I wanted swarovski crystals and the nails tech used cheap glue and rushed me in the process of doing my nails so the crystals fell off the same day. I went back to get them replaced and he replaced them with regular rhinestones which isnt a problem but I still paid for swarovski crystals. Very c r a p p y job unfortunately. He didn't place nails at cuticle he put it above so now it looks like I've had these on for a month. They won't be getting another penny out of me unless i am desperate. I was charged $165 for gel x nails and a half job pedicure. I paid for deluxe pedicure and did not receive that. Paint job on toes looked fine but my nails look terrible.

I asked that my mom wanted to get a pedicure with French tip design. No gel, just basic pedicure. The girl at the desk said it'll cost $68. I wanted to do pay before hand but I got flustered because what if my mom wanted to pay tip in cash since I needed to run some errands while she was there and maybe I can pick up cash etc. She stated I can just pay afterwards so I left it at that. The time only took 45 mins. My mom called to pick her up. I went to the register and they told me $100!!!!!!!! Look I'm all for self care services and I genuinely admire these services. But what the heck happened??? I asked why it was $100 when the girl quoted me $68? The man told me it's because it's French tip. But I kept telling him yes and that's what I clarified for the girl to give me the quote. After I kept asking, and he asked the lady that worked on my mom, he said it was because she upgraded her package to the longer session or massage. It ALL SOUNDED FISHY! I told them my mom doesn't speak English well, this is why I clarified everything before sending her inside!! I kept asking, ok so I can just send her inside and she will get taken care of? The lady said yes. I double/triple checked so that my mom wouldn't have to worry about speaking. Whatever, I just wanted to get out of there. So I still left a $15 tip for a very confusing experience. They had a lot of different nail services on their menu, and I opted in for an Ultra Deluxe Keratin Pedicure with Catelyn. Wow! it was a rejuvenating spa experience that included everything a regular pedicure offers and also a citrus orange scrub exfoliation, soothing lavender masque application, and a very nice, relaxing foot and leg massage. I loved the part where hot stones were placed between my toes and wrapped up. Furthermore, keratin foot socks were placed on my footsies and the service concluded with polished toes. I really enjoyed my experience at Vibe Nail Bar with Catelyn, and I will be sure to visit again for another serene spa experience. The nail techs were very sweet and polite, which I appreciated. However, they seemed very new and inexperienced. The service felt unsure from the start, and I noticed a lot of hesitation and overworking during my manicure and pedicure. By the time I left, my cuticles had been over-plucked to the point that my hands felt raw and sensitive. It was uncomfortable immediately after the appointment and only got worse once I got home. My big toes were also trimmed so aggressively on the sides that they now feel like they're becoming ingrown, which is both painful and concerning. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, but I don't think clients should be practice runs--especially when it results in discomfort. I hope the salon invests more in training and supervision, because the staff is kind, but the technique needs serious improvement.
