip her. I will never go back. If these people wanted to please the public, they would stop talking in Vietnamese around us because everyone knows they are talking about us disrespectfully. read more
