Pedicure....Requested a deluxe and received regular plus gel. Quality was very poor Lisa the tech was the least personable person I'd ever received any type of nail service from! There was literally no conversation, and her technique was rough and quite painful. I let her know she hurt me, and she acted like she didn't hear me, or totally ignored me! The vibe...that should have been enough to make me go somewhere else. When I walked in 3 of the techs were napping in the pedicure chairs. This was only 1:30 pm Maybe they should have been in the back room? Maybe my feet weren't the easiest to work on, because I've had a stroke, but she was rude, and I felt judgemental. For these reasons, I will NOT be coming back and will be sharing MY experience with others! read more

Went there to prep and celebrate my upcoming wedding with a larger group who all seemed to have a better experience then I. It started with ice cold water, I told two staff about it and they did not adjust it. The lady doing my nails even seemed shocked after touching the water to which I stated "its really cold" and instead of getting me new water she continued on. This lady then proceeded to mumble under her breath the whole time, and was very rough with my feet. She even forcefully ripped off my cuticle causing me to bleed, and never even acknowledged or apologized. She asked me if I had regular or gel polish to which I responded "regular" and she responded with a head shake , a scoff, and "cheap!". So very disappointed as Iv been to this location a couple times and drive from 4 towns away to do so. Never again! read more

The pedicures here are a 1/10. They spend literally 10 seconds "scrubbing" each foot. It's too bad because they put a lot of money into new chairs and redoing the inside. Also the last time I was here getting a manicure the nail tech cut my finger and it bled for 20 minutes. They try to push as many people through the chairs as possible. read more

Was visiting a friend in the area over Labor Day Weekend (Sat. 9/3/22) we went together to get pedicures. I received mine from the only male in the salon. He did not get any of the calluses off my heels or sides of my toes despite the fact that I pointed them out to him and asked him to do so. The entire time he messaged the top of my calf & never once messaged my feet. The initial cuticle removal and finale polishing of my toenails was extremely sloppy. My friend's pedi was a little better but nothing great. VERY disappointing and upsetting to pay for something that's supposed to be a fun and relaxing experience. read more

I have been here twice! The first time I got a french, gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I went again this last weekend and got a deluxe pedicure; I was very satisfied with both of my visits! The first time I had an appointment, so I was seen right away. The second time I went I was a walk-in, and even though they were busy I was seated right away and tended to as they had adequate staffing. Then the guy that works there rushed threw my nails he cut me 2 times when he was filing the cuticals with the electric filer and made me bleed! When i went to pay he also was very rude snatched the card and when i was putting my card back in my wallet trying to be careful of my new nails he told me 2 times to sighn the paper ! Went here about a week and a half ago with my mom as a part of a girls' day because the other nail salons we checked out were busy. We got in immediately without a wait for a pedicure and manicure (I got gel on both, and a full set of acrylic nails). Mind you, the place was not that busy. It was obvious that they were terribly understaffed.We were led to pedicure stations, where we were left with our feet soaking for about 45 minutes and no one to check on us. We debated leaving, but stuck it out (we shouldn't have). Our pedicures finally got underway, but my nail tech was rough and rude with me the whole time, and seemed annoyed for no good reason. Hmm. The polish was done fairly well, though. Next, we were lead over to the manicure stations, where I proceeded to have to wait another 15-20 minutes for someone to put on my acrylics. I noticed other customers leaving because of the wait. The new stylist (apparently the owner of the shop?) did a very rushed and poor job of doing my nails, ignored me when I asked for a different shape, made my cuticles bleed, and finished by tapping my hand and saying "you're done". They ended up thick, crooked, and misshapen. My mom's gel manicure was fine, but she said her tech was rough on her hands too. I went back to my regular nail shop only 9 days later to have my nails completely re done because the acrylics were done so badly and were already lifting off my fingernails like a 2-3 month old set would. Today I went in for a full set and the lady that worked on my nails ended up ripping off half of my real pinki nail, blood was everywhere. She then proceeded to keep going and was very flustered/aggressive. She also charged me full price, when a discount would've been more understandable considering what had happened. I would give 0 stars if I could. I won't be going back. Went there with a friend to get a full set with gel polish. They got us in right away but my nail tech was super rude. I felt like she was about to break my finger by the way she was bending it to clip and file my nails. She also cut my finger twice and just kept going after I said it hurt. The polish was splotchy still after two coats. She asked if I wanted a third coat and I said yes and she responded with an eye roll. Once I was finally done, I looked at my nails Hey and they were so thick and bumpy and just looked bad. It already looked like I needed a fill 3 days later because there was a gap at the base of my nails to begin with. TT nails and spa is worth the extra few bucks if you're looking for a place to get nice nails done. read more

