Update! Warning! Do not get your eyebrows waxed there! On February 6th, 2026 (I know! I didn't learn my lesson...) I went in for a gel pedicure and T.A.P. manicure. That service was excellent. BUT then the tech waxed my eyesbrows. She ripped all of my hair off. She went beyond my brow line. I look like a bald headed chicken. When I brought it to the manager's attention, they refused to apologize or accept responsibility. They made up excuses and offered to reimbursed me $10 for the service. I asked to be compensated for my inconvenience. They refused. They've lost a loyal (8 year) customer for sure. read more

This salon uses MMA which is an illegal product. I didn't know until I had my full acrylic set removed by a different nail tech. My nails hurt after I left due to how much they filed down my nail. read more

This 5 Star is for Jack & JACK ONLY!! He just started here a couple weeks ago and when I tell you this was the BEST GEL MANICURE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD.. I genuinely mean it. I probably will never go to anyone else in this salon honestly. I got a gift certificate from my job and that is how I found out about the establishment. When I arrived, the person that greeted me was very rude and told me to wait a few minutes (as expected) but as I was looking at the gel polish wall in the mean time (that apparently you aren't supposed to look at........) instead of communicating that with me, he *annoyingly* keeps gesturing me to follow him to a table and slaps the books of colors on the table. I have never felt so disrespected by a person in a salon or "spa" EVER. However, Jack COMPLETELY turned this around!!! My nails look AMAZING.. I have showed them to and recommended him to EVERYONE that I know or really just anyone that will listen! I do have to warn you though.. it was very strange and uncomfortable that all of the employees were STARING - LITERALLY THE ENTIRE TIME. Employees were breathing down both of our necks ( I guess because he was new???? Idk.) Either way .. EVERYONE else would receive 0-1 stars from me.. Jack.. 10 if I could give it. My friend and I stopped by Luxury Nails while on a trip because it had great reviews. The shellac manicure was by far the worst I've ever had. The technician only allowed my nails to dry about 25 seconds between coats, and she didn't use alcohol to dry my nail before applying the base coat. I could tell that one nail was very messed up, so I asked her to redo it. She did, but she didn't bother to use any base coat at all. All of my nails have ripples and waves in them because the layers weren't allowed to dry. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the extent of the failure until I saw my nails in the sun when we were back on the road. At that point I didn't have the time or energy to go back and have the entire manicure redone. Not worth $5, let alone the $30 they charge. Very disappointed. Edit: I stopped back by the salon on my way back home to have my nails fixed. The staff was very cold and blamed me for the problems, saying that I had never had shellac before and therefore messed it up, which was patently false. Really disappointed. read more

I've had positive experiences here. I have gone to this Salon for many years and have yet to have a complaint. The employees definitely have their 'favorites' and they will book you in if you tip decently (20% or more) and treat them like a human beings. The prices are a bit high considering what they offer but the best lady they have for waxing by far is Angie. Ask for her! She is very polite and gets the job done right! The pedicures are a bit overkill to me, they make you pay a lot for so little, but they are polite and cordial. The SNS nails is what they are known for. If you want good service pay attention to who is doing what. They have good employees who specialize in SNS, acrylics and pedicures. You just need to ask and see who they have avaliable. read more

I spent $140 on 10/27/2021 at the salon. I decided I did not like the nail color the technician picked for me. The salon's brochures says clearly, "if you are not satisfied they will re-preform the service within 3 days". I went back less then 24 hours later and wanted the color change. They said it would cost $25. I walked out. False advertising. You just lost a customer that would have spent over $250 a month over a color change. BAD BUSINESS! read more

I received a run of the mill fill in and he charged me 50$ for this basic service when their own flyer says fill in's for acrylic nails are 37$. . this was literally the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The acetone is reused from client to client. . The nail technician spent the first 10 minutes of the appointment watching TV on his phone while my fingers soaked in the putrid reused acetone. I was given maybe a handful of colors to choose from which is the least I have ever been shown at any salon. I'm was getting sns . When I have my nails done in my hometown there is a base coat of powder at least two coats of the colored powder and then a topcoat of dipping powder. There was no topcoat used here and the nail are very thinly coated. I was never asked how I wanted my nails shaped and so they look like I chewed them off. The entire process start to finish was less than 30 minutes and typically I have never had my nails done in less than an hour. It was done quick and poorly with zero attention to detail. The nail technician was extremely rough and trying to hurry and was making all of my fingers burn with the tools. The entire experience was extremely unpleasant and I am shocked that they have a clientele. I have been getting SNS for years every two weeks I get them done and typically at my regular salon but I was here in town with time to burn and deeply regret that I wasted $50 at this store read more

