I asked for almond shaped nails. And they were perfection. She saw that I had a pedicure and my polish was White. She however recommended a milk white. It's a softer white and was a beautiful color. My new go to. I would definitely ask for Emily. Mari did my pedicure. She was good. Also professional. I will be returning soon. The owner is hands on. Every time I walk by. She's there. Sooo I recently started going to this place. It would have been my fifth pedicure and fill!! I normally walk in and usually get the tech I want for both. TODAY!! 3.15.2024 is my last time here! I had an appointment for the first time (bad move) and so went to heck! I got my pedicure which as always was great! I'm getting my shoes on and the manager puts someone else at my tech's station! The tech told her she had an appointment, the manager says "she was late" BUT IM THERE NOW AND READY AFTER MY PEDICURE!!! I really love the design but this is my second time coming here & I am overall not a happy camper. This place was recommended to me. I had no idea there was two locations. I paid $95 just for my hands to look like the picture I attached along with my toes that look mediocre too @ $50 and eyebrows for $12. Everything felt rushed with my hands and eyebrows. They should take better care of your natural nails as well because mine were rushed and not cared for properly. I told the mail tech I was military and wanted to get longer nails for once since my husband and I were going on vacation and I kid you not...1 week later my ring finger mail fell off along with 3 others being lose about to fall off all on my left hand. I paid $157 + a $20 tip just for subpar service and my nails calling off not even mid trip. I like that they have a woman preparing drinks and lemon waters and my pedicure massage was nice but even the pedicure was painted poorly. I just don't understand. read more

I came with my sister and they were packed, however, my sister and I were still able to get our nails done within 5 ish minutes of waiting. I was getting a pedicure and my sister was getting a manicure. I just got a basic pedi and I had an ingrown from the last pedicure place so I wanted to try someplace new. My nail tech removed the ingrown completely (yes it hurt but he was very considerate and tried to ease the pain). My nails came out beautifully and I don't have pain in my toe. My sister also had a great experience with them as well I was surprised to see that they only had 2 stars. I saw that most of the reviews were from awhile ago. I say you should give this place a try. The person doing my manicure didn't know what he was doing. He took a very long time to do a dip power manicure. DIDNT smooth out the top of my nails at all, only buffed the edges. Didnt talk to me the entire service and made me feel awkward. He also would half do something, do something else and then go back to what he was doing. However, the nail color that I chose apparently didn't want to stay on that long, so I called before I came to see if they could fit me in for a correction. They were on the phone said that they were not busy, and now would be a good time since I was already in the area. I got Amy, and he was very nice about helping me, and said that I could not pick a different color which was fine with me, because it was a color that I had wanted in the first place. Instead of soaking off the gel nail that was still left on my fingers, she decided to cut around it and did my nails in some kind of powder. She didn't think that I would notice that it was a new color, it literally looks like blue glitter cocaine. She had gotten up 12 times since I had sat down, and even went so far as to pick up a phone call from another store, and disrespected the employee Ashley, by saying that Chris would kill her. If she were to come work at that store because she was so slow-Word for Word. Instead of telling me that they did not have the time to do my nails, they rushed through it, and did an awful job on them. I have already talk to the owner has apologize profusely, and will redo my nails for a second time sometime this week. I really wanted to like this place because it's so nice inside. My review is based on two separate visits. The first visit I got there about 30 minutes after they opened on a Saturday and they were already busy, which I took as a good sign. I asked for a full set, nothing else. I waited for about 30 minutes and then a guy came and got me and took me back to the pedicure chairs. I explained that I didn't want a pedicure, I was wanting a full set and he apologized and said they misheard me, and a lady who I assume is the manager said they would get to me in a few minutes. Again, no big deal it was just a miscommunication. Well 5 minutes goes by. 10 minutes. 15 minutes. I'm about to get up to leave and the same lady hurries and asks me to sit at her booth. I should have just left but I really wanted my nails done for a wedding I was attending that afternoon. I got them done but it took forever because literally every 5 minutes she was jumping up to answer the phone, to answer a question for someone, and TWICE to wax someone's eyebrows. I was super aggravated by this time but I had already invested over an hour and my nails were right in the middle of the process. Finally we were done, my nails did look really good and I feel like she gave me a discount. So I decided I wouldn't write them off just yet. Also, one of my nails cracks right across the middle about a week afterwards. Two weeks later I go for a fill in and a pedicure, and I made an appointment this time because I know they stay really busy. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment and signed in, and the staff acknowledged that I was there and that I had an appointment at 6pm. So I wait. And wait. And wait. Finally about 20 minutes later (why even make an appointment?) they take me back to do the pedicure. The pedicure is done in about 30 minutes (not a problem) and the guy asks me to sit and let my toenails dry. I remind him I wanted a fill in as well and he says okay. I wait again. And wait some more, then see some of the nail techs start working on women who came in after me! Finally I'm just over it and I stand up to leave and the lady from before says "No no we can get to you now!" I should have just left but again, at this point I've invested an hour and a half and I was going out of town the next say and wouldn't have time to go anywhere else before hand. A nail tech does my fill in and replaces the cracked nail, and it looks NOTHING like the others. It's longer and the wrong shape. I pointed this out, she makes an "attempt" to fix it and Jen continues about her business. Finally, over two hours after I arrived for an appointment I'm ready to leave. Four days later another nail mysteriously cracks, and what looks like air bubbles appear under the acrylic. Really?? With this being (in my opinion) one of the pricier places in town, I'm really going to need to them to step it up with the service aspect but I won't be returning to this location. read more

