This was my first visit to the nail salon and I was greeted and when I was told what services I wanted I replied with mani and pedi. Without even looking at me the lady who was doing someone's mails told me to for sit in the number 7 chair. At least that is what I understood. Once I was forget directed by who I now know (thanks to an annoying client) name is David I sat on the spa chair. It didn't take me long to realize that the wait was going to be forever. As I counted there are 5 ladies waiting not counting the annoying customer and her husband waiting for a pedicure. There are 3 people doing nails. And aside from David there is one young lady doing a clients pedicure. Needless to say I don't believe I will be waiting for my services as my time is valuable and their customer service is on need of refining. read more

I would give it zero stars if allowed. I walked in, and they told me to sit in a chair while they finish with other customers. I sat there and saw more customers come in after me over and over. I asked what they used to clean the feet and calluses, and nobody could tell me. Then they kept taking other people that came after me and when I asked them, they kept saying you're next. But then they kept taking other people. I walked out of there, losing an hour and with no pedicure or manicure. Never again! read more

This place is the the worst nail salon I've ever been to! They rush you in and out quickly, so if you're trying to relax forget about it. Their prices posted are not what they charge you at the end. Be prepared to pay 15-30 dollars more than posted prices. Wish I could say this was my first visit. I gave them a second chance. (Stupidity on my part) Rest assure it's my last! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! first of all, rude all the way since I got there, rushing me and telling me if I was ready to sit and get my manicure and shellac, the two males that work there RUDE more the old one. The one guy that did my manicure was okay but the one that was attending my friend was so rude to me and he was not even attending me, at the end when my friend was washing her hands he litteraly push me for me to go pay. Like I wasn't going to pay for the services RUDE RUDE RUDE, after two days the polish started falling off and I got shellac it was just bad. Today 03/03/2019 my finger nail got an infection for the manicure and the picture is just the beginning (I had to take off the polish it just look bad) and it's just getting worst. Don't go here!! read more

I've been a loyal customer for years and over the past few months each time I go it's been the absolute WORST! If you want to go & waste your time, this is the place! Jenny used to be very caring about her customers and now the staff is rude, leaves clients unattended for about an hour, no sanitation, and has fungal bacteria in the pedicure stations. Unfortunately, my go to spot is NO longer that! Any recommendations for a new salon would be greatly appreciated. (I would give this place 0 stars, sadly i had to pick 1) read more

I walked in with 3 ladies so I was sure to expect a rush, but the guy who did me was rough with me trying to go fast. Another of the workers snapped at my grandma and said "right now!" There was not that much of a need to rush looking at the amount of people in there at the time. Very rude read more

The staff was very friendly and quickly got to each customer. The man who did my nails did an amazing job and did not rush through like many other salons I have visited. To top it off they were offering 20% off for the holidays, so a full solar set was only $24. I would highly recommend this nail salon. read more

I used to go to this place and most of the times they got it right. I went yesterday February 6th, 2018 to get ready for my trip to the beach and the girl was not very careful doing my pedicure and cut me really bad. I started bleeding right away and now I am taking antibiotics and using an ointment cream on my foot. My toe is really inflamed and in pain and my trip is in two days and I don't even know if I will be able to walk. Not recommended!!! read more

im so fed up with bad service & passive attitude from these nail techs! asked to file the back of my nails & one of tge chicks just brushed it off!! blk air bubbles were on every nail & tips shellac polish is already fading & it's just been 23 hrs since service & foundation wasnt even strong got a chip! Last time i come here!!!! outraged!!!! & demanding to get them fixed they wanted to just fix the one chipped nail!!! read more

This place sucks the men do a horrible job on the nails and don't listen to what you want also they charge way too much for bad product.

Te hacen pendeja aquí y te cobran de mas. Don't recommend this place I got a pedicure $25 package. With shellac and line on top ($10+). Plus a reg shellac on my nail.. and my total was $70... I don't understand how. I was in a rush so I just left and gave the man a tip. If you come here make sure you ask what they are charging you before you do your shit here. The work ain't all that either I should've gone to Chloe nails read more

Most painful pedicure I've ever had!! With two people waiting, he rushed though and was so rough with my feet! He put a salt scrub on my feet and half way up my calf and then literally used his fingernails to scratch it into my skin!!! My legs and feet are on fire! So much for relaxation. I was really looking forward to some pampering because I'm preggo. He freaked when I asked if someone else could do my manicure. #sorrynotsorry I am not paying for torture. So disappointed. read more

