I drove 40 mins to come to this appointment. she asked from across the building what i wanted as i called earlier to make sure they had ample time for long gelx with design and they confirmed 'yes', she said i am being "super picky" on what i wanted when it was just a base color with cat eye overlay followed up with an attitude and talking about me to the current lady she was working on. A lady sitting next to a friend i brought, suggested we should leave after an interaction like that and that she also would not be returning after seeing her treat a customer like that. so the owner just literally lost 3 costumers today bc of that interaction.

It's unsanitary and the nail tech I had was not gentle. I should have walked out sooner than I did. Even though my experience was with one nail tech, if that one nail tech is being unsanitary and rough, then that's still a reflection of the business this place provides.
