The salon was very bright and clean really nice ambiance. Alex provided my service gel mani and gel pedi. I'm very pleased with the work he did on both hand and feet. He wasn't too rough and he asked me was the water too hot? Which is a plus because, most don't ask they just let you stick you feet in. Overall I was pleased with my service and the cost. I also got my eyebrows waxed. I was nervous but, she did good!

the girl that did my gel x (kailyn) only asked me 2 questions during my whole service and those…read moretwice questions were "what color?" & "what shape?" as a service provider myself, it's not only about the service, but the customer service as well. it was awkward and she didn't even attempt to ask me any questions or try to make conversation with me which i find so weird because every service provider i have ever had has attempted to ask a few questions at least. And not one person greeted me when i entered the salon which i also find very rude. It was my first time coming to this salon and i did look lost because i didn't know where anything was, so one person at least asking "how can i help you" would've definitely would've led to a better experience. ON TOP OF THESE ISSUES, 2 of my gel x nails came off 3 days after i had gotten them done. imagine paying $72 for 2 nails to come off 3 days later. Now I am not Karen, nor have ever left a bad review, but i felt like it was necessary for me to leave a review because not only was nobody welcoming, but 2 nails came off 3 days after i had got them done, which is unacceptable.