I have never been so disappointed in a manicure experience in my life. The guy that did my manicure was extremely unprofessional. I did not appreciate the way he talked to me at all. If that wasn't enough, he took all of ten minutes on my manicure. I still had stuff under my nails when he started painting them. I have gone to Chris since I was 4 years old. I am now 20 & still have supported his business continually throughout the years. If anything wrong happened at the Gornto (his first) location he would call me to fix it. Since the Perimeter location opened I have gone there. Last Tuesday I paid to have a full set/pedi. The last few times I haven't been impressed with the gel polish & how quick it comes off but once again I give them chances. Well after I got French tip on my toes & it was a nice pedicure no complaints & French tips on my nails for a formal event I left (that was $80 later with tips & eyebrows). I got home to realize that Annie was too busy talking to the employees & correcting them on every step they made that she didn't even wax the middle between the eyebrows & that the French tips on my toes were not even at all. A day after the pedicure my toes started doing a spider web looking thing & two days later (the day of my extremely formal military event) the first chip on them. Phi has always done my pedis but since then has left to start his own business & needless to say, I'll be following Phi. Here it is a WEEK after my nails & my toes, my toes are chipped completely off, it looks like I have a uni brow because she didn't wax in between my eyebrows because she was not paying attention, & the person who did my acrylics didn't scrape off the little bit of gel I had left on my nail (in the dead CENTER) from my last color so you can obviously see it through the French acrylics. I tried to give them one more chance but I think that one last chance was too gracious for them at this point. read more

Honestly, I never really get my nails done bc it has always been a painful experience in the past. I get them done so little that the last time was 6 yrs ago. I'm an over the road truck driver and I usually flatbed so I don't even entertain the idea of having nice feminine hands bc I handle chains, binders, straps, bungees, tarps and so on. An older woman sat next to me and we talked for a bit, she pointed out Chris. Then I learned he has 4 locations, so he is clearly doing something right! A massive huge huge thank you to my nail tech Mike. Thank you for the awesome experience, ha, he even gave me goosebumps while transforming my hands:). I will definitely be back and I will continue to ask for Mike. In the past, the next days my fingers always hurt but not with this gentleman. He is fabulous, even did some art work too. I am oh so happy! And Chris inspected everyone before they left and asked everyone is they were happy. Chris seems like a great guy, obviously smart and successful, I wouldn't mind picking his brain. Makes me wonder if he reads Think and Grow Rich by Nepoleon Hill. I recommend this location and Mike to anyone and everyone. I hear Tony is the man to go to when it comes to pedis. Maybe I'll step into the into his area next time. And I hate crowded places but the atmosphere is this busy place was amazing.
