I had to ask for lotion because my hands were visibly dry, and there was no hand massage included -- something that's typically standard. Also, I asked for my hangnails to be cut and this was not done. When I politely asked for areas to be fixed, he dismissed my concerns and told me I just wasn't "used to getting manicures." That couldn't be further from the truth -- I regularly get manicures and know what quality service should look like. I'll now have to get my nails redone once I return home. To be fair, the young woman who did my pedicure provided a much better experience, which is the only reason I'm not giving a completely zero-star review if that were possible. Still, I paid $85 plus a tip expecting a professional, relaxing experience and left disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend this salon based on the manicure service I received.
