My daughter wanted a mani so I thought we would make a day of it. The sign on the wall said French mani $5. We did not get acrylic, gel or anything like that. The lady was nice but the extent of the event was clipping cuticles, buffing and then poorly painting them. 30 minutes, door-to-door and it was $75 for both. The experience was alright, not great. They had a lot of color choices but the nail tech was rough with my nails. She caught my cuticle twice and while she was filing my nails were getting hot. I probably won't go back although in the end my nail looked ok. A bit of polish around my nail on my skin in a few spots. I've been to way better, but I've also been to worse. Had my nails done here for the first time last week. Did a full acrylic set. I made an appointment, but was taken later than my time as they were busy. I didn't mind waiting, just stating that as a tip for anyone who may be on a schedule. The woman who shaped my acrylic nails was quiet but worked fast. I am very happy with the shape, although she didn't ask what I wanted (ballerina) and instead just automatically did square cut. A different woman did my nail art and she was very sweet and friendly and incredibly talented! They did mostly what I asked, and overall I think my manicure is very cute. Almost a week later and it's holding up beautifully. I would go again. read more

I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails and the way they are done. Ryan and his Wife are so friendly and kind. They do amazing work and I always leave super content with my acrylics. I have done my best to send all the people who compliment my nails to their salon. The experience is calm and relaxing. There is never a lot of commotion there and the process is quick and painless. I came here for a pedi for the first time. The shop had a strong scent, but everyone was very friendly. Sometimes too friendly with the prying questions. As for my pedi, it felt great. My feet and legs were smooth and nails fabulous. No chips or scratches after a week. They are 2 levels of service: $30 for normal and $40 for a longer treatment using better skin products. read more

I called and made an appointment with Jessica yesterday . I spoke to Jessica when I made the appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early for my noon appointment. Jessica was still working on a client. Another woman walked in after me for a noon appointment as well. We both sat and waited after being asked our name and when our appts were. At 12:20 Jessica is still with her client and asks me again about my appointment. She then tells me that my appointment is on her books for the next day. I clearly asked for today when I called as I have had pans tomorrow. I drove 30 minutes to come to the salon and waited 25 minutes to be told they had the wrong day. No offer for anyone else to help me, no apology for the mistake. I will not return. Unacceptable. read more

I was a steady customer here for about three years, until they stopped caring about the quality of their work. They don't even speak to you, do your nails extra fast, with the absolute minimum amount of polish and send you out the door without so much as a thank you. Obviously they don't care if people come back or not. They will do designs on a select few customers but it's really reserved for big tippers only. Otherwise they don't have time. read more
