Warning: this is a long review, but you will thank yourself for avoiding this place. This was my go to spot for nails. along with 7 of my co workers whom we all get our nails done every 3-4 weekly religiously. It started out with one person and one referred another and then we became 8. So, 8 people from the same department getting their nails done at the same place over a period of time, that's loyalty, and good business for them. But Teresa and Brian do not know customer service. At all. We all stopped going. Why? Let me tell you why. Teresa overcharges, no, not overcharges, but she charges whatever she wants. We compared prices with each other, and we were all charged different prices for same services. Their prices are on the high end to begin with because their work is "quality", but they take advantage of their loyal customers. Teresa talks crap about my co workers to all of us all separately, like WTF you don't think we talk? and how are you gonna charge us all different prices? AND they are so greedy, let me tell you; so Acrylic Fill and Regular Pedi, i give her a $100 not knowing my total and i say how much is my total? and she says "umm... $80, do you need change?" 1. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THE TOTAL 2. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS GIVE THE CUSTOMER CHANGE 3. YOU SHOULD NOT ALWAYS EXPECT A $20+ TIP My last experience here is what really made me stop going. They were moving homes but they had to work, which i get. But the WHOLE time during my appointment they were on their phones watching the moving crew move things into their new home and on the phone with them telling them to move stuff here and there. Like LISTEN, if its that important which i totally get moving is, STAY HOME, RESCHEDULE the appts. DON'T MAKE ME SIT THERE for 3 FREAKING HOURS while you do a half-ass Job on my nails. Terrible experience, not relaxing at all, this is my time, you think i made an appt to get my nails done to hear you yell at your phone? And to top it off, Brian was so busy watching the Camera on his phone he grinded into my skin i said "Ouch" and moved my finger back, he says to me "DONT MOVE" i said you hurt me , he says to me "BUT ARE YOU BLEEDING?" That right there, is where you guys completely lost me. Never a sorry for being rude on your phone, never a sorry for grinding into my skin, never a sorry i overcharge you, ITS A JOKE. get yourself a REAL NAIL SALON who runs a LEGIT business with transparent prices and some customer service. read more

So thankful that Theresa fixed my nails. I got a acrylic fill from another salon in Temecula that was extremely damaging and a nail completely lifted and ripped some of my natural nail away. With that said, I made an appointment with Theresa to see if she could salvage and save my nails and myself from the pain. My natural nails were filed down to the very last layer and after the old acrylic was removed I was able to see the extent of the damage which resulted in what looks similar to a sharp dip in the road but on my nails. They were brittle and sad and I asked Theresa what she could do to fix them. We came to the conclusion of having my nails short and applying gel to give them some structure until they grow out. My nails have never looked so good short and I was surprised since my nails were so damaged that it wasn't visible! Theresa and Brian are difficult to book an appointment with around the holidays though, but FOR A REASON. She is a nail SAVIOR!!! Theresa will not overbook and does not take short appointments because it takes time and patience to create nail masterpieces/lifesaving. And I deeply appreciate that because that means that both client and provider are happy and satisfied! I used to love getting my nails done by Theresa. She was referred to me by a coworker. There were 8 of us that used to go there EVERY 3 WEEKS. But never again. She is not honest with her prices.