I came to get my nails done and I've had them for a couple weeks. So disappointed in their work. Two more nails broke & just found another one that's already cracked, waiting to break. This is after getting three nails completely redone on the other hand yesterday for breaking too. I paid $45 for this simple black shellac, plus the $10 to fix three nails. and now I'm going to have to fix three more nails. (at another salon of course!) This is ridiculous. I've already paid $55 for this set, and I'm not done fixing them for breaking, plus add the cost of a refill and it's a very sh*itty way to spend my money. Lesson learned. Please don't come here for acrylic nails, it's a waste of your hard earned money! Not to mention that the lady that did my nails is so rough with your hands. She just throws your hand around the entire time. Not professional at all. Spent almost $100 in my first visit for this set plus a pedicure and they rushed my pedicure as well. Usually other salons give you about an hour, they did my pedi in twenty minutes. Worst salon! read more

The lady doing my nails was in such a rush, she would literally throw my hand away as she would be finished with one hand to move onto the next. The color i had chose for my nails was just one solid color, the brushes they use were so dirty that the color i chose ended up having pieces of glitter on the nails which messed up the whole appearance of them! Now some nails have glitter and some don't! To top it off multiple people went in while doing my nails to complain that they're nails were literally turning a different color than the one they chose! Do not recommend. read more

This nails salon was my one of my favorite nails salons for their great work, however they have the worst customer service I have ever experience!!! I had to wait longer due to my services being at a lower price. I normally spend $60-70.00 every 2 weeks here, I'll make sure to take my business elsewhere read more

I wish there was a ZERO star for this filthy place ! Where do I begin !? Please spread the word , people. I had a horrible experience yesterday, I went to get my waxing done and the ignorant woman literally burned my face ! I demanded an explanation and my money back and they were rude . They began to raise their voice and yelling in their language! Worst place ever ! I don't understand why it is open for business! Please spread the word ! Don't go to this place ! read more

Did not like the experience at all!! I've been to many nail salons and definitely not coming back here! The guy who did my nails seemed like he hated his job. Okay, we've all been there but who throws your hand back at you? I mean, so much for relaxation. He cut around my nails like I had cuticles for days.. Wth? I was like.. Dude chill out, you're gonna cut me. And guess what, he cut me! Bleeding everywhere and then he decides he wants to put some antiseptic that's gonna make it burn. Ugh I was raging but I'm not one to make a scene. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I think he was in the wrong profession. It made me feel uncomfortable because I could feel the "my life sucks" attitude all around and my finger took a hit for it. Never again! read more

The guy was really rude that did my pedicure. I have bruises and cuts on my foot where I bled. I was super unhappy but the worst part is he twisted my foot so now I have a foot sprain. I can't even walk on it. Never going back and I'm going to file a formal complaint read more

I had my nails done here a few times and was ok. The last time I got a new set, and when they cut my natural nail with the clipper they cut my skin also on 3 fingers. Then my skin was burned in 3 others with the file machine. I almost called a lawyer. read more

Really bad customer service. Paid for my nails (had provided a picture of what I wanted) ahead of time and was later told what I wanted was extra. Really feel like are not in the business to please their customers! Left in satisfied! Never again!!! read more

I would give this place ZERO stars if that were possible. I came with the intent of having shellac taken off and new shellac put on. I was directed to sit with an older gentleman. First, he couldn't decide what to charge me. He wrote $20 on this little receipt book, then +5, then crossed it out and wrote $30. He removed the shellac without problem, and then proceeded to file my nails. I asked him to file them short and square. He spent maybe 5 minutes casually running the nail file over my nails. They were neither short nor square. I asked him to make them shorter and he twisted my hands around so the nails would face him and ran the nail file over my nails, back to front, not side to side. In doing this, he caused my nails to form a U shape. I pointed out they were not square and he said my nails were naturally crooked and he couldn't fix it. I said I had been able to get them square numerous times. He tossed the nail file at me and said, "Then you do it." Such disrespect and sloppy work from truly incompetent people. And all this was supposed to cost me $30, plus tip??? Take your business elsewhere, folks. Nothing but trash here. read more

I should've listened and read the reviews prior to stopping by Nails Club to get a pedi. All the staff was pretty occupied which I didn't mind I chose my polish and took a seat. From this point on it got worse and worse. No one came to fill the water basin with water for my feet; yet, they kept passing by and checking to see if there was water. When my turn came, the man that helped me was HORRIBLE! He turned on COLD water and didn't let my feet soak long enough, I literally had my feet soaking for less than 2 minutes! He cut my nails too short without asking if I wanted them cut, he cut one of my nails while taking out an "in grown" nail, each toe nail vary in size now, my two year old cousin could've massaged better than he did!! Just overall horrible! NEVER STOP BY HERE LADIES! Oh and to top it off when he was drying my calves he dried his arms with the same towel then dried me off again with the used towel!! I told him something but he just mumbled and sped up. read more
