I am some what happy with my tattoo Jesus did. I'd asked him not to use white and he did anyway. The biggest problem is tracking him down and getting a response has been a nightmare. When you pay for a tattoo the touch up is included yet he treats you like you're bothering him and wasting his time. The first appointment for a touch up he was sick, understandable but he didn't call me to cancel. My second attempt for a touch up he didn't even show even when I text before and I called the shop to see if he was there. I hate to give a bad review on a place that was talked well upon from my friends. I went here in hopes of returning with a daith piercing. I returned home with a room piercing and the piercer did not inform me that it was a rook. I also was not told what kind of metal the earring was or how long it would take to heal or how to clean my piercing. The lady that took my money was the one who sold me the solution and only told me to clean my piercing with this. Everyone I knew said that Danny was a really good artist and piercer there, so if you go ask for him but i did not get him. The woman that worked on me man handled me and pulled my hair to the point it hurt. I hate to say this because she was nice but I did not leave with what i asked for nor did I get told how to take car of my piercing which upset me because it was my first cartilage piercing. read more

My friend and I made a very impulsive decision to get tattoos while we were out of town. We walked in and asked if they had time. Aryn was our artist, she did an amazing job. she was so thorough, to the point when she finished she saw a spot and fixed it. I am obsessed with how my tattoo turned out. This place is pretty on point. Larry Lockwood has a great set-up, he has a super clean work place, he plays music or will put a movie on for you while you are getting inked. He constantly cleans the area and puts a helps with wound care throughout the duration. He made sure to address any and all needs and work with us to make sure the tattoo we wanted was exactly what we wanted and where we wanted it. The entire shop was clean and organized as well as everyone was helpful. I get that most tattoo parlors are cash only, but with all the ways to accept payments now I feel like they need to expand to Apple Pay, VenMo, Facebook Pay, Google Pay or Paypal. When you are paying large amounts of money for tattoos it becomes a pain and honestly walking around with $1000 to pay for the tattoo in your pocket, really isn't safe. I had a horrible reaction to my cartilage piercing. she drained the bump, gently cleaned it thoroughly, and replaced it with titanium, which i haven't had an allergic reaction to. Went here to get another ear piercing and they pierced it unevenly, I would have said something but I didn't notice until I got home. I was cleaning it when I needed to with antibacterial soap (as the lady told me to do) and I felt a bump on my ear and there was liquid coming out of it, I realized my ear was infected, as I was cleaning as directed and as I had done with piercings in the past, I had to let the hole close up and I repierced it with needles from Amazon and I didn't have any problems, my friend also had the same problem with her helix piercing that she got from here. read more

My best friend and I both got tatted from Vernon, who was obviously high on something at the time, I didn't realize this until we left. He did a terrible job on both of our tattoos, good thing they are small and easily coverable. They both faded around 3 days after we left. I need to make it clear that we both have other tattoos, so we are aware how to take care of them after getting them, he just did an awful job. Not only this, but any time I or anyone I know has gone to ink addiction, it has ended badly. This was not my first bad experience at Ink addiction. I once got the stud in my cartilage changed to a hoop from a girl at the Park ave location, who proceeded to tighten the loop so tight it was squeezing the cartilage in my ear, and became infected the next day and left a keloid that I still have, a couple years later. Please do yourself a favor and avoid going to either Ink Addiction location. read more

I got a mole/beauty mark done on my lip. I understood the $40 fee for the setup and work. The artist said that if it's not big enough, I could come back and he'd fill it in for free. I had a witness, just in case. So imagine my displeasure when I drive 45 minutes on a specific day (as he's a hot commodity and only available Monday and Thursday) and after having called and discussed the matter with another employee that also couldn't be bothered with facts, I find the artist wants an additional $40 setup fee for the 2-3 drops of ink and 2 minutes of his time. He also said that it's so small in appearance because I requested brown ink instead of black. Which is cool, but if I'd wanted that, I would've chosen black. So I'd say if you want quality of service, a knowledgeable staff, and a pleasant experience, go the fvck somewhere else. read more

SOME of the people are nice, and the place is clean most of the time, but after seeing the ink work that was done to a friend, I will NOT be getting anything ink related from them, not even a touch up. My friend went to get a tatto on her shoulder, not only was it nothing like what she wanted, but the line work was EXTREMELY sh**y and the shading was a joke. She would have been better off getting a preschooler or a known drunk to do it for her, it would have probably looked the same, if not better. I dont know for a fact, but if I'm correct, she refused to pay. I hope so, I know I definitely wouldn't have payed for that chicken scratch that they called a tattoo. I told her to go to Hollywood Twisted Needle and see kevin to get it fixed or covered. I highly recommend people to stay away from Ink Addiction, cause most of the people there don't care about what they're doing or the art of it, and they definitely don't care about the customers, they care about the money and that's it! If you're smart you'll go somewhere else to get ink. But if you are brave enough and decide to get a piercing there, ask specifically for Pyro, honestly he seems like the only one who has a clue what he's doing. read more

I received four piercings from Ink Addiction and have gone with a couple friends to get their piercings as well. I have yet to see a good piercing experience there. My tongue ring is off center, but since most people don't see it I didn't bother getting it redone. So I figured that wasn't a good enough reason not to return. Next I got my clitoral hood pierced. The guy asked me if I wanted vertical or horizontal, and I replied with "horizontal". After he puts in the jewelry and I look down, I realize he gave me a vertical piercing. I mentioned it to him and he apologized and said I could redo it, but I told him I'd try this way (since it's already done anyway) and come back if I want to get it redone. I grew to love it so I decided I'd give them another shot. I went back to get my nipples pierced. When I got them done, one of them was crooked so they had to redo it--that hurt so badly. It made me glad I didn't have either of my previous ones redone. I also noticed that the other nipple was crooked if you look from above, but I didn't want to experience that kind of pain again, so I didn't mention it. I was also with a friend when she got her belly button pierced and while I have no experience with belly button piercings, I feel it should have gone a lot smoother than it did. Keeping the story short, she (the piercer) was shoving the needle through the skin for several minutes before it finally went through, meanwhile my friend was crying out in pain. Another friend had a similar experience to my nipple piercings (crooked and had it redone immediately) with his double didoe (male genital piercing). After having it redone once, he noticed it was still crooked but didn't mention anything because the alternative is doing it again. Because it was crooked, the piercing kept getting caught on clothing and started surfacing, so he removed both pieces of jewelry. Since, I have gotten another piercing from a professional piercer friend of mine and he told me that he used to work for Ink Addiction, but he quit because THEIR POLICY IS NOT TO SANITIZE THE NEEDLES. He mentioned that he got in trouble for "wasting time and resources" by sanitizing his work area and getting new needles for every client. I was appalled. Although this review is about piercing experience, I feel that if their policy is such for piercings, I wouldn't trust them half as far with a tattoo. I will never be returning. read more
