By appointment only. Text her and she will text you back! I wasn't expecting her to respond so quickly. I had reached out after 9pm expecting a response back the next day but My (pronounced May) got back to me within minutes and we booked an appointment for the day. All I can say is that I appreciate her promptness and communication with me. She's a hustler and works 7 days a week. She books all her own appointments as well so don't mind that she will make calls and text while she's also working on you. I like that she's a one woman show. She is located inside the Body Spa salon and has her own space which I really like versus a traditional salon. It's a private space and I felt relaxed. When you enter, you'll need to find her name on the computer and sign in. It will let her know you have arrived. I got the spa pedicure for $42! read more

I needed a last minute nail salon before the weekend and My agreed to an appointment at 7:30 pm. Although the price was a bit higher than I usually pay, I realized that it was completely worth it. She really takes her time and makes sure that you are happy with it. It was the cleanest acrylic set I've gotten and while I always get cut at other nail salons, I did not bleed once with her! She also has a 14 day guarantee where she'll fix any nail for free within the time frame. read more

I messaged her two days before my vacation and was delighted she agreed to an appointment the next day. I got there, signed in and waited. Another lady walked in, signed in after me. My came out to the lobby and took the other lady back. She apparently doubled booked us. No genuine apology given or an offer to fit me in. Hands down the best pedicure I've ever had! My really knows her stuff! I get pedicures every two weeks at home in Southern California. I asked our dinner server for a recommendation and she told me about Nails by My - Summerlin. So glad I went. My is welcoming, very professional and extremely thorough. I recently had my first "Nails by My" experience. There were definitely pros and cons. First I will say that she did the final quality on my nail dip was excellent. It's been close to a week and they are still perfect. If you like a quiet manicurist who is very focused, you will like that in My. Feel free to put your earbuds in and just chill. That said, there were a few things I felt could be improved. Primarily the booking approach. She asks you to text her for an appointment. She will then ask you when you want to come in. You tell her a range and she tells you she's busy. That's to be expected. This happens repeatedly before she gives you a time she's available. I feel like it would be so much easier if she just said "I've got these times available, which would you like?" It took three days of rather frustrating texting to get an appointment. ‍ - at one point, I thought we had agreed on a time and shortly after she texted me again to say the time was gone because I hadn't answered in 20 minutes while I was tending to my son; she gave the spot to someone else. I could go on but I will just say that the communication could be much much much better. I was also asked about six times which nails I wanted. If you have the patience for this booking approach, and understanding that she is working alone without an assistant or receptionist, this might be a great option for you. read more

He used the drill with way too much pressure to remove my gel. It was so intense that it felt hot and painful. I've been getting gel manicures for decades, so I know how it should feel. He clearly over-filed my natural nails. By the time I realized it, my nails were paper-thin. I was honestly at a loss for words!! After all my nail broke the very next day. When I went back to get it fixed next day, He was aggressive and refused to admit he over-filed them. They said Your nails were already thin to begin with. That's all. Excuse me? I've had gels for decades--I know exactly how thick my natural nails are. The front desk is always arrogant and rude as well. If you value your nail health and want to be treated with respect, stay away!

My toes are packed with shiny glitter with at least three or four layers. On my fingernails, only two layers and you can see my nail beds. Idk if we'll be back, overall decent service.
