I went back to get them replaced and he replaced them with regular rhinestones which isnt a problem but I still paid for swarovski crystals. Very c r a p p y job unfortunately. He didn't place nails at cuticle he put it above so now it looks like I've had these on for a month. They won't be getting another penny out of me unless i am desperate. I was charged $165 for gel x nails and a half job pedicure. I paid for deluxe pedicure and did not receive that. Paint job on toes looked fine but my nails look terrible.

Since Elaine left, it seems like the level of care and customer service has changed. Brian was not there for my scheduled appointment, and had left no one contacted me beforehand to let me know. My birthday dinner is tomorrow, and this appointment was important to me. The way I was treated left me feeling embarrassed, hurt, and even questioning whether my skin color played a part in how easily my concerns were disregarded. No loyal customer should leave a business in tears or feeling discriminated against. Sadly, after this experience, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. They don't care about your loyalty. They just care about your money. I hope management reviews the phone records and takes this matter seriously. I did give some advice with the French tip arch but the lady fixed it with no problem but the real test is to see how long these will last ! Other than that, the salon is very clean.
