The salon was very bright and clean really nice ambiance. Alex provided my service gel mani and gel pedi. I'm very pleased with the work he did on both hand and feet. He wasn't too rough and he asked me was the water too hot? Which is a plus because, most don't ask they just let you stick you feet in. Overall I was pleased with my service and the cost. Thus morning I had a mani pedi and overall it was ok the thing I didn't like is how she was at the end she said one price then turned around and said oh you have to pay tax I said I know tax is added which I have no problem with paying for my service. Visiting the area. Salon looked nice, was busy and I was greeted kindly and quickly out into a chair. There was little communication with technician, I had picked out my color immediately. I am so used to the pedicures being a typical procedure that I did not pay attention as to base coat application, nor the top coat. Must not received the top coat because something went wrong. Charged me $10 for taking my acrylic off after ripped two of my real nails to the point of bleeding

By far the worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. The staff was not friendly. The nail tech spoke no English and couldn't even understand what shape I was telling her I wanted my nails. I got dip on my hands and they definitely did it wrong. I left with nails feeling grainy-not smooth. They also over charged us, adding on a $10 fee for removing polish. I get my nails done consistently and have never had that charge before. Horrible place! why didnt i listen to the other reviews. first off i witnessed them not cleaning out the tub before seating someone. i just have left then but my feet were already soaking. they do not use the liners like most modern nail spas. secondly they do not sterilize their tools which is just unacceptable. the guy did a horrible job all the way around. my toenails were filed to an angle. no kind of pressure on the leg massage. paint job was mediocre at best. it took him all of 10 minutes to do my pedicure and he charged me $30. I really hate that I went here to get my nails done. To begin, they are sooooo slow. They only have a few people working and they will do others nails before yours. The nail tech that did my feet was a guy. He put some salt scrub on my feet and was rubbing my feet with nothing but that and rubber gloves and it was very uncomfortable to me. He burned my feet with hot water twice and burned my legs with a scorching hot towel. After that, the nail tech that did my nails was extremely rough and squeezing the circulation in my fingers. It is also one of the only nail salons in the area with ample parking, and that has a "gussied up" interior. I can always come here and feel relaxed. I do wish, however, that they would serve wine! This place pretty much tops the list for me for worst experience in a nail salon. I went in for acrylic nail removal with a gel manicure. I had every. Single. One. Of my acrylics RIPPED off with a tip. I repeatedly told the girl she was hurting me and she repeatedly did not care. Then after ripping off about 1/2 of my nails which I told her I'm trying to save the length on, she tried to cut them all short all while insulting me telling me my nails are thin. Now, I had told her prior to the nail ripping, that I had thin nails and she still ripped them off. And you could tell because she actually MADE ME BLEED, she takes out the electric nail file drill with the bit in it with METAL GRIT used for shaping acrylic nails and uses it full force on my BARE now super thin nails. I asked her to stop and use a regular nail file and got told that if she did that she couldn't do gel polish. No manicure was given other than her cutting my cuticles and making me bleed yet again. No cuticle oil. The salon doesn't even have lotion. RUN AWAY FAST PEOPLE THIS PLACE SUCKS. read more

I literally just left, and I'm pissed. I requested a certain color (basically a pink and white ombré with gold flakes), tony said he didn't have it. Ok, that sucks but fine! So, I find another color I want. This color was clearly translucent, lightly ombréd. I told him multiple times what I wanted. He said he knows and asked was this was my first time with him as in "relax, I know what I'm doing". So, I backed off. As he was coming to a finish, I realized he went with the first request (without the flakes) although I told him I no longer want it bc the gold flakes were a huge part of the look (he doesn't have it)! I let him know this, and he continued to talk as if I'm just clueless! If I can tell these colors are different, then you as a nail tech should definitely know!!! He goes, "we don't have that". WHY WOULD YOU NOT GIVE ME THIS INFORMATION BEFORE STARTING?! At this point, it's not what the customer wants when I'm paying $60+. I'm not paying my money for you to decide on my color! He did not apologize or offer to fix it AT ALL! I'm even more pissed that I was extremely nice (common decency) and even tipped him (less than planned, but yet still a tip when you went with what you wanted instead of the customer who's paying)!!!! His attitude was already terrible when he came in. Said nothing to me and just started on my nails, jerking my hands, tearing my cuticles UP with the drill and filing the crap out of my skin! Once I picked a color the nail tech, Tony if I'm not mistaken, started prepping my nails for a full set. He was rough through the whole process, had an attitude and was rude the whole time. He didn't ask what length I wanted my nails, he just got the nail cutter out and clipped them to the length that he wanted them to be apparently. Which was too short, and when I told him they were too short but it was ok he deep sighed and shook his head. On top of charging me $4 extra for the nail shape I wanted even though they weren't the length I wanted. So they're not the nails I wanted either way and the nails are decent at most, one of the worst sets I've ever had. Even after I left my nails still weren't trying after sitting under the dryer for at least 40 minuets. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Well I guess it's finally my turn to express my anger and embarrassment towards this nail salon. I'm a freshman at Mississippi State University and am and attending my first sorority formal tomorrow night. I just wanted to have my nails done and my eyebrows waxed before tomorrow to be looking my best. After the longest wait for a pedicure in very cold water, a lady finally sat down to give me a pedicure. As she started to paint my nails she asked if I would be getting anymore services today I responded with "just a manicure and an eyebrow wax please". After making that comment I got some weird looks and my technician and the technician next to me began to chat very quickly with a concerning tone. Within minutes, I got the comment "but your arm?" I said "yes I just want polish on my prosthetic arm but you can do a normal manicure on my right hand". She talked with the other technician again and the said "but the nails. They aren't good to paint on. They're fake." I simply said "yes they are" and she quickly laughs and says "well I'm not going to pain them I'm scared of it". In my 18 years of living I have never been turned down a manicure, everyone has always been willing to try. Not only was this conversation incredibly loud but very embarrassing. After getting a little emotional I decided to text my mom who immediately called the manager. When I went to pay, he knew who I was and offered nothing. No discount. No apology. Nothing. This was my first visit (and could have just been one of many) but now has been my last. Please do not give this company your service. Especially if you are "different" in anyway. read more
