On a Monday afternoon the place was extremely busy. Almost every station was filled. They take appointments and walk ins. Pricing is a little higher in comparison to other nail salons, IMO though it's worth it. I got a French dip manicure by Liz and a green tea pedicure by Jenny. Both services were relaxing and the ladies did a great job. I didn't love how I had both done at the same time, however, they asked me before hand if that was OK. Going forward I'll probably try and get them separate so I can enjoy each service on its own. This was my first time getting a dip manicure and I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. I was getting no chip manis for 15+ years, but as a mom with a newborn... I need something that's stronger and NOT going to chip or scratch my baby. It's been 4 weeks and my nails still look great and haven't chipped at all.

We were offered water and wine! Next time, I'll do wine. I misplaced the business card of my manicurist but she did an amazing job on my toes, but my nails are the most beautiful I have ever seen. She understood when I said "glitter ombré", was clear about the cost upgrade, and knocked it out of the park. At the end, she gave me all of the information about my colors, and the policy regarding no-chip. I can't stop looking at my nails 4 days later. I made an appointment and showed up on time, and I got seated right away. I waited for about 15-20 minutes before someone started on my nails since the person I signed up for was running behind. They did communicate that with me, but I would've appreciated quicker service, especially since I had an appointment. As for my nails, I loved the color and the service I got. My nail tech was friendly and took her time. That said, my nails started chipping at about a week and a half, which was very disappointing. Now after 2 weeks, they are chipping significantly. Overall I am not happy that my nails didn't last at least 2 weeks.

The guy working on my nails did one nail that was a little harsh, and I ouched. I told him I had psoriasis in my nails and that was painful. Most other places I've been to go gently after they've been informed. This guy started pinching a lot more with his nail. I had a little itch in my hair so I rubbed it. And he said not to touch my hair. I pulled my hand up to see the nails and he not pull up my hand as the polish will start running. What?!?! I've never had this kind of poor experience before. I had French manicure with a coat of sparkles.....he never asked what kind of sparkles I wanted, just applied whatever was on his table. Then charged me $15 extra for "the design". My granddaughter had dip with different nail colors, and he charged I think $25 extra for her. A total of $168 for 2 rude manicures. When we walked out I asked my granddaughter casually how she liked it, and her reply was they're very condescending and she didn't feel like even asking them for a free drink. The free drink is definitely not worth the amount we paid and the worst service we ever received. Never going back and will advise all my friends and family to avoid this place. They should be reported to BBB for their disdainful attitudes and rip off charges. Classy is way too unclassy.

I had the Oat Milk And Brown Sugar Pedicure: Purifying soak baths to cleanse and soothe the skin. A detox masque to cleanse the skin of impurities, excess oil, and toxins. A gentle exfoliation using our sugar scrub. Callus treatment to smooth rough patches. Steam massage to relax muscles and enhance circulation. Warm towel wrap and paraffin wax treatment will melt away your worries and soothe your tired feet. I highly recommend this one. They scrub my legs with actual oranges and milk. It was really nice! I also really like getting calluses removed and the paraffin wax. My only complaint is I wanted a little bit more done with the callus removal. Next time I will just tell them that. The massage chairs are excellent. Overall, I'm happy with my pedicure and it was a very relaxing experience. I will be back!
