I came in as a walk-in and only had to wait six minutes or so till I was sat at a pedicure chair. I opted for the hot stone pedi. I love that each chair gets a fresh liner in the bowl to ensure nothing is transmitted from one client to the next. She was very attentive and took her time with my nails. I love how personable the staff is, especially Tony, the owner. This is the only place I'll go in Jasper because I trust them with my feet. The salon is clean and open. The lighting is bright and the massage chairs are a huge plus. Even for a petite person, I can take advantage of the chair without being uncomfortable in the seat. The hot stone pedi was $54+ tip and it was well worth it. For people planning to go, I recommend tipping in cash. read more

I went in for the very first time on New Year's Eve because I didn't have time to drive to my usual place. The gentleman who did my nails used foul language the whole time, talked about what I could do with my nails to my husband's body parts. Keep in mind I've never been to this establishment before so I had never seen, nor ever even talked with any of these employees. I just sat there in awkward silence ready for my nails to be done and get out of this nail salon. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I'm thankful that I didn't have a guest such as my mother, m-n-law, or anyone else for that matter. Glued the tips to my skin and crooked on two nails. Shape was supposed to be coffin but was stubby square. The tech told me my fingers were crooked and making the ends more narrow wouldn't look right. He asked if I ever got my nail done as if I was having a bad experience because I was unfamiliar.. LOL. Yes, had my nails all the time but in the state he moved from. So disappointed with the experience. May go back and try a different tech--a woman this time. Argh. read more

I'm new to area & looking for a nail salon. Reviews were great and the salon was very nice. It was about hour before closing & my nail tech, Johnny, seemed rushed and like he didn't want to be there. Barely scrubbed my feet, so much so that I had so much dry skin on my heels when I got home, that I had to file them myself. Normally I wouldn't go to trouble of writing mediocre review but Johnny had a fancy bright white MAGA hat & although I don't care who he voted for, proudly wearing a hat that enrages at least a very high percentage of your customers who don't approve of lying, cheating, draft-dodging, insurrectionist isn't really smart for business. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! My normal Salon is so much better. The quality of their work was very subpar yet cost more than my usual Salon. The very basic nail art was poorly applied, the left powder color all over edges of my finger and made multiple small cuts in my cuticles while they were being buffed. Also paid an extra 48 bucks for a pedicure that was supposed to be 50 minutes but was told they were done after only 20 minutes. On top of that the technician had an awful attitude that left me feeling like an inconvenience that was being rushed out the door. It's no small wonder why the place wasn't very busy when I come in. I usually do not leave complaints like this but people need to know that they likely end up with a second rate, over priced manicure that looks like something a beginner would do. It makes one truly wonder if this place is actually properly licensed to do this type work! read more

I am a visitor to this area and had a hard time finding a decent nail salon; looking at so many reviews and pictures. I finally looked into going to Jasper and found Victor Nails & Tan. Thank goodness!! They were super!! My nail tech was Jimmy; he was very accommodating and patient. I had not gotten acrylic nails in years, and was a bit skeptical and picky. Jimmy did an amazing job and catered to my every whim; even when I changed my mind on the color. Beautiful nails!! So nice!! I never felt so pampered and taken care of with all of the kind accommodations and attention to detail. Also, the salon was recently completely renovated, just one month ago, to an updated, beautiful boutique, with brand new, top of the line massage pedicure chairs, comfortable manicure chairs; definitely a beautiful, calming atmosphere. Everything is brand new and clean. All the other ladies were happy with their nail techs as well. I will certainly be back here for my fills the next time I come back into the area. read more

My first impression was about the cleanliness and the pleasant welcome I received. Had manicure with fill and gel and pedicure with gel, both French style. What a friendly , clean salon. I had my acrylic pink and white fill ins done and the man who did them (Tom or Tony) was fast, professional and made sure by asking questions on how long I wanted my nails, how wide the white should be and the shape I wanted them . He did one first made sure I was happy and then did the rest. I was extremely happy and have now found my "home" for nails Luz the massage therapist is wonderful!! Her hands are magic and her personality kind and caring I have already booked my next appointment. Their prices are extremely competitive so I left a bigger tip ! Victor's is the best in town for manis. I have been there twice - once for a new set of acrylics and second for a partial fill. The first set was done by Tony, and was fast, professional, and shaped exactly right. The second time, I was disappointed because Tony wasn't there and I got a little anxious. I shouldn't have worried because the lady who did my nails (I can't remember her name) did as great a job as Tony had. Everyone in the salon has been sincerely friendly, and the salon is clean. If you're looking for some pampering at a great price, then this is the place to go! If you want your nails to look excellent, go somewhere else. I had both a mani and a pedi on natural nails. He did not use a primer, did a terrible, super quick filing job (rough file only) and my nails have some sharp, jagged edges that he did not bother to correct after he trimmed them with the clippers. When he was switching hands and mistakenly messed up my fresh paint, he simply painted over it leaving a wrinkle in the polish. There's a bit of paint on my skin (around the fingernails) that he did not bother to correct AND both my hands and feet need another coat of paint as the polish is way too thin. read more
