For what I paid, I am not too happy with the quality of the full set. The silver line I asked for was poorly drawn. You can see an obvious gap. I asked the tech to fix the lines and she argued with me about the glitter and went to fix it and drew a hasty silver line with the brush because she was too concerned to work with the next customer to take her time and make it right. As I was getting ready for bed I noticed one of the thumb nails starting to detach and it hasn't even been12 hrs. I got full set and pedicure for almost $250 plus tip. I just wanted a dip, which the woman said $55.00, while she was doing my nails she asked if I wanted my cuticles done? I said, cuticles are usually included with the manicure, she said no as she spoke to the others in Chinese or whatever native language she was speaking in. Just pissed me Off! So I said yes and when I checked out I said No to a tip. Your tip is...Start speaking English and include the cuticles in your manicure. I will NEVER go back to this awful place and I encourage others to use the nail salon by Ingles instead; this place is a complete ripoff! If I could give a -100, I would! Also...The one mandarin worker who was working on 2 ladies when I got there said...5 minute 5 minute, so I wouldn't leave, little did I know she'd be working on 3 of us at one time, these women are heartless and do NOT care about customer service, I wish I would've gotten up and left!! read more

I requested a basic pedi for $25.00. During my pedi she asked if I wanted to have my feet scraped. I said yea sure. Did not hear her say $10.00 extra....... when I went to pay and saw it on my bill, I questioned it. Jenny from across the room says, "I hear her tell you'. I said "of course you did. I paid ,$37.00 for a basic pedicure, and only left $6.00 tip. I've had other issues as well, but won't go down that rabbit hole. I've been going there 7 years..... won't ever go back. In town visiting so went in for mani& pedi. We had a good experience and happy with service. They were fast and did full service in 1hour, 4 ladies helping 2 of us. I think $100+tip for gel mani&pedi is really high, because i pay $75+tip back home. Is the reason - They were nice and had conversations with us, and yes they do speak in their native language when talking to each other. (That seems normal to me tho, some people may feel weird/uncomfortable about that). They had lots of colors and options (regular polish, gel ,dip) to choose from. I like that they have new and comfortable Masage pedicure chairs. read more

Visiting from out of town, sat with Jessica. She did a fantastic job, nails look great! Price was a bit high for a fill, replaced 2 tips, gel polish and 2 colors, was $80. Jessica was quick and professional. I would go back again. read more

This was a charming little spot. I would definitely recommend stopping in when you need your nails done, the workers are nice and they did a good job. They seemed to push to add things every now and then and ended up adding a random service to me and my sisters gel manicures. I wasn't sure why other than I guess they just thought we needed it. They did let me know beforehand so I guess I could have told them no. Who knows. Anywho besides that this was a good place and I would recommend it. read more

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure and had to still wait. I had a pretty good pedicure, then I slipped in a puddle of water wearing the disposable flip flops they give you. after falling they did not seem to be very concerned. I had to have my toes touched up. My $75 dip powder manicure left me with two very crooked nails and two bleeding fingers. The service was very rushed. I definitely do not mind paying good money for a good service, but I was very disappointed in what I got for a total of $120 plus tip. I have messaged the business twice with no response. And they are already coming off after only 2 days!! read more

Donna did my nails. I did a natural manicure and pedicure. She gently and quickly took care of an ingrown toenail. She delivered the nail shape I asked for. The conversation in the shop was pleasant. The staff wore masks and there was a shield provided. She disinfected the chair I sat in before I even left. If the this is an indication of their sanitation, they get five stars for cleanliness. read more

So.....I'm not one to put out a bad review but, I think it is necessary when the tech. has a bad attitude and when management will not listen and talks over you. I drew the not so pleasant Donna today. Worst pedi I have ever had. This must of been her all time best at 23 minute from start to finish. Not so careful with the clippers, as I winced with involuntary movements and kindly asked her to be careful as she told me to relax! Thank goodness no blood was drawn. I even asked her manager to tell her to be careful. Next the cheese grater, one more swipe and the heel of my foot would be shredded. Once again, I had to ask her to stop. Then, as she pulled the cuticle clippers out and so carefully moved them around but did not trim my cuticles. Thank goodness almost done. On my way out, I mentioned to the not so attentive mgr. Jenny, that my experience was not relaxing or in anyway good. She did not listen, kept interrupting me and just blabbed on. Jenny said she saw Donna do a good job, really? The manager had her face in her phone the whole time. Well, I learned my lesson I should have got up and collected my things and left. Bad customer service and terrible business practices. Most definitely will not be back. read more

Love this place for my pedicures! They use the disposable liners in their jetted tubs which is much cleaner. I am a cosmetology myself And know the risk of infection, this makes it hard for me to get pedicures outside of my own salon, but this is my place! I like to get out of my own environment so I can truly relax. They do a great job here! read more

This salon would get one star, but for the excellent hygiene practices and the hospitality. The leg massage was also good. What knocked it down to two stars was a few things. The pedicure was hurried as far as the clipping, snipping, removing of calluses, etc. When my nails were done with dipping powder, the technician took time to make sure that they were even. However, finished dipping powder was left on the sides of my fingers. Additionally, two of my fingers were cut enough to leave scabs. My daughter got gel polish. Unfortunately ALL of her gel was off two days later. I'm not so sure I would go here again. read more
