Gel French tip nails with the Technician Natalie.
Andrea N.

This place is something else. First of all, the vibe that you feel entering through the door is so positive, feminine and just great. The people that works there, they are SO NICE! Super friendly, professional, charismatic and extremely clean. I deeply recommend this nail salon. In this photo, I got a Gel French tip with the technician Natalie. She is so nice and friendly. And the massages ... OMG! She's the best! I got my pedicure with her too and she's lovely.

pseudomonas folliculitis

0 stars is the right rating for this facility. Current and Future customers: First time visit and NEVER AGAIN. After getting a pedicure on July 16th, I got pseudomonas folliculitis. It has spread all over my legs and some areas of my body. This is a very serious issue. Unfortunately, poorly maintained equipment and tools will contaminate the water and pass the bacteria to clients. The rashes have been very painful, itchy, sore, and they have progressed to large red rashes with pus-filled bumps that are extremely tender and embarrassing. I want to make sure nobody else end up like me and be aware of my terrible experience. I sure hope my skin recovers completely and I don't have any permanent skin damage, such as scarring or dark spots and permanent hair loss

I cannot complain too much because my friend had an extra Groupon so my mani/pedi cost very little. However, I feel inclined to leave a review since they did not do a good job. Don't get me wrong the place itself is very nice and clean, but the service left much to be desired. My girl did an okay job on my toes, but it was nothing I couldn't have done myself. My real issue was with my gel nails. As you can see in the pictures they are very sloppy and the thumbs are not even completely painted. She also cut me twice while clipping my cuticles. Overall I was very disappointed in my experience and would have no reason to go here over a cheaper place that will do a better job. Note: my friend did have a much better experience with the girl who did her nails, so I guess like anywhere you go it depends on who you get.

That's my 3 day old pedicure.

I got a manicure and a pedicure on Saturday. The nail tech was very sweet and we had a nice convo however the manicure was done sloppily and the pedicure...well... judge for yourself. See the picture of it 3 days later. I have never had a pedi mess up no sooner than 2 weeks in (not gel). Very disappointed

Cute nail boutique!

Cute nail and hair salon this is their second location! They have another location on 700 East. This specific location has only been opened since October but it is AMAZING. This location also offers hair services which is pretty awesome and they have such a nice salon with Kevin Murphy products. My friend Shanna is awesome and does hair AND nails here. I've gotten a pedicure here and everything was top notch done by Shanna. This salon has a boutique too so its so cute, you can walk around and shop while your hair or nails are processing, my favorite part! Such good accessories that are always changing and being updated and fitting to the season. Love this salon.

Bad pedicure. Sloppy polish and bad shaping.

Nailed is right, as in, they sure nailed me with a high fee for a terrible pedicure. I made an appointment a couple days ahead of time for after work so I could get a pedicure with my mom for her birthday. Our appointment was at 7pm. We arrive 5 minutes early and began to pick out our polish color as the employees were finishing with a couple other clients. Once they were done I was still deciding between two colors and one of the employees came over and rudely told us to get to our chairs. The water was cool, so we asked for it to be warmed up. The one woman obviously was tired or hates her job. I don't expect these women to carry a conversation with us, but they seemed like they wanted nothing to do with us. They trimmed and shaped the nails, which I have never had anyone just cut parts of my nails, not the whole thing when shortening the length. She barely shaped the nail when she was finished. A little scrub and minimal cuticle pushing, I was back in he water and then prepped for the polish. She did seem to do a thorough job prepping the nails, so I hope this terrible polish job lasts a little longer. The lighting was bad in there, the sunlight was coming in at their backs through the garage door and perhaps casting a shadow while she painted my nails. It was glopped on thick and uneven. She did spend time cleaning the edges. I knew upon closer inspection that it would look bad, but this was my mom's gift and I didn't want to say anything, hence why I am on yelp telling you my experience. I tipped them when I paid my bill. I must be getting soft in my old age, because nothing deserved a tip for that pedicure. They didn't even preform their jobs satisfactorily. And especially not well enough for a tip. The value of this pedicure to me was $15, not the $38 they charge. Please go somewhere else. Not here. This is not worth your time and especially not your hard earned money. You deserve a great pedicure that you walk out of the salon feeling relaxed and great about how you toes are going to look in sandals.