I set up an appointment for 9AM for a regular french manicure. I arrived at the salon, there were four people working and it took about 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to start working on my nails. I told about three different workers I wanted a REGULAR manicure. I was shuffled around to two different seats and then eventually was given a GEL manicure without understanding what was happening. Another worker realized and came over to explain to the woman working on my nails that I had originally wanted a regular manicure. After arguing over it, I paid for an expensive gel manicure. Mine lasted less then a week and I don't do anything, I don't have a job I just kinda sit around doing nothing. Wanted to get my nails done before my sons wedding. Went in with my daughter. I asked for acrylics and a gel manicure for my daughter. My daughter was seated right away her manicure was nice. They cleaned up her cuticles well and the polish looked lovely. I was asked to wait which was fine as I could see they were busy and I was requesting a slightly more complex service. While I was waiting one of the employees came to ask me what color I wanted. At the same time she commented that I had nice nails. I thanked her for the compliment. Then she asked why I was getting acrylics, I told her about my sons wedding and how I liked the way they looked and so on. At first I thought she was just making conversation but they she started talking to another nail technician who was apparently translating for her. They were actively trying to talk me out of acrylic nails. Now guys, my natural nails are weak, thin and very short. Honestly nothing to gush over. After about 10 minutes of this I started to feel a little frustrated. They advertised a service, I want this service and I am willing to pay for it. Also I'm an adult and Im the only one who gets to decide here. Finally they gave up and let me wait in peace. The person who did my nails decided to charge me $5 extras so he would get a tip even though I had cash to give him a tip. He had dirty utensils, and I saw one worker do a manicure and pedicure and then did another manicure without cleaning the implements. State showed up when my service was about done and my service was stopped and the nail technician put all of his dirty implements in his pocket. When I was done, I couldn't find the inspector to tell him about what I saw...guess I just call in on Monday. read more

Went here to get my nails done with a bridal party. The man who did my nails took his time and did a nice job; however, be careful when you get to the register. The price presented to me at the beginning of the service jumped ten dollars when I went to pay. The woman seemed to make up a price expecting me to go with it. According to her, the price on the white piece of computer paper was not updated. Hopefully, by now, they have taken the time to print off an updated version of their pricing. This place is okay. It's clean, large, and has plenty of chairs and tables. However, I did not have a good experience. My friend and I walked in (without an appointment) and waited about 1.5 hours for a manicure...which is understandable, it was busy. However, once I got sat down I was "greeted" by a woman that seemed very unhappy with me. She looked at my nails, called them "scary" and seemed annoyed that she had to use "extra" tools and services (cuticle remover, clipping, etc) which is what you pay for during a manicure! But I digress... Then, during the cuticle clipping, she cut two of my fingers, and of course I started bleeding. She really didn't do much for the bleeding! And she wasn't wearing gloves, unsanitary maybe? She got angry, as if the bleeding was my fault. Then, during the rest of the manicure she was rude; she didn't say anything or give me any type of instructions and got mad when I didn't understand what she wanted me to do. She would actually push my hands away from her whenever she wanted the next one! Really unprofessional. Also, most $30 manicures include a nice hand massage, cuticle oil, etc...but all she did was rub some lotion on quickly at the end. I wish I could give this place a better rating because it does have potential; the other workers seem more friendly. However, I think I will have to look for a different nail salon. read more

this is my normal nail place and i walked in and got a seat immediately. the person who did my nails didn't know what shape i wanted when i asked and just said "i try". i got home and all my nails were different sizes which frustrated me. i went to bed when i got home and won't up the next morning to a nail broken. i went back to the salon and they fixed it free of charge because it was less than 24hrs but proceeded to put the wrong color on, after i told them what the right number was. very disappointed that i waisted 40 dollars on this set. read more

I've been to Nails by Jordan previous years ago but haven't been there in a long time. I went to get my nails done before I left for town. Can I just say, I've never been treated so rudely at a nail salon in my life? And I've been to plenty. I couldn't even believe how poorly I was treated as a customer. I didn't do or say one thing that would give off any impression besides wanting my nails done! I almost was about to say, you know what? Forget it. I wanted to get up and leave Bc it was uncomfortable how rude the staff was. They kept staring at me when I never did anything wrong in the first place. I, myself am an Asian woman and after giving me snarky looks; told me I was "pretty" but their service and attitudes weren't likewise. They were very rude and didn't seem to care about what I wanted or giving me the satisfaction of my service. I'm in the service industry myself, I know how it goes. I've been to bad nail salons but they've never been rude with attitudes. Worst experience I've ever had. And I get my nails done on the regular. Never going back again.
