Lee Nails&Spa - Tina is the absolute best!! Nice clean place & we never have to wait long- - Massage Near Me - Starkville, Mississippi

very bad experience! very bad manicure with nails so sharp they feel like weapons, nails also going in different directions. they also overcharge like crazy for a simple set with French tip and I asked for the price in advance and ended up paying something completely different. save your time and money. read more

I got charged 45 freaking dollars for a COLOR CHANGE. no cut down, no fill in, a color change! That's absolute insanity. When I questioned it they said it was 30 for a color change and 15 bc of the gel polish... read more

I wanted a powder and manicure. The manicurist suggested tips too. I agreed but told him I was more interested in a manicure...that I wanted my cuticles worked on. He started with the tips and I told him I wanted the cuticles soaked, pushed back and clipped. He said don't worry and continued with the tips and powder. I told him I don't know how he will soak, push, clip after he finishes the dip. Once again...no worry. Well he finished without the manicure. I once again told him I wanted a manicure like the girl next to me was getting. Her hands were soaking in water. He begrudgingly went to get the water and did a 'pretend' manicure. NEVER AGAIN will I go there. read more

Gave 2 stars because my nails actually look nice but this is my second time going to Lee's and second time a nail has broken within a week. This time my mail broke after 3 days and I was still charged to get it fixed. Totally unacceptable and not professional. This was my last time supporting this business. read more

The service that was provided by Alena and Ryan was disappointing! My girlfriend and I had gotten pedicures. And she had gotten a manicure done. She didn't receive a massage with her manicure, didn't clean under her toe nails, and didn't massage her feet only her legs! I didn't like my service because the lady didn't clean under my toe nails nor did she file or cut the nails done to my satisfaction. We complained that we were not satisfied with our services today and the manger didn't even have much to say or didn't even try to resolve the issues! Poor customer service!!! read more

HORRIBLE. I got a regular manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was just OK. Didn't shape and also did not put a clear coat on before the polish. If she messes up she would take the polish off with a towel and apply the nail color. It was bad. In regards to manicure they should just not provide that service. It was messy and also didn't apply a clear coat before polish. She also messed up one nail on accident and wasn't even going to fix it until I asked her. If you are getting a manicure do not waste your time. Also the establishment is messy and chaotic. There tools are not sealed before using and didn't see anywhere where they would sanitize. Why did I stay because I was desperate and needed it before I headed out of town. But never again. I will be doing my own manicure tonight. read more

Complete chaos! Most unenjoyable, rushed, unprofessional mani/pedi I've ever had. The only reason for the high star rating is that you get $2 off a service for leaving a review read more

i usually go here and have a great experience, but the last time i went here i felt like they rushed to do my mani and pedi. I got gel nails and the guy who did it, did not do anything other than paint my nails. so no cuticle push back or anything. On top of that he did it so quickly... i now have had 3 different nail infections from the manicure that are very painful. seems like they aren't sanitary. Do not go here unless you want to get an infection. read more

I love going here Chris gets my nails right every time and gets you in and out in a timely fashion. Kim also slays my brows read more

Their prices do not match their work. Overpriced nails for a bad job. My nails were not fully painted and flimsy while being charged way more than I should've been. Also, upped their prices $20 from last time I went there. Go to Nails City. read more

I love going to Lee's nails! They are great at doing long nails and do a great shape! Always feel welcome and get exactly what I want! However, make sure you get one of the male nail techs, they definitely are more skilled. read more

They do a great job. Their chairs are THE best, and their leg massages are awesome. The workers don't try to have a big conversation with you, which I like when I'm trying to relax. They also have a lot of people working, so the wait isn't very long. I was surprised to see so many men coming in for a pedi! Must be good, then! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Not only do they not follow ANY proper sanitization of any of their tools, 90% of their reviews are FAKE! They give you $5 off for every 5 star review you leave them. I went here, thinking it was a great place due to the "amazing" reviews, and deeply regretted it. Due to them not following any sanitation LAWS (must be followed for ANY nail/spa/cosmetology place), I got a nail fungus on 3 of my nails! My nails were also completely ruined due to the MMA products they use. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND NAILS! Also, they will tell you they can do a design when they can't. I went here to give them ONE more chance for my birthday, asked if they could do a specific design (showed a picture to 3 or 4 different nail techs), they said yes they could and the guy who did my nails didn't even do the design anywhere near what the picture was. read more

I've been to this place twice now and both times have been great! Lili and Henry are awesome! Both were very considerate and made sure I liked the shape, color, etc. I will definitely be back for sure! read more

When I got a pedicure here, I got in a out quickly. But I think the workers focus more on being quick, than performing quality work. Upon further inspection, my nails we unevenly shaped, unevenly painted, and nail polish on my skin. When she asked me what package I wanted, I asked for the $30 package. When I get to check out, I saw my total was $45. When I asked what the extra $15 was for, she said it was for the Gel polish. I did not ask for the Gel polish I asked for what ever came with the $30 package. I tried to talk to someone about it but she claimed I should have assumed since I was getting Gel. What I assumed was that I was getting the $30 package that I requested. I asked if they stated in the book that contained the packages that Gel was an extra $15 and the worker said no. In the end I ended up still paying the extra $15 and a mediocre pedicure. There are other nail shops and nail techs in Starkville that will be more transparent with their clients and do better work. read more

Beyond disappointed. I came in with a friend of mine to get my dip set filled. I was told since I didn't get the first set there I had to get my ONLY TWO AND A HALF WEEK OLD SET RIPPED OFF and and new set on. Keep in mind I haven't had acrylic in years and am not super versed in dip acrylics. So I took her professional opinion to just pay 10 extra dollars than I would at my usual place for nails that are bumpy, uneven, misshapen and frankly one of the biggest disappointments I've ever experienced at a nail salon. Will not be returning. read more

So about 3 days after I got my nails done here I experienced severe pain under my finger nails. It went on for about 4 days and after my gel started coming off I saw that my pain was from a fungus that I got from this place !!! Very upset and disappointed!! I've never experienced anything like this and I will never go back. read more
