The employees definitely have their 'favorites' and they will book you in if you tip decently (20% or more) and treat them like a human beings. The prices are a bit high considering what they offer but the best lady they have for waxing by far is Angie. Ask for her! She is very polite and gets the job done right! The pedicures are a bit overkill to me, they make you pay a lot for so little, but they are polite and cordial. The SNS nails is what they are known for. If you want good service pay attention to who is doing what. They have good employees who specialize in SNS, acrylics and pedicures. You just need to ask and see who they have avaliable.

That service was excellent. BUT then the tech waxed my eyesbrows. She ripped all of my hair off. She went beyond my brow line. I look like a bald headed chicken. When I brought it to the manager's attention, they refused to apologize or accept responsibility. They made up excuses and offered to reimbursed me $10 for the service. I asked to be compensated for my inconvenience. They refused. They've lost a loyal (8 year) customer for sure.

Therapeutic Massage and Health clinic is legitimate and a job well done. i paid 50 bucks for a soft tissue, hour long massage.

I have had lots of massage work done for chronic pain in my shoulders. Since this business is listed as being "therapeutic", and the therapists came with good looking training, I gave it a shot. I chose Leah, because she was listed as being trained in a multitude of massage techniques, including pain relief. I was very disappointed that after I told her where I needed work done, she didn't focus on those areas. Additionally, she seemed to rush through each section of the massage, and never asked if the pressure was appropriate or if I needed more or less work in a specific area. I can unfortunately say that this was the worst massage I have ever received in that past 7 years that I have been using massage for relaxation and pain relief.
