Despite the fact that she is still is listed as a stylist on the website, I got the nastiest response from the women who picked up the phone (Doris maybe?) about how it's been a LONGGG time since Lauren worked there. She then just sat on the phone and didn't say anything. Do you even care about return customers? Update- I stopped in awhile ago (After getting several more haircuts) to have my bangs trimmed. The website said it was $5 and the woman charged me $15. I casually pointed this out to her and she gave me a blank stare and said nothing even after I pulled up the website. So I paid her $15 and left, irked based on the customer service. After several follow up emails to the manager, I finally got a note back that said she would deduct the cost from my next haircut. Not impressed after this experience so won't go back. However, If Lauren ever started her own salon, I'd go there in a heartbeat. (Note the website now says Bang trims $5+) I got my hair highlighted for the first time ever last night. Lauren was absolutely amazing. I had no idea what colors I wanted and she intelligently guided me towards two different colors that I absolutely love. She also cut my hair beautifully after the color. More than that, everyone in the salon was so kind and welcoming. It was the best salon experience I've ever had. I will absolutely be going back.

I think she did a pretty good job, but as soon as I got here I noticed the staff and clientele were older and I do think the style they gave me wasn't the most flattering for my age. The ladies at Imagination can't fix these problems, because they're not magicians, but they do a fantastic job of listening to my needs and making me look great at each visit. More importantly, I feel more confident than I ever have! It is a little more expensive than those big name places or your neighborhood barber, but there is no match for their attention to detail. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

She really gave me a sharp haircut and offered a wash with a variety of products to choose from for my hair and beard which she also shaped up neatly. Everyone there wore mask and practiced safety precautions. Great experience here from the warm hello to the time I left feeling great after my haircut. They all seemed nice but I suggest you call and ask for Dana, she's very talented and I can tell she's a hard worker that will go out of her way to make every customer happy as she did me.

I had to go back and the owner said she sorry the girl messed my hair up she wish she had my number to call me to tell me to come so she could fix it. When I questioned her why she let her do that to my hair and me leave like that, she stated she sorry and she tried to tell the girl it didn't look good. It was my first time ever dying my hair and this salon had great reviews and the prices were fair. I did not notice that my grays were not covered until I got home. It's now a month later and what was supposed to be permanent hair dye seems to have completely washed out. My hair looks exactly the same as it did before going there. It's not just the "grown out" hair. It's grays the entire length of my hair that are back. I know that I should have went back and had them redo it, but due to anxiety (& the fact that the girls that worked there were not rude, but definitely not friendly), I couldn't bring myself to go complain. Ultimately, it would be very uncomfortable for me to go back and have them fix it after telling them that the first job was completely sub par. However, as a girl on a budget who cannot afford to have a different salon redo my hair for a while, I felt the need to let others know not to waste their money. Take it from me, who is walking around with all of my original grays that I paid to have dyed only a month ago.
