I called and inquired if they took walking. The young lady told me to come on. When I arrived, there were a few ladies already receiving Pedicures and Nail works. I sat at booth 2 and a very young g lady comes to start my services. We began to talk during the process and before I knew it, my nails were beautifully completed. Red tips and all. Note; the establishment isn't that clean as it comes to polish and nail reside is everywhere. It needs some attention. The service is top notch.

I…read morecould walk in and not care who was doing my nails because they were always going to turn out stunning. Now, I feel like I pay something different every time and the quality isn't the same. The only 2 people who I really think do quality work is Kimmy and Anna. I took my daughter to get our nails done before we went to the beach. She's 7 and just wanted white nails with a cute flower or something beachy designed on the thumbs and big toes. Simple enough. We were told it would chip on the sand (okay if I want to pay for the service then wants the big deal? Idc if they chip. She's 7. I'm just trying to have bonding time with her and get her what she wants?) then we were told it would have to be gel (I'm not putting gel on my 7 year old). Then I was just flat out told her nails are too small. Which isn't correct because we've been to other salons that haven't had a problem. Seems like they just didn't want to take the time. Honestly, I'm just venting as a mother. It really irritated me to have gotten my daughter's hopes up with some awesome beach nails and then only to be told it couldn't be done. Also was charged $37 for her "pedicure" and polish on her finger nails (no mani) and no design. And then we get home and the polish FALLS OFF. Literally just slips off her nails? I paint her nails at home and have never had that happen. And she wasn't doing anything rough when it happened. We were literally watching a movie. IF I come back (and that's a huge IF), I'll only ask for Anna and Kimmy from now on. The most absolutely disappointing experience there to date.
