I come here every 2-3 weeks and get a gel manicure. And I never leave disappointed. Beth and Johnny always do such an amazing job and are always so friendly. They're great with kids and If you have an infant or toddler, bring them! Their employees always play with then and keep them busy. Their prices are average and compatible with other salons. The first time I went I got a manicure from Johnny and then a pedicure, They were all friendly and nice to me. I was impressed. I came back and Beth did my nails. She chastised me for not coming back sooner (I was out of town) and that my nails grew out too long. I came back again and she wasn't friendly at all. I then went to Europe, and was gone three weeks, and when I came back the fourth time, she was down-right nasty to me. She wouldn't even talk to me or answer me when I spoke to her. She obviously doesn't need the business, because I gave them mine four times, but will never, ever go back. I don't need to be treated that way. Their not "all that." there are plenty of other nail salons in the area to go to. I give them one star for the first visit. read more

It was my first time here about a week ago. I got a manicure for my birthday and they fit me in even though it was very busy. Johnny did my nails and gave me the best hand/arm massage I've ever had! My regular manicure lasted several days without chipping, which was impressive. $20 is bit pricey for a regular manicure, however. But sure beats having to drive to Ventura! read more

Called and was able to make an appointment 15 mins before they closed. The nail technician was quick, but didn't rush through my manicure and even gave me special oil for my dry skin. Easily one of the best manicures I've gotten at a very reasonable/competitive price. read more

Decided to take my niece out to have a girls day out. Made the mistake of taking her to this location. We waited 50 min just so the lady could tell us that she couldn't do both our nails since they were busy and booked? Keep in mind when we arrived she clearly said we would be next ? Why didn't she say anything before the 50 min wait ? I decided to stay and at least do my nieces nails since the experience was mainly for her. She wanted a mermaid color combination and the lady that was helping us didn't seem to want to even help her with some options, she says we don't do that here ? Okay clearly not a nail salon, It was a simple request. My nice selects a glitter turquoise color and the lady seemed irritated. I thought to myself "hey everybody has a bad day". I sat in the waiting area while my niece had her nails done. I looked at the end result and It was horrible, her nails looked like she did them herself! At this point I'm annoyed, this wasn't free they act like they are doing this with no pay? If this is not a kid friendly zone then have a sign. I end up paying and we head to the car then my niece tells me that while I was waiting for her the lady was rolling her eyes at her and making rude comments. Who does that ? This was the worst experience I have ever had! Never again will I go to this place. I feel horrible for the experience my niece had nobody should be treated this way. read more

For Mother's Day, my daughter took me to Forever Nails to have a mani/pedi. We were pampered by two very friendly ladies and walked out with beautiful hands and feet. I highly recommend this place if you want to receive professional and friendly service. read more

I've been twice now... Once about a year+ ago where I was Definitely over-charged for a Spa Pedicure. I just wasn't happy then either on the way I was treated... More recently... A few days ago, I was hot (our 102 degree heat-wave late April) and wanted to relax. I went in thinking I would just be careful about what I was ordering so not to be reamed dollar-wise. Well, I was in the middle of getting a wonderful pedicure, but someone (probably a returning customer) came in and asked for the person I was getting my pedi from, and I was "Old News". The remainder of my pedicure which ought to have taken at least another 20 minutes was expedited in 5 minutes. Then I was booted out of the reclining chair in the middle of my Spa chair massage! To top-it-off, not only was the television BLARING Loud, but the manicurist flipped on the radio and a song she liked (I guess) came on and UP WENT THE VOLUME!!! And it never was turned back down to a more comfortable level afterwards. The lady in the chair next to me and I requested for it to be turned down and it was OBVIOUS that that same manicurist DIDN'T want to... So reluctantly a few obvious few minutes later she turned it down 1 tiny notch! I will NEVER GO BACK! read more
