Every treatment we experienced was excellent. The massage was fantastic, and I even had my first facial. It's clear they put a great deal of thought into the design and the small details throughout the spa. It's an inviting space where you can unwind, read a book, have a conversation, or enjoy complimentary tea and light snacks. There's also a café on-site, and one of the best parts is that you don't even have to change out of your robe to enjoy it. The food was surprisingly good as well. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely understood what great customer service looks like. It wasn't a welcoming environment for someone new to the area and certainly signaled values before you even get through the doors. I wouldn't feel comfortable sending someone here on my recommendation. Maybe the vibe is different when it isn't the holiday season but wanted to share the feedback for folks who wouldn't be comfortable!
