This is actually one of my favorite salons in town. It's small and tucked away, so the wait isn't usually as bad as the other salons.

Horrible. Not following Dept of Health COVID guidelines. Packed in like sardines. No social distancing.

I would not even give this place 1 star. My daughter and I both went in for a gel manicure. Half way through mine the technicians switched without even communicating to me that they were doing it and then a guy finished my nails and they looked like a 3 year old painted them. He literally filed the gel polish off of my skin when he was done to "clean" them up. Then after a couple of days where there was excess polish that had dried on my nails, the polish started to peel off. My daughter had a nail that chipped after 3 days and she went in to ask them to fix it and they told her they didn't have time just to leave. I have been going to Nail Tech for years, wouldn't think of using anyone else. Even my husband goes to then. If you have an ingrown toe nail they will take care of it, they offer a full line of pedicures and all types of manicure. I personally love the Pearl pedicure and the gel manicure. read more

I recently got gel polish and it started to peel the very first day. Probably within 2 hours. It was because the guy painted onto my skin. Once that started peeling, the rest of the polish started to peel with it. I was very disappointed because I can tell that he rushed to get to other customers even though I was there long before they were. I will not be wasting my money here again. I also did not have a licensed nail tech that gave me my manicure. He had to wait on the other guy to come paint my nails bc he did not know how to. read more

I went into Nail Tech to have a basic manicure, no gel nails, French Manicure, etc. obviously the person that cut my natural nail had NO CLUE how to trim, or even file natural nails. He cut my nails jagged, some short, some long, then my favorite, the nail that had a V in he center. When he was almost through, his mother came into the store and told him that it was time to leave!? I couldn't believe it! Some kid was cutting my nails. When I told the older gentleman that my nails were uneven and didn't look right, he filed my nails and said "that will be $15". I WILL NOT go back! read more

It was an awful experience. It was nasty, the man had a cold or runny nose and kept smearing his runny nose on his hands, then touching our hands to do our nails. The lady got upset at me for not wanting to sit in a particular seat at the drying table. I was with my mother-in-law and wanted to sit next to her and she made it known she was not happy. read more

Awful customer service, awful performance, overall a place I would never recommend. Asked for a pedicure and manicure and throughout the pedicure, I realized the man doing my nails had no idea how to use the tools for a typical pedicure (he didn't even know how to cut my cuticles), I blew it off and just hoped my manicure would be worth it. That was a joke..he continued to paint my toes and got paint ALL over my toes..Fed up with this, I said something and to my surprise the owner of the store had the audacity to raise his voice at me and blame it on my "short toenails." I said that I would not be paying $30 for something I could have done better myself and he began to yell WITH his coworker in their native language that I can only assume was terrible things about me. After a few minutes of going back and forth with me, I gave up trying to stand up for customer service. In the end I left 1) with a terrible pedicure 2) a very pissed off mood and 3) the feeling of being taking advantage of.