I have tried many times to give this business the benefit of the doubt, but the bottom line fell the last time I visited. I had taken my Granddaughter for her very first manicure (4 years old), and I felt that we were pushed through like cattle. I was getting my nails done as well, so it wasn't like they were not making a profit. I spoke to the head technician in charge and she completely ignored my statement. One star only for decor..Terrible gel manicure and horrible pedicure!! My manicure took literally 10 minutes and the polish was all over the un-cut cuticles. The same for my pedicure. Continuously asked the lady to please cut the obvious dry dead cuticle. She proceeded to cut the nails when I told her not the nails but the cuticles you left behind. I NEVER go here because I have ever been happy when I left because they rush and they don't care about each client. They just care about getting you in an out so they can make the most money. My mother in-law suggested going here so I thought I would give them another chance. My nails looked horrible. I couldn't ever enjoy my pedicure because I was so mad about how bad my nails looked. The were uneven, lumpy, and SHE DIDNT EVEN CLEAN OUT UNDER MY NAILS. First off let me say their Decour is amazing the salon beautiful and I got the $50 organic pedicure with the paraffin add-on. It was amazing me feet haven't felt that soft in a while but my problem came in when they did my pedicure the lady who did mine seems like she was rushing and so therefore whatever she did my nails were not dry the nail polish may have been very old and I sat there for an additional hour and a half after my nails were done. By the time I got home my nails were messed up and then so I called them will give them the points they said to come back and they will fix it free of charge granted it was an hour drive there and back I came back the next day. They had a different lady and she took her time and when she was done it looked really good except she messed one nail she got some of the dry clear polish stuck in the polish and didn't attempt to fix it. The only reason she said something was because she saw I noticed and then laughed it off and then sent me to let my nails dry so then again here we are maybe a week out my nails look absolutely horrible for me to have driven two hours total and spent $80 total my nails should not look like this!! I know better though for next time read more

Worst place ever, it was a good while back about a year ago went their to get Marble nails and they said they can't do it okay that's fine I'll do a flower des instead. While I was getting my nails done the guy was filing my nail was also using that same file to scratch his neck with it and to proceed to so my nails and a girl went to do my deign and it was ugly. The owner think she's a doctor and knows everything about you. I know what goes on with my nails more than she does! How dare she tells me I should go see a doctor just because I wanted the technician to cut the sides of my toenail off. It MY pedicure that I'M paying for. Just say OK. Ugh! And there was another incident, where a technician who looks like an older version of the actress, Catherine Zeta Jones, kept talking and TALKING during my pedicure, which would cause her to get distracted and slow the process down (you know how that is) and it was extremely aggravating. She could tell it aggravated me, but she made sure she kept on talking anyway. Just petty. Next time, I'll just tell her to redo the massage. I shouldn't have to deal with that! read more

I went here because I could make an appointment and get in and out quickly. I had acrylic nails, pedicure, and leg wax done over three visits. The acrylic nails were mediocre at best and awful at worst. The last time I went I ended up with small bleeding scratches on both sides of each nail from the skin being filed. The pedicure was great, the best I've had in a long time. Very relaxing. The leg wax was done decently, but seemed to hurt more than usual. While the nails were done pretty good, my experience started out well. I walked in, it was neat the ambience was great. I only had to wait about 10 minutes. I finally get called to the back to a gentleman who is very nice and begin to work on my nails. the issue is about five minutes into him working on my nails A lady comes out and she commences to stand unbelievably close to me while he's doing my nails. I gave the usual face as if to say can you not do this, but she wasn't getting it. The nail tech who was doing my nails wasn't saying much to her, but that didn't stop her from talking for over 15 minutes standing in hovering over me. I was so annoyed and could not enjoy the service. I would've wanted my nails to be thinner and more narrow, but with her coming out and just standing there I was ready to go. The price they told me was different than the price on the sheet and she could not understand me to answer my questions. So I told her that I would like red nails and she said that the color would make me look very old. So then I said "okay, then let me have dark pink nails" and she said "No No you need this" which was a very pale pink. I told her that I am very pale myself and the pale pink will wash me out and that I didn't want it to be pale pink! Wellll guess what? . . .She painted my nails pale pink anyways and after she was done it looked like crap!!! If I get give zero stars I would. While my nails turned out ok today I had the most horrid customer service ever. The lady not only scolded my hand, but when I told her it was too hot she just shoved my hand back in the water. She then had not even finished my nails when she kept telling me to pay even though I had already told her my mom was paying for both of ours. When I told her I would like my nails painted the same as my toes, hence the nail polish on the counter, she made it clear she was agitated. She hurried through painting my nails and got some on my hands that she did not care to remove. When she was finished she so rudely patted me on the back and said you're welcome then walked me to the nail drying station and once again reminded me to pay. read more

Went in and was told a 15 minute wait for the two of us so we sat around for 45+ minutes waiting for a manicure and pedicure while 8 other WALK-INS (not appointments) came in after we did and they were sat in both manicure and pedicure chairs and waited on. (Keep in mind there was a group of two and a group of three who walked in after us) The lady at the front desk repeatedly looked at us and kept going to people who came in after we did and sitting them in front of workers as well as offering drinks. We eventually got sat in two chairs and told to pick out our nail colors just for a worker to come up and take our nail color sheets to give to a woman who had just walked into the door after we were seated. Wasted over an hour of our time and by the time we left and made it to another salon they were closed. They do not prioritize! They pick who they want to work on. Poor customer service.
