Did not get to see the doctor but saw the PA. I was hoping to see the doctor since I was a new patient at that time.

I just had the worst experience with Cole Dermatology. I've been seeing them since they first opened many years ago and I really like Dr. Cole and Mrs. Terri, but the last time I saw them was about five years ago since I haven't had any issues that needed to be seen. Well I had a mole that changed and I was concerned about last year so I called to make an appointment and they told me that because it had been five years, I was considered a new patient so I needed to make a new patient appointment and the earliest they had was eight months out. So I made that appointment, which is today. They did call a few weeks later to try to get me an appointment that someone had canceled but I told them I couldn't make it because I didn't have coverage for class and to keep the original appointment. So all this time has passed. We scheduled our trip to meet our newest nephew around this appointment and came back early for this appointment and I walk in there this morning for them to tell me that I have no appointment. They would not even work me in and they're not even busy! Then she had the audacity to tell me that I could come tomorrow. I'm sorry what? You're so busy and you couldn't even get me in until eight months but you want to put me in tomorrow? I'm sorry, but no you have lost my business. I've been going to Cole Dermatology for a few years now. I'm seen by Terri Wildes, and I can't say enough good things about her, and the rest of the staff. She takes her time to listen to any concerns I might have, and I never feel like something wasn't explained to me. I appreciate the fact I never feel rushed, even if my appointment runs longer than scheduled. read more

I thought Dr Cole was great! He had a great bed side matter. He was knowledgeable and explained everything. He was kind to my mother and her feel very comfortable. He had to split her nose wide open and was careful with it looking as normal as possible. I loved Kristy! read more

Dr. Cole and his staff are so knowledgeable. They diagnosed a slow growing malignant melanoma on my father's nose that has been there for years and undetected by prior dermatologist. They really show they care about people and communicate well with the family regarding a plan of treatment. My father has completed his treatment and all appears well at this time. In addition, Dr. Cole recently performed Mohs surgery on an area over his ear. I am amazed at how well it has healed. I thought for certain their would be a large scar and it's undetectable unless you know about it and are looking for it. Highly recommend them. read more

I went there there looking for help with dark spots and acne scarring and they couldn't help at all the staff was nonchalant about my situation and I had to pay $60 & tiny thing of bleaching cream that's no bigger than my thumb and they just acted like they actually being helpful by doing that. I am a college student and if they weren't going to be helpful I would've liked to keep my money. Especially for them to just tell me to go out and buy my own bleaching creams. I left with all the same information that I went in there with. I am very disappointed. read more
