Called 1 1/2 hour prior to closing and they had an opening for gel manicure and pedicure along with a kids pedicure. They really took their time with both of our pedicure's and I unfortunately have dry feet and they were nice and gave extra care and attention to the heels and toes and even gave me items to use at home to make sure my feet stay top notch. They did do my hands and feet in the massage chair which was very pleasant and made sure I was pleased with the service throughout. Tips were choppy and spots left unpainted and polish on skin. Some nails were cut very crooked. Left a $15 tip before I got out to my car to get to really examine them. One gel polish nail actually peeled off 2 days later. Called them back and were very kind to get me in that night no charge considering I had a 2 hour drive back to them. Me thinking they were going to take them all off and redo, they just buffed them and re-painted over them. The lady which I'm assuming was the owner was very kind to me and wanted me to continue coming back, but the drive and low quality end result, I would rather spend my money elsewhere from now on. My gel nails ended up peeling off a few days later So that whole trip back was absolutely a waste of time.

I had acrylic on top of my cuticles, and my nails were all bumpy and different links and sizes and not the shape that I asked for and then finally the manager came and said that he would at least get the acrylic off of my cuticles that were on every single one of my cuticles, my thumb was cut and skin pushback under my nails, very rough and condescending, and actually shoved my hand back to me and asked me how about now as if he was upset with me for asking for my nails to be done correctly and for the acrylic to be not on top of my cuticle and I still paid $25 and met with so much attitude and disrespect and there is hardly any acrylic on my nails. They have been done for a week and they're cracking and lifting already. I wish I could post pictures.
