This is what happened to me after my second time supporting this business! So I returned for a nail repair on my full set and a repair on a toe nail that had chipped polish. I knew exactly what I wanted when I got there and they charge for using your card so I asked up front how much so I'd know I had the cash to cover it. The wife couldn't tell me the total so she got her husband to come and look at my hands and feet. To my surprise, he refused me service because I didn't want to accept his recommendation to get a fill in instead of a single nail repair. As I was leaving the wife tried to persuade me to just go get cash so they could service me and the husband said I want you to leave now Im calling the police now. I said the police and i'm talking to your wife WOW . he proceeded to take pictures of my car while speaking to 911 on the phone. I decided to stay and wait for them because I felt like he was overreacting and would put false allegations on me. When the police arrived he lied like I complained about a price when I honestly just didn't ask for the service he was trying to force upon me. I said I would leave but wanted to be sure I wasn't lied on on a report . I will never ever support this business again and I shamed the wife for allowing her husband to treat their customers in that manner. Smh, it's sad and disgusting! Dennis is the devil! He has been mistreating ppl for far too long!!! Stop supporting this nail shop now!!!

Only a skin grater and pumice. I know my feet. I don't have ugly feet, but I do have calluses. I had to literally ask the tech to remove my calluses and only then did she use the grater. The pumice is a must to smooth things out. Before I left and my skin dried out, I could feel the calluses still on my right foot: the inside and the back of my heel. I'm going to have to shave them when I shower tonight and shave and re-pumice them myself. That's why I don't get the expensive pedicure. Would a more than basic pedicure been worth the money? Absolutely not. I will continue to go, but try a different tech.
