The shape is different on each nail - one is round, one is pointy, one is off center, etc. On certain nails, she started it higher up so it already looks like I need to get a fill in. She didn't go over it enough times so the color is streaks and some of them have bumps. Deeply dissatisfied, would not recommend. My pedicure was great and the young lady who did mine was very thorough and did a phenomenal job. My wife however, the gentleman that did her pedicure was a bit fast paced. He sort of just ran through the motions whereas mine took more time. Overall, my wife seemed rather displeased with her service but mine was great. I will not be returning. I went in an hour before close and wanted a full set with a simple design. Immediately I was told they don't do designs so I just need to pick either regular or gel polish. I picked a few colors and asked again when getting started if I was able to get a simple design and showed the picture and I was once again told no. The manicure itself wasn't terrible. The shape was nice and the end color was pretty as well. That only lasted a week. My nails look disgusting after 7 days and I don't use my hands in any kind of way to get this result. read more

This nail salon is very racist and does not treat black people with the same respect that they treat other customers. First Hillary and her client were haven't a extremely prejudice conversation with disrespectful marks in regards to the superbowl and all the black people they had performing and did not care about the other customers in the establishment. Then the guy who was doing my nails ( he refused to give me his name ) called me cheap because I was not getting gel on my nails and then tried to charge me extra for services that were never rendered. The absolute worst customer service I've had! I actually ended up with an infection after using them before Covid. I understand things happen so I actually decided to go back again and give them a try. Today I was running a few minutes late but whoever answered the phone put down my appointment time wrong so he was very rude on the phone and told me not to come. I am 100% fine with being told I'm sorry we are running tight on time today we need to reschedule. His attitude was disgusting though and yes I gave it right back! He made the comment that I don't tip well, the fact is I have only ever gotten pedicures there, never had my nails done and I always tipped a minimum of 20%. So not only is he a disgusting human he's a liar to boot. He has tried to borrow money from my mom to gamble asked her to borrow $400 behind his wife's back there at the salon. Wanted to borrow $10,000 so he could go gamble and win her more money back he claimed. He is a scam artist and that's being nice! I hope my mom will come on and show the crappy job he did on her nails today before I ever even called up there. DO NOT GO HERE. I walked in, asked for a simple design, showed him the picture and it was fine he said he could do it. (nail tech was Randy). He started the nails, RIGHT BEFORE he started to paint he told me he could not do the design, which would have been fine if he had told me BEFORE he started them. So i asked if i could keep the nails blank and get the design somewhere else, they were fine with that. After my friend paid, i noticed my WHOLE left hand was NOTICEABLY shorter than the right. I proceeded to ask for a discount (he was charging $40) because i wasn't paying 40 for unpainted, uneven nails. Randy proceeded to argue with me quite loudly and i was not being rude. He then grabbed a lady (i think his wife and manager of establishment) and SHE PROCEEDED to argue with me (yelling) and threatened to get the cops involved. I kept asking for a discount because the situation was ridiculous. She then said ok $39. which IS NOT the correct price for these CRAPPY nails. My friend paid because we had to leave.
