I'll admit I went in the first time without an image for inspo, but the shaping the of the hard gel was so lumpy and my nail length was left really uneven. I went back again a second week and asked for tortoise design. This is not tortoise :( I leave the review as feedback. In all my experiences, tortoise design is made with a polish that makes the polish kind of like an oil, to give the effect. My design was made with just a brush and I was trying hard to trust the process, but left really unhappy and I felt bad pointing it out because I didn't want to seem picky. I'll give it two stars for the customer service kindness and efficiency, but did not meet the expectations.