Again... Nailed has failed me. From walking in the door to 45 minutes after my appointment. I got a same day appointment with a random tech. I walked in and gave my name and appointment time and the girl behind the desk sat there and said "Oh, I can't help you. It's my first day". What the heck? So you can't at least take my name and look at the books or find your trainer to let them know I'm here. It was bizarre. Pedi time! The ultimate pedicure was a little lack luster. I'm paying for the ultimate pedi to have you get in there! She was so timid. The biggest disappointment was the polish job. After 45 min. It looked like the polish was rolling off my toes. I'm currently at another nail salon getting a polish change. So $60 +tip for the pedi and now another $15 for a polish change.... ugh!

Three days later nail no longer painted

I first did a pedicure and while the service was great, it was everything but relaxing. The pedicure seats are located next to the 'hair salon' so for an hour I heard blow driers and people screaming over them to talk to one another. I had a headache and had a bad day so I decided to treat myself to something 'relaxing' unfortunately, this missed the mark. Then I moved over to the manicure station, this was further from the blow driers so a little more peace. My manicure turned out good. My only complaint was the old nail polish that was stringy so she had a hard time making it nice and smooth. That wasn't her fault and she did her best. Three days later I see this pink dot on my keyboard and it turns out to be my nail polish. Nicely intacted but completely off my nail. This place is down the street from my house so I was excited about finding a nice place but sadly for the money and results, it will not be my regular nail salon.

My nails started peeling hours after getting them done. For the price and quality I could've just bought a gel kit and did it myself.

I've been coming here for a couple months and have had a wonderful experience every time. Ryanne is a wonderful esthetician! I look forward to my appointments because they are quick, as painless as possible, and the staff here is all so friendly. I just recently started getting my upper lip waxed as well, something I NEVER used to do because it is so painful. Of course, there's always some pain in getting waxed, but coming to Ero Edge has been one of the least painful waxing experiences I've had. Ryanne is so detail oriented, always making sure that my brows are the perfect shape and that she gets every last hair on my upper lip. My brows always look amazing when I leave. The studio itself is clean and beautiful, with a check in counter as you enter, a small shopping area to the left as you walk in featuring products from local woman-owned businesses, and a cute seating area with little snacks while you wait. They also always have a little treat of Jollyranchers or pink Starburst (the best flavor!) as you check out to leave.

In the stone massage, they literally only massage you with the rocks. No hands. So it wasn't really as relaxing as we had hoped. However I do not think this is a reflection on the quality of their business at all. Just a personal preference. Both massage therapists were super friendly and professional and the other staff is always so nice as well. Both my wife and I will 100% be back to try out more of their services

We both had the 60 minute "Relax" massage with scalp add on and it was one of the BEST massage experiences I've ever had! My massage therapist was Jordan. I've never had a male massage therapist before so I was pretty nervous about it. But Jordan was extremely professional and did a great job of being respectful and putting me at ease. We talked about my preferences before he got started and he did an amazing job with the exact right amount of pressure and time focusing on problem areas. He had such a calming, peaceful presence and wonderful touch as well - truly was the most relaxing experience I've ever had! All of their treatments include heated stone work which was just heavenly. And the scalp add on was definitely something I'd get again - as you'd imagine, it's a more focused massage and included some lovely aromatherapy. My DIL's massage therapist was Harmonie and she was SO happy with her experience as well. This was my DIL's first massage so she was also nervous lol. Harmonie was super friendly, bubbly, and welcoming and immediately made my DIL feel at ease. She loved it and we'll definitely be back for another girls day out. The space is small with sleek minimalist spa vibes. And while they don't have any room for saunas or baths or anything like that they do have a nice boutique area with spa products and other items like locally-made jewelry. I got some really cute earrings and some fantastic soaps and lotions which I've been loving! Booking online via their website was very easy. Prices are what you'd expect for the level of service and the quality is totally justified. Like most spas, they have a cancellation policy of 24 hour or more notice to cancel - if less than 24 hours they charge 50% of your scheduled service but that's pretty standard for most places. They're located in a small shopping center with a few parking spots out front and plenty of free street parking in the surrounding area. There are some stairs required to get up into the spa area and I didn't see any elevator options so there may be handicap access issues. Tysm to Jordan and Harmonie for making our pre-wedding girls day so special and helping us relax during all the wedding chaos! Hope to see yall again soon!
